Unfortunately we received a poor breakfast but the manager came up trumps and did not charge us for our meals.Good way to treat your regulars.

Very upset with the new limited menu. No steak Tatar, no Pork Belly etc

We were made very welcome by the Manager and as we were newish customers given a glass of bubbly. Previously we had used Cote Cobham. The food was good...the fillet steak was great and we enjoyed the visit and will be back again for sure.

Lovely early evening meal in the Esher branch. Felt very safe in these Covidy times. Free glass of champagne each for a party of five for a special birthday celebration. 5 *

We visit this restaurant regularly because they have an excellent service team and great food. On this occasion the steak in the steak frites was uncharacteristically tough. Without prompting this item was removed from the bill which impressed me. Everything else was super. We will be back.

Service was very good as it usually is. Food was overcooked but that was rectified. The only issue was that the table next to us had a mixture of 3 households- where they were talking loudly about the last time they saw each other. For people following the rules this is quite annoying.

Lovely welcome as always and felt safe and comfortable but my steak wasn’t quite as good as usual, bit chewy. My husband said his was fine.

Friendly, organised and welcoming. We had good food all served in a timely fashion. Tables set a good distance apart so we felt safe, but not too far apart to affect the room restaurant’s atmosphere.
