Thoroughly enjoyed lunch from the February specials a la carte menu. Delicious and beautifully cooked fillet steak to our liking. Excellent starters and dessert. Looking forward to our next visit soon as we have never been disappointed with the food and service.

Delicious food ,good service and value for money. What more can you ask for on a very rainy day in Manchester. We have tried several of the Cote restaurants and no doubt we will be again.

Food was well cooked no problems at all - great choice of Menu - service friendly and attentive without being overbearing - quite reasonable prices too -Would definitely recommend to others and come again.

Very nice meal overall. Good, attentive service. Only complaint, the mussels were not brilliant. Quite a few were closed and not much sauce. Otherwise, happy to return.

Always come here when I'm visiting Manchester - you can be sure of good food and excellent service in nice surroundings. Also enjoyed a complimentary cocktail which was a nice bonus.

Great service, our waiter Norbert was excellent and the manageress was great. The food was great as usual. There was a large group that were rather noisy. But overall a great early evening out.

Excellent food and service as always. 3 course menus are excellent value for money! Reasonably priced three course menu. I’ll be back soon!! Great value for money.

Brilliant Mother’s Day meal with my family. Would highly recommend. The french onion soup is amazing. Service was fantastic. Vegetarian menu available but you have to ask for it.

I always enjoy my visits here. The service is always fantastic and the restaurant has a good ambience. I have had many delicious meals and the wine is nice. I would definitely recommend to others, I think Cote Brasserie is a bit of a hidden gem in Manchester.

Lovely meal in a great atmosphere .Always have a good time in Cotes. Food is a very high standard and staff very friendly.We are regular diners.

Excellent from start to finish. Quiet evening but I liked the fact it wasn’t heaving. Personal but not invasive service. Exceptional food. Tartare exquisite. Veal T-bone from the specials list was out of this world.

Good food and excellent service, made to feel very welcome service charge well deserved will definitely return, great mothers day offer friendly staff good onion soup.

The food was to our pallets, the menu was to our taste, i can not really fault it, just maybe put less sugar in the your lemon tarts thanks for a excellent meal, p.s sorry about my son.

Wonderful atmosphere, and the staff could not have been nicer. Will be going back again, and the food is great value for money! There way a party at the time we went, so it was a bit loud, but again the service was impeccable. Although, some parts of the food seemed under-seasoned, it was easily remedied. Lovely touch for their complimentary water to be filtered and very cold.

First visit but will definitely go again. Lovely atmosphere very pleasant staff who could not do enough for us. There was a delay between first and second course and not really an issue for us but they gave us a goodwill discount on our meal which we did not ask for or expect. Finally the food was delicious 😋

Excellent service as always. Food was great - Calimari really fresh in particular.The fact that over the many years we have been dining many of the staff are still there says a lot for the place.

Table wasn't ready when we arrive but staff were very apologetic. We were given free drinks for our trouble. had a lovely meal and great time. Tartare to die for

Absolutely fantastic meal with my parents food and ervice is fantastic, the only problem is the restaurant is incredibly noisy and it’s very hard to talk as you have to shout and you can’t hear people. I realise this is because it is a busy restaurant. Service was 5 star!

Always a really lovely relaxed atmosphere to meet friends and enjoy a well cooked reasonable priced meal. Great service and well timed courses never had a poor experience.

Circumstances brought us back to Cote Manchester after a less than auspicious last visit. Today’s visit was the polar opposite. It was a busy, vibrant bustling early evening meal for us, served by the delightful and charming Jordan. The food was as we’d become to previously expect, tasty, excellently presented and of a high standard. The veal steak, after an initial hiccup, (which was quickly and pleasantly rectified,) was divine and the flame grilled meat was sumptuous. The crime brûlée’s were mouth-wateringly gorgeous, and rounded off a delightful meal. Our faith had well and truly been restored and we will certainly return.

Enjoyable mother’s day meal for 5 adults and 3 children. Very good all round also very good for gluten free option. Will return for future celebrations.

This is a stylish brasserie without too many frills. Service is polished and friendly and the food is well cooked and presented. The set menus are great value but the carte and wine list won’t break the bank. Perfect for the price.

We were very pleased with our evening the food was very good and the service was excellent, our only feedback is we do not agree with a 12.5% service charge, your food and drinks prices are priced enough to hold their own without adding to the bill, and we like to give the waiters our own gratuity.

The pre theatre menu is Good value and we had lovely polite quick service. Food was very tasty and adequate portions. Didn’t feel rushed at all

Perfectly located for the Royal Exchange theatre and friendly and efficient service so that we were not worried that we would be late for the performance. The pre theatre menu was good value for money. I had booked the table on line and on arrival, we were taken straight away to our table.

The atmosphere was calm in the restaurant despite it being a Friday evening of a Bank Holiday. The service was attentive but not over the top. We all enjoyed the french cuisine and the two steaks were done exactly as requested.

As usual food and wine was good staff were very helpful and could you open in Alderley Edge or Wilmslow . Pity you closed in Hale!

Food as good and reliable as ever. Pre theatre meal always a good option. Service up to the mark too. My only complaint and sadly true of so many eateries these days is the insistence on playing background music in an already noisy room. You can't hear the music ( and why would I want to - if I wanted music I would go to a concert ) but you can hear the bass notes and they become so irritating after an hour of repetition. Is there anyone who would be upset if they just turned it off.

The service was dreadful, staff were totally overstretched, long waits for everything.
