A warm welcome, good view of the river, and the usual high standard of food. Pre theatre menu excellent value, with a good selection of favourites.
Great food and a nice table overlooking the Thames, drawback was that we had a noisey birthday party behind us who rather spoilt the atmosphere.
Food not as good as we have had in other Cote restaurants before. Not horrible, just average. The glare from the kitchen each time the door opened was a bit irritating
found arriving at cote very poor .had to wait along time to be greeted and taken to are table . About 10minutes very poor .
Waited quite a while before our order was taken but then usual brilliant service restored as normal. Food excellent and lovely wine. Waitress on the ball as well
my friends and I had a great evening. The complementary glass of fizz for my birthday and 3 guests was really appreciated. The early bird menu provided both value for money and quality as it usually does . We like the fact its changed periodically as we eat here 1 or 2 times per month. The staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant was busy so we had to wait slightly longer than usual for the mains. But it did not spoil the whole experience
Excellent experience. Wonderful food at a reasonable price. Service was attentive and the atmosphere enchanting .The Britten chicken was delicious and the creamed spinach amazing.will be going back very very soon

Booking on line was so easy. The staff at cote were delightful, and very friendly, and the food was excellent. We had a lovely evening, so thank you cote.
Booked for a lunch time meeting. Table requested was provided and was perfect. Food excellent and service fast and efficient. I booked for a Partner and he was very happy with everything. He said he would definitely use Cotes again.
Over all very Good food at reasonable price for London. Pleasant staff with very prompt service. Ambience of restaurant was pleasant . Happy to visit again
Lovely as always, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Very nice food too. My only concern is i wish there would be more veggie option .
Really nice restaurant inside and out. Food was delicious and the service was great. The complimentary wine was a nice touch. Only slightly annoying thing was we had made a reservation and the table wasn't ready when we arrived. Walk-ins were being seated before us and there wasn't really a place stand and wait. Overall great experience!
We came for a family brunch and were so pleased to be offered three menus! As ever the service and food were exemplary. All Cote restaurants are all really good but this one is outstanding.
Very good venue for a biggish party with varying tastes - waiting service very good and meals liked by all. One snag - Had asked for downstairs table but shown upstaiirs instead - because the people at our designated table had been there since breakfast (it was now 1.00pm). Some of my party are infirm and this wasn't totally ideal.
Me and a friend visited the restaurant on a weekday evening. The early evening menu is great value. It is in a Lovely location. Good tasting food
Noisy to start with. Food served too quickly between courses. Asked for main course to be plated and it came back very cool. Had to be heated up. At least I was reimbursed. Heating of restaurant was turned on to cold until we complained. Not as good as usual - what is happening to Cote?
Lovely restaurant with views across the Thames. Good value set meal with a good selection of choices. Slightly annoying service charge automatically added. Would prefer to be asked first if we had been happy with the service.
Lovely place to spend a sunny sunday afternoon, great staff, very attentive, lovely menu, food served to a great standard, will recommend the restaurant without hesitation, cant wait to go back again!!
Excellent brunch and portions very generous. Very clean table and a very nice tea service. Service was very good especially from Andreas Will be back.
The service was excellent. The staff were really friendly staff. Very good food which easreasonably priced. Will recommend to friends and family. I will definitely visit again.
Food from the pre-7pm menu was superb value and staff were friendly if a little overworked. Had a splendid, unrushed evening, in a very pleasant setting, thank you.
Always good - I have eaten at Cote Hayes Galleria 20+ times - always reliable. Food good, Staff friendly and helpful, service quick and unobtrusive, if the weather is good, sit outside and watch the river go by. If you're stuck for time, Cote can serve you two courses and coffee in under and hour.
Overall good experience. Good food, the food came out quickly enough and it wasn't too busy so we could hear each other speaking. The service could've been faster.
The food was good, but service poor. We were given 1 kids menu despite having 4 kids in tow. And service was slow. Had to flag down a waiter to place our order and then to pay the bill. Overall the waitstaff were not very friendly which ruined our dining experience.
