Côte Godalming

Absolutely delicious meal! Melt in the mouth Chateaubriand, lovely green salad with light dressing and perfectly cooked fries. We will be back before end October to have it again. Very nicely done out restaurant and friendly service. Free cocktail didn't taste of much, though we enjoyed eating the fig garnish!

As always, the food is very good and value for money. Pleasant friendly staff.

Lovely evening, great ambiance and felt very Covid safe. Staff were very direct with Covid safety which I feel is needed so everyone understands. Tables spread out nicely so we didn't feel like we were too close. Couldn't fault our evening, it was enjoyed by all.

Great service as always and wonderful food especially the chateau briand! The complimentary Fig Dubonnet cocktails were absolutely delicious AND we got our favourite table. It's such a treat for us.

Consistently good food at a reasonable price. Staff always extremely pleasant and well-trained. The restaurant has also made sympathetic use of a lovely old building. Would highly recommend.

Great service and atmosphere! Limited Vegetarian/Vegan options and quite pricey. However I still really enjoyed my dinner out and felt very comfortable in Côte.

We went a couple of times last week and it was lovely. Both times the satff were freindly and attentive. The restraurant was spotless and clean and was very much Covid safe. I will be returning in the near future. Well done to team Godalming! What an asset to your company.

So nice to get out for a pleasant evening and feel 'safe'. The food, as always, was excellent. Just a shame my favourite, Duck, was not on the menu. I've marked the atmosphere only 3 stars for obvious reasons. It's nice to have a buzz in the room and a smile from the staff, but that's possible at the moment. A real bonus with a visit to Cote is you don't have to fart around with vouchers, as the meal is sensibly priced to start with. Interesting Cote has chosen to offer 6 Star ratings in its reviews!

Superb staff working with smiles behind their masks! Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful Chateaubriand, cooked beautifully with the best Bernaise sauce we've tasted in years. Can't wait for our next visit!

Lovely to be back at Cote. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. We ordered from the specials menu. The cocktail of the month was delicious and the main course of steak was superb. Also, the crepe desert was a perfect combination of flavours. Altogether, very impressed.

Had an excellent meal, really friendly staff, complimentary bottle of wine because of previous poor food when using the take away service. Made up for it. Will visit again.
