Very busy restaurant and a really good atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. Lovely food and great value. I had lunch with a friend, i would definitely recommend to others and hope to return soon .

Great atmosphere, great food, friendly efficient service. Scallops were fresh and cooked perfect. Our party had mains of Breton fish stew, pork belly, sea bass and duck of breast, followed by desserts of chocolate mousse, creme brulee, ice cream and crepe. The Fish stew was a bouillabaisse of fresh succulent seafood and outstanding. Crepe was over sweet though.

Great service as always a wonderful breakfast it is always a treat to have breakfast out here and would recommend it to anyone- yum yum

Regular.customers. Friendly, highly professional service. Reliable cooking using fresh ingredients. Like the French Bistro style with Cote's flair for a different take on established favourites. Booking advised as it is usually full with people waiting for tables.

Food was fine. Service not so good due to waitress brusque attitude. Ordered coffee wasn't asked if I needed sugar good job I don't take it. Wanted the bill but hard to get attention. Asked for service charge to be taken off as a result. Manager then took off an amount as service recovery but was a shame he had to do it. Guildford branch is much better than Farnham . Waitress could do with some customer service training.

Service slow on arrival though few diners at that point, food exellent and service changed hands then good. Should say I am very regular user with high regard for Cote style and efficiency so keen to see it maintained.

The food and our waitress was lovely, I had indicated in the booking there was a wheelchair, TOTALLY NOT wheelchair friendly! In fact that side was a total nightmare!

I am never disappointed with my meal at cotes. This time was no exception. Top marks. Now I can book on line it makes it much easier. Looking forward to my next visit.

Ordered two fillet steaks, one rare and one medium but both were rare - although the meat was delicious my husband would have preferred what he'd asked for. Service was very good but I'd prefer to decide my own tip rather than an automatic 12.5% added.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They waited until we were all there to take our order and the consistency at checking we had everything was spot on.

We really apreciated the lovely relaxed service. Despite being a busy lunchtime we were never hurried The food was very good and the menu was extensive. There was also flexibility as I was able to have a starter as a main.

Good breakfast for 2 (including 1 gluten free), meal was V hot and arrived quickly. Have eaten here before and the staff all seem friendly whilst being efficient.

Go at least once a week to Cote in Farham,everything is great,staff,food and atmosphere.They are always busy so I book a table before we go.

Superb French food served rapidly and efficiently by capable and pleasant young staff. I'm a regular here and have never been disappointed. New spring menu offers fresh takes on seasonal ingredients. The fact that the restaurant is usually very busy is a sure sign they're getting it right.

The restaurant was very busy and warm but the service was great, very friendly, and the fish stew was delicious and a decent portion, would definitely go back.

Very enjoyable lunch. Good selection on the menu and welcoming staff. Very crowded outside because of fantastic weather but we chose inside and it was calm and cool. Would highly recommend Cote Farnham as it's in the pedestrianised Lion & Lamb Yard.

The food was absolutely delicious- just wish we had a bigger capacity! We all had different starters, each tried by all and so we determined to return for them alone. Some of us had Escaloppe de veau and the other had the poussin with mushroom sauce - fabulous. Two squeezed in a pud - making the others jealous. The only thing that spoiled it was a table near us with a bunch of very loud, raucous rugby types - having a good time and not aggressive but we couldn't hear each other speak. It would have been kind if the maire d' had had a quiet word along the lines of 'glad you are having a great time but remember the other guests are not part of your party'. several tables around us had people grimacing when the noise got really burdensonme. however, we will go back.....

Excellent food as always, very tasty and not the usual junk you get from the other chains on the high street. The service was a bit slow but given it was very busy doubt it could have been better. I can't recommend it enough great location good vibe and excellent value. Pity more restaurants don't follow suit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the staff were efficient and very attentive. The bench seating was a little low in respect of the table height, but I appreciate this kind of format offers more flexibility. We will definitely be visiting Cote again, maybe Guildford will be the next visit as we go there quite a lot.

Extremely busy evening but same great friendly service and high quality food. Shown to our reserved table and served complimentary kirs as it was a birthday celebration. Very enjoyable and great value.
