Côte Farnham

Really love the Farnham branch. The young waiting staff and Managers are fabulous. I like good service and they are brilliant and genuine and very attentive and personal. Other branches never live up in service or quality of food. The same but soooooo different!

Well run restaurant with friendly staff and good food - very reasonably priced. We use Cote in Wokingham where we live. Farnham is a very picturesque town. We will return!

Very nice food and good service. Always busy which is a good sign, they have got it right. Would recommend and we will return. Like the loyalty offers too.

Service was slow and food fairly average. I've eaten here a few times and It used to be much much better than it seems to have become. Very friendly staff though - perhaps just enough of them.

I had the set menu of 3 courses and the food was presented well and the quality was very good. A good visit thank you.

Lovely food at a very reasonable price - we chose the set menu which is excellent value for money. The service is extremely friendly and they were very accommodating too especially in the very hot weather! We will go back again!

Great meal with Anniversary Menu. Farnham to me is the best Cote (Out of 6 so far) with thanks to Samir for looking after us.

I had a lovely evening made so by the nice bustling atmosphere very good attentive service and great food. So many menu choices. Oh and my husband was also on good form!

Sat outside on a barmy night. Great food, very efficient and friendly service, great atmosphere. The complimentary glasses of Kir Royale helped too. Highly recommended.

Lovely birthday meal at Cote Farnham this evening with complimentary kir royale for me and lemonade for my daughter. Food up to its usual high standard which is why we go here frequently.

The staff and the service was very good and all food orders were excellent. Cote in Farnham has never let us down, it is one of our favourite restaurants.

I had booked a table at this restaurant for 1.15p.m. today, but arrived at 1.00p.m. The staff seemed to be under the impression that I was waiting for partner/friend, although my drinks arrived quickly, I had to ask a member of staff to take my order as other customers were arriving and getting served very quickly. I ordered a plate of olives and the chicken and walnut salad - very nice, but by this time I had given up the will to live (it took until 1.30p/m. for the salad to arrive! ) Although the management reduced the cost of my meal, I am afraid that I didn't leave a tip due to very poor service. I told the maitre 'd that I wouldn't be coming back again. This is my second visit to this restaurant and things have not improved, although to be fair, I have friends who think that this branch is the best thing since sliced bread. Incidentally, I have visited the branch at Guildford and also North Yorkshire in the last month - both very good restaurants. It seems that the Farnham branch is lacking in something.

Really nice meal, set menu is such a old bet if you are dining during the week. However, was slightly gutted the menu had changed as was looking forward to another baked cheese!

The food was Very expensive for what we ate and certainly not worth it. Service was friendly and efficient but we will not be returning.

The welcome was excellent, We wanted to eat from the early specials menu but the mussels were not available Also the Gratin Potatoes were off the menu, so the only potato being served were fries Disappointing......

Good food at a reasonable price with good service. We shared a starter and then chose our main course from the alacarte menu accompanied with the house wine.

Date night at Cote Brasserie Farnham. Great service, great food, great night out! The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, we would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent service and food was superb. Felt very special on my Birthday - thank you all. the Kir Royales and the prosecco chilling as we arrived was a lovely touch. x

Great breakfast, attentive service and good food - a lovely sunny Saturday morning sitting outside. It only opens at 9 which is a bit late for Saturday breakfast - would prefer an earlier start at 8.30 - and judging by the people waiting, others feel the same.

Lovely meal, especially the steak tartare and tuna nicoise. Restaurant was fairly busy as you would expect for a Saturday night, but service was timely and friendly.

Great food as always, but service not up to its usual standard - Sure, it was a busy day, but thats no excuse for the starters arriving before we had finished our appetisers, which themselves took over 30 minutes to arrive!

A lovely brunch, as always, at Cote. The staff were chirpy and friendly and the full breakfast was delicious and beautifully cooked. It's why we come back over and over again!

Table for two. Came in for a dinner on a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed, lovely food with wonderful staff. A very enjoyable evening

Sadly service was slow, food arrived before drinks, no one checked our food was ok and then we were left for ages. A friend even joined our table but no one checked if we would like another coffee etc

The meal on the whole was great - good attentive service too. The steak aux poivres specials that my father and husband ordered however were a great disappointment - tough! It is a shame when a brasserie cannot produce a decent steak. Liz

Excellent food and wine, prompt and attentive service, good value for money. Consistently one of the best places in Farnham to eat and there are many to choose from!

Enjoyed the new June menu, two courses were delicious and a cappuccino to finish. Service efficient at a busy lunchtime and no pressure to vacate our table.

Cote restaurant is consistently good - its our restaurant of choice for special occasions and celebrations. Food is very good, service is always impeccable. Well done Cote.

Friendly waiting staff, good food & got a table outside in the sunshine. Had to wait a bit for our food but they were extremely busy, we were glad we booked in advance.

Very good and attentive service (but not overly attentive) and nice to have a choice of tables, good food. Still feels like a special treat and it would be great to maintain that given the competition in Farnham now

I went with my elderly parents who very much enjoyed it. Great food, as always - never had a bad meal at Cote. Friendly server, good service and lively atmosphere. In fact I went to Côte in Wimbledon village about 10 years ago when the first one opened!

Cote in Farnham is by far the best around. It has everything, gorgeous food, good wine and brilliant staff. I have a favourite table in the restaurant which is always given to me when I book, so spoilt! Whether you go for breakfast, lunch or dinner you won't be disappointed.

Great restaurant with great service as usual. Highly recommend. Brilliant atmosphere. The early evening menu was lovely, great selection and a good price. The cold glass of rose wine was fab.

Reliably excellent across the chain, excellent quality of food and service at a realistic price. It is nice to find the same values right across the chain, whether with friends or family you know you are not going to be disappointed.

The service was excellent and the food was superb! Will definitely come back again at lunchtime to the Farnham branch and meet with friends and family.

Great food, good value for money. Service was ok but nothing special, just basic service with no extra discussion or friendly chat. No one asked if we needed anything. Everything was served promptly but with zero personality! Worth overlooking it however.

V slow service at lunchtime Fixed menu given with full menu with no explanation as to pricing if something chosen from full menu instead of fixed menu so charged twice for a dessert when only one dessert was provided

It would have been six but I didn't get any parmesan cheese and I noticed later that the person next to me did get it with the same meal! Other than that, good service, lovely staff and our number one choice at present.

Excellent and attentive service. Faultless lunch. Good ambience and never hurried. One of our favourite venues, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking quality food and wine when in the heart of Farnham.

Always have a good experience here. The service was attentive and the quality and menu choice was good (had the set menu, which is great value). The only element which stopped me giving it the full six marks was the sauce with the chicken - it was meant to be a Provencal but tasted as though it was just tinned tomatoes with a few olives stirred through. Other than that, everything was well cooked and flavoursome. Will continue to come here regularly

Very enjoyable experience and lovely food. Very nice atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff. We had the set menu when was a very good price although there is not a huge menu when is usually fine as there are enough options but there were a few things that they had run out of which made it a little limited. Other than that, it was wonderful

We requested a window table and had a very light airy table. We could look out on the passing trade in Lion and Lamb courtyard. The dishes we chose were excellent. I had fish pie which had huge chunks of fish and my husband had sirloin steak which he found equally good. We shared a tomato salad which was also very tasty. The fresh basil added a lovely zing to the tomato. The staff were very friendly and helpful, not too intrusive, but there when you wanted them. I would thoroughly recommend Cote in Farnham

Always good value and service with friendly staff. Good choice of food. Ideal meeting place in centre of Farnham. The place is always busy which shows how popular it is.
