Been here many times. It's always good. This time even better! Loved the anniversary menu which we all had. Amazing selection and excellent quality in all courses
Food good. Service tricky - Levente, I think unintentionally, managed to offend both my wife and my sister. Toilets disgusting. We won't go back but we do like Cote - just not this one.
Overall a great meal. The service and location you couldn't fault. There was a good variety of dishes to offer on the menu and the wine was to our liking. The only criticisms were there was quite a lot of salt used in the food and one of the crepe dishes was over cooked and didn't have a good flavour.
Excellent as always - great food and wine - lovely service and a warm and buzzy ambience. Great value for money too, especially the set early evening menu. Côte remains a firm favourite.
Excellent service . We go there twice a year for group get together and always enjoy it. The staff are wonderful .The food is good and the ambience is lovely.
One of the best restaurants in London bridge. Good view and good food. The service was efficient and the staff are very nice. Love it!!
Good menu & great location. Enjoyed choosing from 10 year Anniversary menu & glass of champagne for starters. Look G or ward to dining at Cote again
Great food and location. Service was a little slow but will definitely go back. Great for a sunny day in London. Good wine selection and good value for money!
Lovely reataurant & great food. The anniversary menu is excellent value. Only negative was we had to wait a while for service after the drinks were served. However the waiter was good and i knew it was busy.
Good food, but service was just ok. They brought out wrong side dish, but remedied this quickly. Not a horrible experience but consistently better service at the other locations.
We asked our dishes medium rare but they came well done and for the first time the duck breast had a lot of fibers. It was not a good meal.
Amazing Location, lovely staff, very tasty food,... it will always be my favourite restaurant. The place have been refurbished recently. Looks nice. Only the restrooms could be slightly bigger
Our waitress was really helpful and pleasant. The food was good and the timing was perfect. We had a very enjoyable experience and will come back.
Following on from yesterday at Blackheath we arrived one hour early. Staff amazing no flapping got an excellent table food as always excellent. Thank you.
We usually meet friends at this branch of Cote about 4 times a year and always have a good time with excellent food and very good service.
Fantastic location, excellent service and the food was good too. I would happily book this restaurant again. Mine was a business lunch but I wold go there for leisure too.
Attentive, prompt, polite and cheerful service Attentive, prompt, polite and cheerful service rpt. Attentive, prompt, polite and cheerful service Attentive, prompt, polite and cheerful service
Excellent food and service. Free birthday drink for both my wife and myself. Waitress was excellent helpful and polite . Never had to wait for anything as she was so good and attentive. Both main courses were excellent (steak and cod). Would like to have crep on the menu with either orange or lemon.
Enjoyed it but a little noisy to enjoy conversation. High ceilings and no carpets make acoustics challenging. Also it would have been easier to etc my salad from a plate rather than a bowl.
I have been to a number of Cote restaurants but I have to say that this one was really disappointing. We ordered the bread to start which has at other restaurants always been accompanied by olive oil and balsamic. This time it did not. We asked for it twice before the waitress finally bought something to the table...oil and plain old vinegar!! Again we asked for it to be changed. By the time it was rectified the main courses had arrived and were also put on the very small table. These unfortunately were not great either. The pork was dry and overseasoned so much that the pepper actually burnt my husband's mouth. The chicken again was overseasoned and the duck looked like it had dried out whilst sitting on the side, obviously precooked before we even ordered. Vegtables were also overcooked. The whole experience was not one that I would wish to repeat!
Very enjoyable. All of the party had an a good meal , the waiting staff were excellent. This is not the first time we have a good time.
Good selection and quality of food. Exceptional friendly and professional service. Superb location on the south bank of the Thames. Visiting guests from Australia were very impressed.
A very helpful manager gave us great seats on the terrace after a short wait. All our waiters were helpful and friendly and the food was as good as ever and reasonably priced. We were very glad to find the excellent Trimbach Pinot Blanc on the wine list.
Wonderful food and atmosphere coupled with a great location next to/the Galleria. We used the Cote reward, and although the waiter wasn't fully aware of it, he found out and served us brilliantly.
