Warm and genuine welcome by front of house staff. Food was timely delivered and tasted excellent. The value for money of the lunch time menu cannot be faulted and our Waitress was fun, warm and delivered excellent customer service - well done Cote!

The food was excellent All the staff we spoke to were pleasant and extremely helpful. I have been to theCote restaurants in many different places and have never been disappointed. Today was no different. Just excellent in every respect.

The food and service was as good as ever and the refurbished restaurant looks fantastic. The only negative was our table. We booked in advance but were seated behind and very close to the staircase and had peoples’ feet clattering past our heads all the time - not nice, especially when there were plenty of other tables available.

Really attentive, pleasant and helpful staff and great food. will definitely be back soon.

Hi. We ordered the Valentine menu but seemed to have been forgotten after our starter. After waiting patiently for 20 mins we had to ask the waitress who apologised and chased up our order. Also disappointed with the duck as it looked like only half a duck breast sliced up leaving me feeling cheated. The mixed dessert plate looked very nice but that too left us still hungry. Good job we had cheese and biscuits at home !

The staff, especially Sarah and Tia, where amazing. We had a few issues with the food being very salty but they where quick to resolve the issue and ensure our even wasn’t ruined. I very much love cote as s dining establishment and it was the first time I’ve had to return something because it wasn’t edible so was very impressed with the way Tia and Sarah dealt with it.

Formule breakfast was fantastic as always. Atmosphere fabulous and staff attentive and friendly. Lovely way to start a Sunday. Thank you.

A great experience as usual. I had one of my favourites, bellypork, and it was better than usual. Cooked to perfection. Great ambience as well. We had a lovely evening.

We were out celebrating our sons finishing there GCSE’s! And you did not fail in giving us a fantastic 3 course meal, with a complimentary bottle of wine as well! It’s just a shame that you don’t have a restaurant in Crawley.

I went there with friends for the dinner. Great food and service. I would definitely go there again. Good location and nice atmosphere. I would recommend you to try the desserts too.

Excellent crab bisque and very tasty Cote de veau, enjoyed as well the tarte fine aux pommes with ice cream. Service was very good, friendly and pleasant staff.

My steak was not up to standard and it was replaced without any fuss. Excellent.

We are regular visitors for brunch or evening meals as Côte has been a favourite of ours but today something went very wrong with the ordering process which resulted in missed breakfasts for 2 of our party of 6 & the rest of us had all eaten by the time the final breakfast arrived. The Manager dealt with the situation as best he could but we shall probably reconsider our options in the future.

Have visited many times and everything is near perfect. Food, ambience and feel good factor in abundance.Especially enjoyed the cocktail of the month. Keep up the good work.

We had a very enjoyable early evening meal at Cote in Horsham. The food was as good as every with a great choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful

As always we had a very relaxed breakfast here; the food is consistently good and there is a nice atmosphere. Good service and friendly staff. We will be back!

Really tasty food and we all enjoyed ourselves. Did not have to wait too long either for the courses and staff were attentive.

Although the meal was good we unfortunately couldn’t hear ourselves talk due to two tables of very loud people.Just one of those things but sadly did not make for a relaxing evening.

I always enjoy eating at Cote but since the refurbishment have found that the restaurant feels rather crowded. The tables seem to be very close together particularly in the middle part of the restaurant. This make it very difficult to have a normal conversation with the people you are dining with. Being rather noisy, it doesn't really suit the older members of my family as a place to eat.

We come to this restaurant maybe twice or three times a month, last night we brought friends who had never visited, the food and service was absolutely appalling. Every single course was cold or had something missing. You have lost a very loyal customer for a while. The waitress was apparently new but aside from that completely not customer focused.

Excellent value, great food. Best on the high street in our opinion.

We have never been disappointed with our experience at Cote. The food is always excellent and at a reasonable price. The specials are changed frequently so there is always something new to try.

Very nice breakfast although eggs were cold hence not full marks. We did get a complimentary two coffees which was fair enough. Otherwise would recommend it.

We had a great experience this evening. We were very well looked after (as ever) by attentive staff and the food was delicious. It must be why we keep coming back for our girly catch up evenings!

This is my first visit back to Cote since it re-opened and it was just as good as it was before, my husband had only been for breakfast before but I had been on numerous occasions with friends. He was very impressed and said it reminded him of our holidays in France, high praise indeed!

Good table by the window. Excellent service - all staff were very pleasant, and efficient. Topped off by good food from the Prestige menu, which was very good value.

We had a most enjoyable lunch, in pleasant surroundings without being rushed. The food was delicious particularly the frozen berries & the staff were attentive without being over the top.
