Had a lovely meal and the staff were brilliant. It was a special occasion and they helpfully put the gifts out on the table that I provided before hand and a vase of flowers. Nice touch. Thank you.
We didn’t have a meal but we loved our afternoon tea and were very well looked after, in comfort and with a view of the Thames!
This is my favourite Cote venue. My group of 15 and myself thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very good ambience, good food and exceptional service.Thank you very much.
Perfect for what we wanted today - steak, frites, wine and a congenial place to chat.
Spent the afternoon here, food was great. we wasn't rushed out seeing as we had been there all afternoon.
Always a great vfm meal! Lively atmosphere. Good choice of menu. Tasty food that was well presented. Friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend to others.

An enjoyable lunch in a cool setting. Super friendly staff who ensured waiting time was kept to a minimum. Great views of Thames. I wish the beer was in 500ml bottles and not 330ml. We will be returning soon.
Really good food, nicely presented, and friendly service. In a beautiful location right on the Thames, it offers incredible value for money for a London restaurant.

Service, food and ambience was absolutely excellent. Will definitely visit again in the near future. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you.
Good friendly service, tasty food 😊 We will go again soon
Slow, lacklustre service Overpriced, poor quality food First time visit - very disappointed
Food can almost to quickly Starters arrived within a couple of minutes of order and before the drinks Slight issue with part of the order missing but reomsolved quickly
Very good food and very good and welcoming servers. 10- 15 minutes to be seated which was a bit long but the food was worth the wait.
Lovely evening. One or two issues which were dealt with quickly, but food service was very slow. We've been there a lot and it's always busy, but there's not normally such a long wait for food.
Most staff were barely able to communicate with me and my companion, even about the simplest matters concerning the food because of their poor English. Staff really should be familiar with the menu and the types of vocabulary that might come up when waiting tables. There were endless confusions and misunderstandings, which became wearing after a while. One pat of butter is not enough for four large pieces of bread, and bringing just one more when requested for more is also not enough. It took absolutely ages to get the bill despite us asking for it when we ordered coffee as we were in a rush. And then, once it had come, it was ages before anyone came to take payment.
Both the French onion soup and moules frites were off the mark sadly. Soup had no depth of favour and was quite watery whilst the mussels weren't very fresh, the white wine sauce far too salty. Mussels were gritty, some broken, leaving shards of shell to contend with, also very small, not plump and inviting. Wish I'd asked at the time for a refund, as the food was not satisfactory at all.
Thank you for delicious food, beautifully served. We had a wonderful culmination to a very memorable evening spent at the Bridge Theatre watching the legend that is Dame Maggie Smith
We took 4 American friends to eat at your restaurant early Monday evening. A table by the river was an absolute bonus for us. The Americans raved about the view! Juan, our waiter, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was efficient, professional, friendly, funny and made sure we had a wonderful evening. Our drinks were served quickly and we agreed unanimously that our food was delicious and good value for money. We will be coming back.
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. DELIGHTFUL STAFF AND DELICIOUS MEAL. IT WAS OUR AMERICAN GUESTS FIRST VISIT TO COTE AND THEY WERE VERY IMPRESSED. I OFTEN GO TO COTE IN ST MARTIN'S LANE, KENSINGTON AND BARNES BUT HAD NEVER BEEN TO HAY'S GALLERIA BEFORE - I HOPE TO BE BACK SOON. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH.
The only drawback was the table we were allocated initially was VERY close to other tables and effectively in the main very ‘busy’ corridor. It was difficult to hear one another and VERY hot but when I asked if we could relocate to a table on the side the manageress earmarked an alternative one by the window for our use as soon as the occupants left. Thereafter everything was excellent!
Food and ambience was excellent but the service from some of the staff was poor.
Wonderful place! I would recommend my friends go to this restaurant.
Tasty good, efficient service and great place to cach-up with family
Busy on Mother’s Day but very noisy place with poor acoustics. Meal brought to the table very quickly and bread, which we ordered to nibble before the meal arrived half way through. Delicious food, just don’t rush us and give us a chance to relax!
I had a lovely meal (with five school friends) this weekend - very impressed with the food at the Brasserie. Staff were welcoming and efficient. I would definitely go there again.
Very god service and food was delicious and the would recommend
What a lovely restaurant, our waitress was so friendly couldn't do enough for us and the food came out lovely. and really tasty. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.
Good food and pleasant service, but very noisy. And disappointing that the set menu doesn't come on until 3.00pm. Odd?
Food was great but the restaurant needed more staff. We were there for 5.45 pre-theatre but had to cancel our plan for coffee and dessert as the service was so slow.
Excellent friendly service with a smile. Lovely food. Great atmosphere. Served quickly but not rushed on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Will definitely be back or give my local Maidstone brach.
Our waiter was extremely rude and he’s lucky I didn’t remove the optional tip off the bill. From the moment we arrived he didn’t even break a smile. Instead he was abrupt, rude, and slammed our plates on the table. Shocking behaviour. Now reflecting back on this I wish I had removed the tip!
The two starters ordered (Olives and Bread) were delivered to the table separately with a long delay in between. One main course - Haddock wrapped in bacon and served with wilted spinach and puy lentils was extremely poor. I explained that I was unable to eat lentils and requested that these were replaced by buttered carrots. My husband's meal was presented followed by my meal - one small piece of fish and bacon presented on the plate with no wilted spinach or any other accompaniment. The waiter was called to the table and seemed very reluctant to address any issues. The meal was eventually replaced, following intervention by the Restaurant Manager, but was served after a long delay. My husband's meal was left so we actually consumed our whole meal at separate times. Extremely disappointing
Excellent lunch - cosy and pleasant bustling ambiance. My friend had the tuna nicoise and I had the swordfish. Both were delicious. The service was especially good. Our waitress, Giada, recommended a different bottle of wine to the one we had originally selected and it was perfect.