The location of this restaurant is excellent, with views of the river and only a short walk from London Bridge station. However, the service fell flat approximately half-way through the meal, where no one was around to offer us more water (on a very hot day), or even show us the dessert menu! Quite disappointing really. Aside from that, the food was awesome!
This was good quality food and service with a great location by the river. The staff tried hard throughout and the service was quick throughout the meal
It's a busy Côte so you know what you're getting but the service can be a bit slower / more sporadic compared with other restaurants in the chain.
I had a lovely evening but two things were not the best. I had booked a table in my name for 5.30 and I arrived about 5.15 and asked the person if my friend had arrived or not - I was told that she had not and was shown to a table upstairs. It turned out my friend was downstairs and we wasted an hour of our evening apart as we both thought the other had been held up. We both ordered the veal off the a la carte menu, mine was lovely, but my friend's was like a piece of shoe leather - we did mention it to the waiter as he cleared the plates and the manager came across, apologised and took the cost of the veal off the menu. I really like the restaurant and the staff were very good - just a shame about these two things
As always, a lovely happy vibrant restaurant. Food superb, staff excellent, attentive, and always willing to explain dishes and wines. This was our third visit and the first time the service was slower than we would have liked. We will be back!
From the moment we stepped through the door the service very good and the staff are very friendly. Wonderful food...as always. Never disappoints. Will definitely be back
Met with two friends/ex colleagues for an informal lunch. The menu choice was good and the food we chose was excellent. We had intended to eat on the Terrace, but the weather beat us - pouring rain.
Food is consistently good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great place to meet friends and chat. Good wine list and reasonable prices for both food and wine
Fantastic food. Really enjoyed Chardonnay and dessert wine. Way above expectations for a chain of London restaurants. Definite recommendation. Hope you find it equally good!
Great food, great views in London Bridge and perfect service from Sasha the manager. He had excellent customer service and we would visit again for this reason.
Excellent food and service and a lovely location on the banks of the Thames. Staff were very accommodating as we were six people and a baby in a buggy.
Excellent food and excellent service! The view is great, we really enjoyed having dinner there. My family wants to go back sometime before leaving london
Food came quickly but the staff (including management) were miserable. No tap water was served to the table either as 'we don't have any full bottles'. Overall not nearly as good as other Cotes
Had a lovely time, food was wonderful and they even allowed us extra time to order from the set menu despite one of our party being late. extreamly accomodating and attentive. Thank you
Excellent service and fantastic location on terrace overlooking the River Thames, the City of London and HMS Belfast. Would not hesitate in recommending this restaurant.
It was a very nice meal. Loved the setting and the ambience. Have been coming to cote hays often with my friends. Thank you very much!
Was seated promptly and courteously. Good meal as usual. Good service, save that we waited a little while to pay the bill. Happy to recommend and shall return.
Great food in a great location. Patient waiter for our party of ten. Have us time to consider our choices. Thank you for a very enjoyable family get together evening.
The wait for a table outside was 30 minutes even though i gad ore-booked fir 7pm. I think you should revuew your system so that a pre-booked table with a request for outside can be made. The wait was far too long and irritating when I had takaen the tume to ore-book
Cote always delivers. Had the Pte theatre menu which offered plenty of choice at s very reasonable price. The discerning person's alternative to cooking at home.
Excellent food and service - and wonderful to be able to sit outside on the terrace overlooking The Thames in the sunshine. Highly recommended for a special celebration - it was my birthday!
The early bird menu is always great value for money and the dishes are changed frequently . The service was as good as always . Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
This restaurant is in such a lovely setting try and get an outside table if you can and weather permits! There early evening menu is such. good value and delicious, the service is always fabulous too. Highly recommend !
Good brunch and a excellent place to catch up with friends. A good place to talk. Reasonably priced and good friendly service. Only 10 minutes walk from London Bridge Station.
Slow service, bland food. Nice place to sit outside. Disappointing dining experience, Cote used to be very good food. We all ordered different dishes, opinion was the same.
I was looking for a quick business lunch, but the food needed to be delicious - that is exactly what I got! The weather was lovely, so I requested a table outside. Everything was just right for this visit, thank you.
