Côte Harrogate

Staff couldn't do enough to help and were friendly and welcoming, food was to an excellent service and very prompt, and very reasonably priced! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Very busy but still received excellent attentive service. Food very good quality and value with Jersey new potatoes being particularly special We will return again.

I visited Harrogate cote on Sunday and had the weekend special. The food was wonderful, excellent value and the staff were nice and friendly staff. Also the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Good food, good service, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. The fixed price menu is particularly good value. the service was timely, not too fast, not too slow.

Lovely, as always. We were celebrating a birthday with a friend who hadn't been to Cote and it didn't disappoint. Thank you to the attentive staff.

All in all we enjoyed the experience. The reservation worked, and we had a choice of table. The food is excellent, but the service was not so good, particularly as the restaurant filled up and demand increased. My request for a armagnac digestif had to be repeated three times before the drink appeared. We will return to the restaurant, but ensure that we go at quieter times of the day.

We arrived at 8.15 and made a reservation through Quandoo butt hey couldn't find our booking but they were very accommodating and we had a lovely table food was good

Good food selection and quality. Generally the service was very good but nevertheless, a 12.5% gratuity added to the final bill is excessive. Conventional. 10% is adequate

Generally very good and value for money but the restaurant itself is a bit bare. I know it is a national brand but a few pictures on the walls would not go astray or a few flowers on the tables.

We enjoyed an Excellent meal with Charming service. We particularly Enjoyed the complimentary wine. Good location in Harrogate. We will certainly return and possibly try the good value early bird next time.

Great food, great value and great service! I've been to many Cote restaurants mainly in London and this was the first time in Harrogate. I'm pleased to say that this was as good as all my previous visits.

Very nice restaurant, great food and service. Priced reasonably. Also nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Steak is particularly good and desserts are to die for!

the usual fight over tables, the place was nearly empty, we chose a table set out with two setting, the waiter felt that he should direct us to a table of his choice, not ours, the customer, apparently, is there for the waiters convenience not the cutomers pleasure. As I said the place was nearly empty, the usual dining hours were some time away so there was no need for the silly discussion over seating. We have been regular diners since they opened, but I cannot imagine us going there again.Even the manager was completely indifferent. There are other resturants in town and several of them serving excellent French cusine so I guess I have answered my own question about us being there in future.

First visit, greeted on arrival by friendly young lady shown straight to table. Good food, friendly and efficient staff, clean, good atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!

We have been many times to Cote Brasserie and have always enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. Any time of day the food is very good, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The only slight puzzler was why I had sliced buttered carrots on my salad nicoise yesterday evening? It was rather odd. However, the rest of the meal was delicious. We will be back very soon.

A new restaurant that hit the ground running. Great food well served. Deservedly busy. Côte has added something new to Harrogate. They could be better at showing guests to their tables quickly enough.

We had a lovely lunch, our ages ranged from 17 to 86, with one vegetarian in the party and we were all spoilt for choice from the extensive menu. The 2 or 3 course special lunch time menu is excellent value. The restaurant was quite busy for a Tuesday afternoon and had a lovely atmosphere, the service was excellent. I particularly like being offered complimentary filtered water on arrival.

Nice food and good service. Only issue was that one of their mains was not available and only told when we ordered it. Normally told these things when being seated but other than that all good.

as usual , plenty of choice , great value , and good service ! We seem to have become regular customers in the relatively short time since we discovered the Harrogate restaurant .

Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere and attentive staff service. Menu range is reasonable and the food is very good value. You cant go wrong with the steak frites and the house wine! Would recommend for meeting friends and couples.

Lovely restaurant, the food was amazing. The staff were very attentive. Shame the service charge is quite steep at 12.5% which leaves a bit of a sour taste. This was the only negative as the rest was very enjoyable and I would go back.

Excellent in every way! Delicious food, good service, authentic ambience, reasonable value. Chose from the early three course menu today. I will definitely be returning!

Great service from Alessandro and colleagues. Food was superb as always. Great atmosphere with all staff 100% committed to making our visit memorable in all respects. If you haven't tried Cote you don;t know what you're missing.

This is a friendly and relaxed venue. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Harrogate. The food is well cooked and presented. A pleasant experience.

Really lovely evening at Cote. The food was delicious as always and the service first class. We love the menu and the monthly specials are a very nice touch. Highly recommended!

Good food and surroundings shame about the design of the restaurant with the kitchen on the upper floor. All food and finished plates have to be carried up and down the stairs! Also toilets on upper floor.

Menu and food OK. Fries portion too small. Service was slow but pleasant staff. Drinks (soft and wine) need to come together. Drinks should be taken when first sitting at the table instead of waiting 10 to 15 mins to see a member of staff. Ran out of Tarte Tatin by 8.00pm!

We made an online booking for a table at 14.15 but decided to see if we could be squeezed in an hour earlier. "Not a problem " said the waiter. All the staff are brilliant, attentive without being overbearing. The food was very tasty and generous portions. Highly recommended.

The service was very slow. I appreciate it was mothers day and was very busy however we waited between courses for far too long and were rudely questioned by the manager when we wanted to take the OPTIONAL service charge off the bill and leave cash instead.

An excellent venue with attentive and friendly staff. Great value for money. Food was served quickly and was hot on arrival. Even the plates had been warmed through. Cleanest toilets I have seen for a long time.

We really enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant and will definitely be back. I had scallops and pork belly which were excellent. My wife had prawn gratinee followed by grilled chicken and she was delighted. With 2 desserts, 2 glasses of wine, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees the bill was £87 including service which was very good value. Service was good.

Booking process was easy and accurate. Food very good and well presented. Staff friendly and attentive. Lights too dim, making it difficult ito read menus.

We so enjoyed our lunch yesterday. The food was, as always, delicious, and the service impeccable. None of the other three had been to Cote before - you have now 3 enthusiastic future patrons!

Good meals but a little bit heavy in the salt. Service also good and staff friendly. Toilets are not very accessible, bring ropes and crampons. They add 12.5% service charge to the bills
