Steak Frites very poor quality, though it was replaced free of charge. Otherwise fine, location and service good. A good atmosphere for an informal chat with colleagues

Great food and location but service was slow and non attentive. This is my second visit and would visit again, but service needs to improve.

Excellent food, wine and service...nothing was too much trouble for our waiter, he was charming and very efficient. The table was perfect, by the river with wonderful views of the Thames, Tower Bridge and the skyline of the City of London. I and my friends and family will definitely be coming to Cote Brasserie Hay's Galleria as often as possible! thank you! Helen

We went for my friends birthday, on arrival we were given a glass of bubbles for free. The waitress was friendly, helpful and presentable. Food was yummy and reasonably priced for London.

Service was a little slow to get going and took a while to get seated. Food was good once arrived and could have been warmer.

They were very busy when we got there. Didn't get offered water or wine for a while but then it went back to the normal good service and excellent food that we always get.

Excellent service with great views and location. Food was first class and there was a good vibrant atmosphere in the resturant. Well worth a visit.

Food was good, staff very friendly and responsive, though a little bit overworked at the peak time when my party of four visited ( around 7pm ). I would return.

Service slightly lacking and food not the usual quality. I had the belly of pork which contained no apple and the dauphinois potatoes were well below par tasted smoked and not much sauce. A disappointing meal overall

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Beautiful location especially in nice weather with outdoor tables overlooking the river Thames. Me and my girlfriend have been here a few times now and we love it, the food is amazing. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I have been to Cote before for breakfast and it is usually really good. however this time my experience wasn't so great. we waited over 30 minutes for a drink and over an hour for our food. when the food arrived it was lukewarm. they did take the service off the bill to apologise, but they weren't overly busy so I was disappointed the service was so poor. Especially as it was a special occasion.

Superb venue and food. Staff very attentive. Would have expected to pay a lot more considering the location but was pleasently suprised. The only issue, to my amusement, was my wifes 2 favourite drinks vodka and southern comfort were not available on the Saturday we were there. Thank heavens for Prosecco. Unfortunately you can't control the weather but on a warm sunny day eating outside alongside the Thames would be a perfect location. Would recommend to anyone and certainly would return ourselves but would ring beforehand to make sure a plentyfull amount of Vodka available. Well done great venue.

Great lunch outside at Cote, Hay's Galleria. Wonderful food, service and weather. Had the Salmon, English asparagus and Jersey Royal new potatoes, tough to beat on a June day.

Very good, much better then our local cote, food was great,chicken not overcooked. The Service was very good and would go back when in area again.

Our Czech Republic waitresses were very attentive and charming. The food was of a high standard especially the steak frites. The house red was surprisingly palatable. The restaurant had an ideal ambiance suitable for our party of six

Lovely location on the Thames. Great food. Service was good. The food was prepared and arrived lovely and hot as you would hope and expect.

Good fun and good views x get an outside table if you can and watch river life drift by. Great way to entertain your wife of 25 years

The steak my friend had was a bit gristly, and not cooked to her liking, but they kindly took it off the bill. Not sure I'd hurry back.

The food was amzing and I cannot fault it. The service however was slow.......the waiter did say that they were very short staffed. The starters came very quick but we waited an houre after they came for the mains due to I am guessing staffing.

Good food, the steak was beautifully cooked and delicious. The early evening menu at £12.95 for 3 courses is excellent value and the service is friendly and prompt but not hurrying.

Great lunch today at Cote Hay's Galleria, outside. Fab hamburger on brioche and crab salad. Add a fly past and a gun salute for the entertainment (Queen's official birthday). Great day out.

Unobtrusive, but good service and delicious food. Well catered re. Gluten Free Menu. Have visited six Cotes in and around London and recommend them to my friends. Value for money.

Staff were very friendly but not intrusive, the food was excellent, both had steaks which were cooked just right. service superb. Wine lust was varied and good value. Will definitely visit again.

Very hot and busy night but the staff coped well and the food was delicious. The table outside had a lovely view of the river.

Was a little cold under the AC. And the neighboring table were a little loud but loved it and my partner will be coming back with his family very soon. As will we.

Good service and the food is nice too. My friend and me both had good experience there. We ordered the three courses menu, it is worth. We really recommend this restaurant and decide to visit there again.

Good food well presented and efficiently served by friendly staff. Good selection of menu options and wines. We were a party of four and we all enjoyed the experience.

Normally I'm happy with food and service. Plus it's lovely location. This time our food arrived at different times (it was 2 of us) and waiter did not put any effort to make its better. My friend had to wait for my main to come; a bit upsetting.

It was a lovely evening with my 2 friends from America who were impressed with the food quality and friendly service. We had a great evening and enjoyed the views and sunset on the terrace.

The food and wine were excellent! would recommend it to our friends when they are on a visit to London very easy to find from London Bridge!

It was a nice day and the promenade seating was lovely. We wanted scrambled eggs with salmon but you ran out of salmon! We asked for it on toast, which was fine, but there was no offer for butter on toast, and the bread didn't taste great.

The food was fine but although she was polite the waitress was quite surly, she also kept trying to pout out wine despite being asked not too as we preferred to serve ourselves. Not sure if this is because they are trained to do this so you end up buying more!

Busy, bustling restaurants. But my side order was forgotten. After the 2nd reminder, the waiter remembered. Then 10 minutes later, when we had almost finished most of our main choice, a badly undercooked plate of vegetables arrived. Otherwise I like this restaurant

Busy, but love the riverside location near to Tower Bridge. Mostly French themed food, and reasonable wine. Not my first time at this restaurant and will return again.

Fab Food! went for breakfast, a birthday treat for my daughter before a shopping trip.staff are all excellent too! lovely seating on the terrace. shall be visiting again very soon!

Excellent position next to the Thames, we sat outside on a lovely evening. Tables very close together however I understand the need to make the most of outside space.

Very good food and an excellent menu , but very noisy partly due to wooden floors and high ceiling nothing to absorb the sound--- at times difficult to hold a conversation

When I reserved I was offered Kir Royale, didn't realised it was just one not for the whole party - bit disappointed however everything else lived up to expectation.

Steak not as good as usual - a bit too raw for my liking (not pink as advertised) and very chewy. In saying that though the 3 other people I was there with enjoyed their mains.

The waitress we had was very kind and helpful with recommendations for drinks and overall had a very positive attitude. It made the dining experience much greater.

This is a great location, by the river. Service was very friendly and efficient. The menu was interesting and our food was nicely presented and was very good. All in all a great experience.

Excellent breakfasts. Ideal location with very attentive staff. Dinners are great value and food is very appetising. My favourite restaurant for taking friends and family.

Lovely meal but not sure the crumble was apricot though! Tasted more like apple & waitress told us it would be cold when it arrived it was hot!

Very good service, and nice food as always. The set menu was good, as were the May specials. Food prices are very reasonable, although the drinks are more standard/top end in terms of pricing. Staff very polite and well-versed re. food content etc.
