Good as ever but service a little slow - some staff not so enthusiastic

Always friendly and efficient staff. Good quality food, decent portions and a varied menu. Attractive venue.

A wonderful visit with friends, the waitress was vey attentive she even found the last chilled bottle of the rose we had chosen. Food was served quickly after placing our order and was delicious, loved the summer specials including the melon starter they should keep that on the main menu as it was enjoy all of us. We will definitely be visiting in the near future.

Long delays between courses - had to ask for bill before dessert to save time

Once again a disappointing visit to Godalming Cote. The restaurant was completely empty; we were the only table. Service was very slow, the food was cold. The manager did her very best.

This was our birthday lunch. The food was cold and dry, the service mediocre. The restaurant was not full. Something needs to be done about this franchise where the food is never as good as in the other Cote Restaurants. What a pity. This is our local restaurant which we would like to frequent more often, but the food is really never good.

A great experience for a late breakfast catching up with friends, the staff were extremely helpful getting 2 high chairs and organising a table with lots of room to accommodate us and the 2 toddlers. Food was served quickly and was fantastic just as asked for. Will definitely be back for breakfast again soon.

Good service & petty good set menu lunch - terrine to start followed by steak frites. Steak a wee bit chewy but good flavour! We’ll be back! Thank you.

It was fantastic helpful service for all the family and we’re able to help with the menu as some of the specials were not available due to an event in town and being extra busy. But the staff were able to accommodate all our needs

Very,very poor experience. Customer service abysmal and tables sitting with dirty plates etc from previous customers. Had to get up and go looking for clean cutlery when our main course came. Shame on Cote brand and this was a wedding anniversary meal so special occasion.

Lovely two course lunch from a la carte. Sharing board to start followed by Breton stew. Only down side is they’ve changed the bowls they serve the stew in & are thick earthward ones & not warmed so food a bit like warm.