Lovely food as always and atmosphere. Very friendly and it was my daughters 21st birthday and they made it very special for us! Excellent all round.
Very busy Sunday lunch but the service was attentive, all the meals were excellent. I'd hoped to sit outside but the weather dictated we sit inside at a table big enough to accommodate our party of six. Thanks!
Great evening, the rhubarb cocktail to start was a lovely touch, food good and the bill very reasonable.
Food was all delicious, service excellent and very friendly. Just a shame they were out of the April special crab bisque and also out of the beans for the swordfish main. That being said, the ratatouille I had instead with the swordfish was also delicious.
Always a great meal and with excellent service- never disappoints
We thoroughyl enjoyed our meal from the Prestige Set Menu. There was an excellent variety of dishes to choose from and overall it was very good value for money. The only complaint that we had was that the Peach Crumble was only lukewarm and should have been hotter. We were given replacements which were much hotter and, consequently, much better. It is for this reason only that we have rated you with five stars instead of six.
Very tasty as always.I have the prestige set menu. If you are looking for a very well priced mid week meal ,this is the place to go!
We have dined here for lunch several times and always had a good meal and professional service. Plus the restaurant is located in a wonderful position for views across the Thames.
The fastest service ever!! Nice place, polite and pleasant staff. Food was good too, reasonably priced only the drinks a bit expensive. As any restaurant in the city, really busy. Overall enjoyed my visit and would definitely book again.
Great experience. Manager allowed us to sit upstairs away from the noise as we had 2 people who were hard of hearing. Very thankful that the need was accommodated.
Our Valentines meal today was excellent. Great 3 course menu at £27.95 or £38.95 with the matching of wine for every course. That was our option. My baked crotin starter, goats cheese, apple and walnuts was excellent. Along with my partner’s large portion of smoked salmon, Our main dishes were great and our desserts. Service was excellent and friendly. Fantastic value. We made the right choice for Valentines. Thanks Cote.
Excellent meal and service at Côte, Hay’s Galleria today, as usual. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant if you are in the London Bridge area.
great night, food fabulous as always, really friendly staff, I've never had a bed experience in any of the Cotes restaurants.
Always vfm and this was no exception. Good menu choice and service. All three of us enjoyed our meals and would both recommend and go back.

Our table position was perfect as was the greeting when we arrived and from that moment on the service was second to none. The menu choice is great and the food was excellent. Our lunch was excellent as we received great service ,great food and good value . Hope to see you soon.
Lovely as always. Love the offer for free cocktails upon signing up. Cocktails are always so delish too!
Nice food and service ass usual The waitress we had always came to the Table with a smile The water bottles they use still very annoying as have to ask for refills continuously as so small Think about time they dropped them
