As lovely as ever value for money staff always nice

Not up to its usual food standards, however, the staff were fantastic and they did not charge for the duck or wine. However, it would have been nice to eat at the same time as my wife.

Lovely food. Atttentive staff. Good menu. Quality wines. Harrogate team very good. Early bird choices pleasing and a la carte extensive. Chicken tasty. Thin steak flavoursome and chips skinny and hot. We arrived with a huge bunch of flowers with us and as a direct result received a complimentary bottle of wine without any fuss or questiona. As it wasn’t a celebration (my father had died) it was refreshing to have a kind gesture given without questions.

Excellent as always remembering that Cote is part of a chain so please don't compare with a chef patron restaurant.

Very poor experience tonight, cold meals, missed out meals, and very long service! Only positive outcome was the bill which was reduced and an apology from staff

Fantastic lunch! 5 of us visited today for lunch for a friend’s 50th Birthday, I advised the restaurant in advance and they literally pulled out all the stops. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, we will definitely be back.

Great Mother’s Day brunch with the family. I’m coeliac and always feel assured when eating at Côte Brassiere that they understand proper gluten free cooking. Brilliant service, food and coffee!

A lovely evening, would prefer to tip rather than pay a service charge! Alternatively offer complimentary bread.

Patchy tonight. Reasonable value overall with set menus. Risotto was not hot enough. Steak not pink as described by waiter. Chicken not ‘half’, but two legs. Been to Cardiff Bay Cote three times; far superior to Harrogate even on hectic rugby international days. Harrogate needs to up its game.

This was my sixth visit to a Cote one in London twice in Leeds and third time to Harrogate which always is welcoming especially yesterday and the bi folding doors is so pleasant on a warm day very enjoyable and lovely touch receiving a complimentary glass of Kir Royal as we were celebrating a friend's 70th. Well done to all will certainly return again.

A perfect lunch with an old friend. We stayed talking for ages and there was no pressure to leave. We both had the tuna nicoise and it was beautifully cooked.

I found the meal to be disappointing, the food here is normally really good but the service was lacklustre and food average at best tonight. There were also extremely limited options for one of our party who has allergies and the staff had to double check allergens. We were misinformed about one dish which was then remade and waiter was apologetic but I think they need better knowledge on the contents of the dishes to avoid mix ups in future.

Our first visit to Cote Brassiere in Harrogate, but will certainly return. Fantastic welcome and service. Delicious food, including a very good Gluten Free Menu. Highly recommended.

Another brilliant meal. Staff super attentive and friendly. Could not fault it.We have eaten here several times and have always been pleased. Crab bisque was delicious!

Due to a system error there was a slight delay with our order, but the staff were very honest about it and couldn’t do enough to apologise and make sure we had a nice meal. The food was delicious and we had a great time. Our little boy especially enjoyed his strawberry ice cream! Thank you very much.

Lunch today As good as ever in terms of food and service. Background music no necessary but it does help you drown the sound of other diners.

Excellent meal taking advantage of the February specials of Black Pudding and Confit de Canard both of which were superb. Profiteroles dessert was also very good, traditional French recipe filled with ice cream!

Wonderful service. Great food. I am gluten intolerant and they have a fantastic gluten free menu validated by the Celiac Society. We will definitely visit again.
