The staff, especially Sarah and Tia, where amazing. We had a few issues with the food being very salty but they where quick to resolve the issue and ensure our even wasn’t ruined. I very much love cote as s dining establishment and it was the first time I’ve had to return something because it wasn’t edible so was very impressed with the way Tia and Sarah dealt with it.

We had a lovely evening last night, the food and service was great.. fixed ala Carter meal excellent value and delicious...We will definitely be back with friends

The food here is usually very consistent, but today it wasn’t quite the level we’ve come to expect. It was sorted swiftly and efficiently and the food came within acceptable time. Disappointingly, the sparkling wine we chose wasn’t cold enough. But the service was very friendly and personable.

It is a very efficient restaurant usually but we had quite a delay waiting for our main course. However the waiter very kindly offered us both a drink on the house while we were waiting which was quite acceptable.

Lovely Saturday lunch with our daughter who was home for the weekend and the staff very attentive and friendly.

We celebrated our 1 year engagement anniversary here. We had our first ever date here and it was wonderful to come back. The staff treated us wonderfully and gave us complimentary Prosecco. It was wonderful to know that the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere hadn’t changed in 5 years.

Lovely staff, food was delicious and looked fabulous. We had breakfast there and it was fantastic value for money and tasted lovely! Will go again soon

Despite booking over a month before, for a table at 12.30, I requested my usual table (45) and advised it was my Daughters birthday lunch. upon arrival our table had been given away and we had to wait whilst another one was prepared! No mention of a birthday celebration either! Our waitress appeared disinterested throughout with an unhappy habit of lounging over the seatback whilst entering details into her tablet, and kept calling me "love", more suitable for a transport cafe I would suggest. Have always been satisfied with prior visits, so a real shame.

Excellent value, nice ambience with well-spaced tables, and good food. Attentive but not over-intrusive service and no pressure to leave the table - just like most of the Cote chain I have visited.

Food, service and atmosphere perfect - just wish the 12.5% service charge was not added to the bill- it’s a customers choice please leave it that way!

The food and service was extremely good. The Food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant we ate at the horsham cote and look forward to eating there again.

Roast duck breast slightly dry. Very good "guest" service from Charlie. Waiting time for mains was longer than usual, but it still one of my favourites restaurants.

This booking was made primarily to celebrate my birthday but it luckily doubled up with being Mother’s Day too. We pre-booked and were assisted in advance via email by Gabriel and Pedro who couldn’t have been more helpful from including complimentary cocktails as part of our package and increasing the booking short notice to include extra people. On the day itself the process was seamless, everyone enjoyed their food, service was excellent and the restaurant was buzzing. A thoroughly enjoyable celebration and we will certainly return again in the future. Thank you

Truly is the best restaurant in Horsham. It’s a chain but doesn’t feel like it. The whole team lead by Pedro are delightful, professional, friendly....the food is always perfect & delicious and the wines selection extraordinary. Never disappoints.

This is my favourite restaurant in Horsham, whether that be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's standard of both food and service is alwasy outstanding. I am yet to have a bad meal there and I have been going regularly ever since it first opened. Staff are helpful, professional and engaging. I would not hesitate to recomend this restaurant

Very courteous experienced staff who gave excellent customer service in a timely manner. The menu choice was perfect and food served was hot and delicious. We will be returning soon to try something different on the menu.

Great food at a reasonable price, however we were not impressed with the compulsory service charge. Our waiter was friendly and professional but the waitresses that served some of our courses were a little slap dash.

Lovely meal at Cote Horsham. As usual staff were very professional and friendly. Food delicious. Improvement points: I had booked via an offer that meant we were entitled to 2 free gin cocktails on arrival. These were not offered until I asked for them which made me feel cheap. The starters were lovely - salmon rillette and moules au cidre - from the Prestige set menu. It is very good value but would it kill you to offer some free bread with the moules to mop up the sauce? I gave my husband 2 of my crostini things that went with my salmon starter instead which then left me short. Also a spoon should be served with the moules, again so the sauce can be eaten more easily. Mains and desserts delicious. Lovely rib-eye steak and delicious creme caramel. Well done Cote

We had a great meal at Cote, The complimentary cocktail was very nice and we had a choice of menus which was good, we chose the a la carte menu and there was lots of choice . The service was very friendly and we did not feel rushed. We will go back again ASAP.

We have been to this restaurant 3 times in the last 2 months and can honestly say it’s our new favourite restaurant, we have just had a baby and all three times we have gone the customer service has been so good with them understanding needing the pushchair by the table and just generally making us feel so comfortable eating out with our first baby. The food and service is always impeccable

Food as good and consistent as always. Service a little lacking awareness of attentiveness and far too keen to throw out the food rather than allowing us to to take the time to enjoy our meal. Starters brought out within minutes of the pre-starter garlic bread arriving Starter soup was splashed all over bowl.
