Brilliant location for family reunion. Table couldn’t have been better! From when we first booked last month to the end of the meal we had excellent customer service throughout. Well done all the staff at Cote.

Nothing more to add to the ratings given. It was an enjoyable meal and evening. I have exceeded the minimum and have nothing to add.

This is my favourite Cote venue. My group of 15 and myself thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very good ambience, good food and exceptional service.Thank you very much.

The food was fantastic. I would have given a 6 star rating had it not been for the no toilets situation. To have to go to the nearby cafe rouge to use their toilets because cote's were out of action was unfortunate. Shame it happened because apart from that we had a fantastic evening.

Yesterday we held a reunion lunch for a party of 26 former university graduates at Cote Brasserie at Hays Galleria. We had a wonderful time and there were many comments on the choice of such a great venue. The menu offered a very wide choice of food and there were lots of comments about how delicious the food was. All the staff were very helpful ensuring everything went smoothly with nothing too much trouble. We were seated upstairs slightly away from other people which worked well for everyone as talking from a large group can be noisy for other diners. Both before and on the day I was very impressed with the customer focus and professionalism of the staff in how they dealt with issues.

A great place to have a family lunch, brilliant food and service and a good location near the river, we will be back - thank you

Really excellent service and a meal that included polite, efficient and flexible waiting staff, combined with great food and the little personal touch to our table decoration that turned a casual celebratory meal into a really special evening with a great atmosphere. Thanks to the Cote team for helping to make that happen. It meant a lot.

I am a regular and having a meal at Cote Hays Galleria always a great experience. The food is very good and the stuff are very professional yet friendly and engaging.

Brilliant as ever the only downside there seemed to be no front of house? Had to wait to be seated even though we had a reservation! Third time we’ve been our waitress was brilliant and the food was to die for!

We had a nice meal with pleasant staff although we were asked 3 times if we wanted another drink despite clearly having full glasses in tint of us. We would certainly return

Lovely touch to greet us with kir royal on the house as we were celebrating a special birthday. Service and food were first class. We weren’t rushed and had a really enjoyable evening. All in all great value for money. Especially the Cremant.

We were a large party and were looked after very well. Cote staff gave us help all along the way including the table layout and even organising the bill and their attention was very much appreciated.

It was busy and sometimes we had to wait for our waiter to return to the table! Otherwise we were very happy! It was a great location!

We didn’t have a meal but we loved our afternoon tea and were very well looked after, in comfort and with a view of the Thames!

The mannerism and attitude of the Waitress really ruined the mood and experience, and actually led onto an argument amongst ourselves that I actually ended up being in a bad mood for the entire time that I was in the restaurant. What I wanted to order wasn't available and the restaurant had run out, so I asked for something else to which the waitress got annoyed for whatever reason that I didn't even understand as I think I didn't ask anything that would provoke them to behave that way. She was dashing the water bottles onto the table, and when asked for extra wine glass as there was an initial miscount of the people who wanted to drink, she rolled her eyes haffing and puffing away, and literally presented the glass in our face, rather than putting it on the table, this had affected that person who wanted the glass as the presentation and her mannerism was actually so poor. She then switched over with someone else, and the person changed over brought some wine that I couldn't even tell if it was the wine that I ordered. Usually places would show the label of the wine and confirm if it is the wine that we've ordered. Wine glasses had already been laid out the table for the people who are having it, yet she asked 'are you having wine', the wine I couldn't even tell what it is, and to her question I answered 'Possibly', depending upon confirmation of the wine, and she seemed to have showed annoyance and ill attitude for answering 'Possibly'. The changeover to the other waitress had calmed my mood little more, but the ill attitude from the first waitress led onto an argument amongst ourselves that we actually left the restaurant not talking properly to each other. I wont be going Cote again.

I Loved the free Kir royale s and free dessert for my birthday. Had a nice time and the steak was really good Would go again.

Not scoring maximum on food this time, the stake was rare instead of medium rare and the mushroom ravioli was too salty. Unfortunately the waitress didn’t offer to take it backcourt the kitchen or take it off the bill. Otherwise all was without fault

This was booked for my brothers birthday and the table was ready with a happy birthday card and the waiter brought some glasses of fizz over when we arrived. It was lovely, the food was delicious.

Had a fantastic birthday meal at the Hays Galleria restaurant. Was especially delighted by the complimentary Kir Royale. I had the duck breast - a huge portion artistically fanned across the plate. It was delicious and having started with crab mayonnaise could only manage a creme caramel to finish. Lovely service too.

My daughter treated me to a birthday lunch. Sadly, my haddock was overcooked so I shared my daughter's pork belly and then we shared a chicken dish. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The manager was apologetic and attentive. I even got a birthday brownie with a candle and icecream and the staff sang happy birthday to me. We were not charged for my main course, which was a lovely gesture. A really nice experience.
