My overall experience was very good. Friendly staff and good quality food. The location of the restaurant is easily accessible with lovely views of the river.

The staff is very nice, attentive. We had a lovely time. The food was delicious. Huge thank you to the management for looking after us so well. This is our favourite place every time we visit this restaurant when I see my friend in London. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you again for the kindness.

Lovely setting by the River Thames with spectacular views of Tower Bridge. Delicious food and very friendly and efficient staff. Thoroughly recommend that you pay them a visit.

Great service and food but very disappointed the dessert I wanted on a fixed menu wasn't available! They did offer any other dessert from the main menu at no extra cost though

A delicious meal served by a waitress who looked after my guest and me beautifully. She achieved the perfect balance of attentive service without being intrusive.

Food beautifully cooked, extremely tasty and well presented. Staff friendly and helpful. Service prompt (a lunchtime visit, always good test for this). I did drop a point as the drink was pored once we were left to top up ourselves. This is a personal gripe and very common in restaurants rather than a major issue. Most restaurants expect a tip, my feeling is they should go above and beyond to earn it but don't get me wrong, what you would expect as a minimum was spot on and an overall great experience.

Great location on the South Bank, very good service and delicious food. Price is very reasonable for the quality of food. Whole restaurant has a good buzz. Will definitely return.

First time visiting a Cote Brasserie excellent location at the Hay's Galleria. Was seated upstairs which was lovely. The staff and food was all excellent. Highly recommended

We had a good range of choice on the menu to suit various tastes in our group of 8. The food itself was excellent and freshly prepared and enjoyed by everyone. Good value for money too

Not enough staff to cope with the customers. Bad service, kept waiting for drinks that never arrived I will not be returning at all. Bad

Very nice food, service was very quick and kind, although the girl working in our section was alone and the restaurant was full. Special praise to her.

Rather disappointed that when I order the Veal escalope, no vegetables are included - apart from some decorative watercress. Had to pay extra just for some green beans. Also, had to join a lengthy queue for the ladies toilets - as there are only two. As everyone in the queue said - not at all ideal for a restaurant that holds a lot of people, and this was quite early on in the evening, so must be even worse later when at full capacity.

The service was great, lovely setting but the food slightly let me down as I'm a regular cote's customer and I have tried amazing plates of food earlier. This time it was just not good enough... Also toilet is too small for such a restaurant and could be better maintained.

Excellent meal. Good choices for everyone's tastes. Superb staff and service. One improvement would be to serve some bread of some description to go with the chilli prawn starter. The sauce is so good I would have liked to mop it up with some bread!

We had a good lunch. Service was good, food was good & we were allowed to take our time & not rushed. I would recommend to friends.

I always have a good meal at London Bridge Cotes. On this occasion the steak wasn't cooked to my taste, but the matter was dealt with, quickly and professionally and all was quickly back on tract. So I ended up with the another great experience of London Bridge Cotes. Great value, good food, gorgeous setting.

The food was good and the service was excellent. Set menus are very good and really reasonably prices. Makes eating out in Lobdin possible !

Good service, great food, perfect setting. We had a booth which was ideal - pleased we weren't in the areas close to the bar though - very noisy, worth asking for a booth if you are in a party of 4 - 6.

AMAZING FOOD & LOCATION FRIENDLY STAFF ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. WOULD DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN - THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. BEST FOR BUSINESS AND LEISURE. A BIT OVERPRICED BUT WITH ALL THOSE PLUSES - ONE MINUS CAN EASILY WAIVED. :)

Enjoyed our group dinner - it was a great atmosphere, really good service from our waitress, and wonderful food - a great restaurant and I would highly recommend it.

Good value and consistent good quality with attentive service and in a prime position overlooking the Thames - but noisy when busy unless it's warm enough to sit on the terrace outside

Great food and the dinner set menu is especially great value. Would definitely recommend their cremencaramel as one of the best I've ever tried. Have been multiple times and will definitely be back

The food is always good at Cote restaurant! Although, the service was a bit slow today and they need to take into account that people are working and they need to get back to the office within 1hr.

As usual with a Cotes Brasserie, food excellent, staff polite, friendly and very efficient. Always worth booking a table, especially with the Cotes Rewards system.

Very good service and dining experience in idyllic setting having first of all visited the Shard Quality of food was as usual of very high standard

Nice food, staff were polite and professional, and we were never made to feel rushed to eat. Because it was my birthday, the staff gave me a free dessert and put a trick candle in it that kept on re-lighting every time I blew it out.

Lovely location overlooking the Thames and HMS Belfast, food and service up to the usual high standard expected of a visit to Cote. Would thoroughly recommend. Only downside slightly drunk very loud middle aged woman (who should have known better) at table to our right.

We were dissapointed with this restraurant's ridiculously slow and unfriendly service. Our food came one hour after we ordered, and the waiters served us without smile. Food was delicious, though.

Great evening. Excellent service and delicious food. All helped by being able to sit outside and enjoy the unexpectedly good evening sunshine. The only downside was that it was very cramped, making toilet visits etc difficult.

I like the location of this restaurant and, like most visits I've made to various Cotes, the meal was good and service good too. Always a solid call when needing somewhere to sit, talk and have consistently OK food.

Really nice venue, food was amazing, the wine was great, beautiful view. The staff was a bit allover the place, as we had 3 different waiters(-ess). Looking forward to the next opportunity to dine there again.

Perfectly placed just minutes from London Bridge Station and overlooking the Thames. Food excellent as usual, service attentive, as usual and atmosphere busy but unobtrusive.

Absolutely excellent. Good food at very reasonable prices and first class service. Equally good for adults and children alike, I particularly liked to option to change vegetables at no extra cost- very important for fussy grandchildren!

Excellent evening...we as group enjoyed the food and experience. ...very accommodating and great fun. The food was well cooked and tasty simple French fayre....with appropriately priced wine and drinks. Thank you to all staff who served us.