Been here prob 300x past 7yrs.knew kelline brazilian maitre d.never fails.gr8 location views service food. Was given requested fav indoor table although often sit outside. The white c French bergerac wine was crisp beautifully chilled. Superb.. fish pie amazing and ice cream with hot chocolate sauce. .as always brilliant. .thank you
Great experience at Côte Brasserie in Hays Galleria. It was for a birthday lunch and the staff even treated us to sparkling Rosé wine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Had a lovely meal and services was amazing. Nice place to eat and good place to view people walking by. Can recommend the fish cakes.
Lovely food, and service- great for lunch. The environment is pleasant with a buzz of business going on. Great that service is included saves having to carry cash
A beautiful meal at a lovely restaurant at a fantastic price! Would have rated it a six but they tried to charge us for an extra glass f wine that we hadn't had.
Service not great... chicken slightly over cooked.. fries soggy.. service charge of 12.5% automatically added .. which made it extremely difficult to ask waiter to remove from bill.
This was positively the best dining experience I've ever had. Excellent food & wine served with perfect timing by a charming & helpful waitress. To top it off we had a lovely view of the river!
Great value early evening set menu with varied options to choose from. Service was fairly prompt without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend and will certainly go back!
The Starter of salad and cheese was lovely but the Rib eye steak was tough and not aged as discribed . The staff were very helpful
It was fine overall, however, after I ordered my main dish they came back after 20 minutes just to tell me that they didn't have it... had a steak instead and ir was chewy. Not happy with my Monday dinner :(
Food wasn't great to be honest, very bland, so hot in the restaurant (not the waiters fault they did keep trying!) and I found our server pretty blunt/un-attentive due to a bigger group arriving and obviously realising they would leave a bigger tip. Hopefully better next time as this has been my only bad experience (have only been twice!)
Fish parmentier contained lots of fish. Service was charming, with pleasant, courteous staff. Standard of food and service has been consistent, on every occasion we have visited.
The atmosphere was really nice and the service was good. The food was good value for money considering it's in London Bridge it was reasonable!
Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff and good environment...what more can you ask for. Well done cote and as Arnie said, "I'll be back". Thanks
Enjoyed fillet steak and fish stew, service very attentive and fantastic views of the river. Busy and buzzing atmosphere, we will definitely be coming again.
The restaurant environment is very pleasant, the staff very courteous, the service very efficient, the food tasty and the price point reasonable. Thank you very much.
Very good service and food nice and warm! We even asked to have the heating turned up and this was done too. Would recommend. Good location too.
The food was really fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive and there was a very lively atmosphere. Overall a really great choice for a relaxed business lunch.
Very tasty food, pleasant and helpful staff. I asked for a quiet table - not sure that I was allocated the quietest available. No hand towels in the Ladies toilet. Otherwise, very happy with Cote, as usual.
Steak wasn't great, but service was lovely. Again, I was directed to a tiny table by the kitchen door, despite the entire restaurant being pretty much empty at 5.15 in the afternoon.
Really quick and friendly service! Choice and range of dishes were excellent, the food quality and presentation matched the taste and all arrived in good time.
There was nothing to dislike - the service, food & wine were all very good. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants a good experience.
We opted for the very sound and excellent set menu. All three courses for us both were just spot on. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Will definitely revisit.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were welcoming. The food overall was of average quality (mussels did not taste very good). The staff and manager dealt with our comments well but I'm not sure I would go back to this branch in a hurry.
Food very good as always. Very busy, waited for our drinks.was warned we had to wait for bread but this ended up coming with main.
We visited on a Saturday. I did feel to start with that the staff were wishing to do a quick turnover which we did not want. However they were all friendly and efficient. We are familiar with the main menu and the foos was good. However I had to return my starter of Moules Mariniere as it was cold. Apologies and a fresh dish was served quite quickly which was hot as it should be. Again I had to send my main course back to be reheated. On both occasions this was done without fuss and quite quickly. My husband was happy with his food and we both enjoyed Tarte Tatin for dessert. As a goodwill gesture they removed the charge for the moules which we thought was good of them. In all good value for money and a pleasant location.
