Food and atmosphere as good as ever but the starter was rather late coming, possibly because the restaurant was packed. I would have liked a chocolate with the coffee to round off the meal!

Great Waiters , Early evening meal set price excellent value and tasty . Menu on line is accurate including the specials . First time for me at Farnham .equally good in Guildford

Our experience on our visit to Cote Brasserie Farnham was very good. The food as excellent,the service was very good and the ambience was exceptional.

Friendly service no complaints about the food at all. Consistently good all round I have visited this branch of Cote many times over the years and have no reason not to return again on another occasion. Thank you

Great food, great service. I can highly recommend the fillet steak and Tarte aux fin Pommes. Staff are exceptionally good at taking care. We will be back.

Not a cheap place to eat but service and food wonderful. Only one very minor criticism would be the coffee was only luke warm but would definitely go again

Food very good service speedy and friendly. However, very noisy and difficult to carry on conversation, particularly when waiter was clattering a stack of butter dishes. Unfortunately, decor is such that there is nothing to absorb any of the sound, it is all hard resonant surfaces.

A polite and friendly welcome, great service, food served in a timely fashion....and good food too. We had tried to register a free bottle of wine on line, but did not receive the confirmation email; we mentioned this to the waiter who offered us a free bottle of wine. Thank you Cote.

Had a very good meal .... 2 courses from set menu. Food excellent and good value . Had starter and main course. Go to Cote often .... Guildford , Farnham and Godalming . Breakfast is often choice .

Same good service by well trained staff, a wide ranging menu with excellent food and a nice atmosphere. We took a friend who had never been to Cote and he was well impressed by everything.

Lovely food and friendly staff. We had the lunch menu and each course was yummy. My mum is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating with where we could sit. Will visit again.

Meal was love and reasonable value. Our pudding got lost for some reason but they did eventually arrive and the staff were apologetic. Perhaps it's me but service is added automatically when I think it should be left to the discretion of the diner.

Local Cote at which we are regulars. Always a wonderful welcome from well mannered staff here. Went for brunch (not for the first time) and food always fab.

Waitress was lovely and helpful. Food great but had to wait for potato gratin. Summer special pudding of creme brulee said it was with raspberries but it came with strawberries. Minor points overall a nice relaxed fail lunch for 18th birthday.

I always enjoy eating at Cote, however on Sunday a couple of issues arose; the sparkling wine was flat and the olives were not ready to be served prior to lunch. The young waiter was very polite and apologetic, replacing the wine and remaining professional. Overall, still an enjoyable lunch.

The two or three course menu is excellent value. Difficult to make a choice as everything sounded lovely. Great service. Really professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Greeted with a smile, table we ordered was correct, excellent service, food well prepared and timely and very good value. Cannot recommend Cote Farnham highly enough!

We love Cote and it is always good. But this time it just didn't hit the mark. A lot of the food was very salty which is unusual for them. Nothing to do with the food but it was a birthday celebration and I think I am tired that the long padded seats are so low so I ended up sitting on the hard chair jammed against a wall looking into the mirror. I think it is time they changed their seating. Various small things just not right yesterday. Maybe it was a one off. It wont stop us going again.

Excellent tasty food, I had rib eye steak and my husband the veal. The staff were attentive but not too much. In all a lovely evening. The Cote Farnham is an overall pleasurable experience.

Always good food, well presented. Service generally good, but sometimes a bit slow. It's recommended that you book as extremely popular, even for breakfast and weekends. Good value especially the Formule breakfast at 9.95. Be aware there is an 'optional' 12.5% service charge added to bill. Have this removed if service isn't up to scratch or you prefer to give a cash tip.

Good fun food service could be more attentive but not bad not too busy so could have been quicker prawns yummy and kir royale fresh champagne

We visited for lunch and on a beautiful sunny day - so the town and therefore the restaurant were very busy. It did feel like just that that as we were seated. Rather rushed and a little crammed in. The complimentary Kir royal (for my birthday) wasn't very nice - too sweet and not very bubbly.... but it was a freebie, so didn't complain. The food however was good.

Great formula French breakfast in Farnham. Superb Saturday morning treat in the summer sunshine. Recommend this for anyone in the Farnham area at the weekend

The service with a smile and good manners was exceptional but waiting for half and hour for the meal to arrive was not. It was a warm night and we had to ask for ice as the water was very warm. I appreciate that at a busy time it is difficult to serve everybody, my critique is purely to help. Maybe bring a jug of iced water in the heat as well as the earthenware bottles.

Busy as always, food up to the usual high standards, disappointed though that the restaurant was very warm which rather spoilt the experience, they do have air-con but for some reason a number of doors were open which makes a mockery of using air-con.

Not as good as usual. Service a little erratic, but a pleasant lunch all the same. Could be the heat and that they were very busy.

I was dining with a very elderly frail aunt, who sadly didn't like the lightly seared tuna nicoise, which I adore! She asked our delightful waiter if she could have it well cooked and he arranged for this. He was an extremely pleasant and accommodating waiter, and it is remiss of me to not have remembered his name- to be honest i was engrossed in trying to hear my aunts conversation, as it was very busy ( and she should have a hearing aid but refuses!). Overall I can highly commend Cote in Farnham for their excellent and receptive staff and being so very well catered for, for a Sunday lunch and on a particularly hot day! In fact in addition, we had a table outside which was lovely with canopy. Many thanks

My friends and I always choose to eat here as the food is tasty and we like the atmosphere. I have a number of food groups I can't eat and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Yet again a lovely evening at Cote Farnham, great attentive staff and wonderful hot and tasty food. We have visited several times and have yet to have the same dish twice as there is always something else to try first.

Good quality food and service. Slightly expensive and we made the error of giving a tip not realising (or being advised0 that 12.5% service had been included but we had some gift vouchers and so cannot quibble!

Booking on line was easy, the table was ready when we arrived and the table service provide by Grace was superb. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly and efficient. The food was fought to the table very quickly and was very tasty. Even though th restaurant had a busy lunch service, most items were available on the evening menu. A pleasant evening was enjoyed by all 3 of us.

Fantastic service and great Food superb evening would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone! Parking was easy and free after 18:30 so will be visiting this lovely restaurant again in the very near future
