As a coeliac I need to follow a strict gluten free diet & so I felt very well catered for. The food choice was good and very tasty. I would definitely visit again.
Great meal and service as always, great value for money, see you again soon.
Nice food, good service and reasonably priced. Have been many times and hope to go again. The only thing I would be concerned about is that they were setting up the tables around us for a hen do complete with penis straws etc which had I been dining next too it would no have been such a pleasant evening. Given the standard of the restaurant I’m surprised that they would have accepted such a booking as in my experience Cote is a far classier establishment than one for hen do’s
Eaten at Cote in Manchester several times now, mainly for pre theatre menu. Always great service from the staff, lovely food with generous portions and very reasonably priced. I always leave Cote very happy - it's an excellent start to my evening.
This was our second visit to Manchester branch two course before 7 pm suited us as Concert later! It did not disappoint both courses absolutely delicious best restaurant we have been to and not just in Uk. Staff great I forgot my reading glasses waiter let me use his. Thank you will be back soon
Great food and service as always. good value for money, friendly and efficient staff, can’t fault it. Early evening menu changed regularly which is great
Food was excellent and service as always very good as at any Cote restaurant . Nice location in Manchester and staff were very friendly and amiable
great service food and atmosphere would definitely recommend this restaurant. good value for money and varied menu. perfect for any occasion. regular visitor here ! :)
Steak was rare but we ordered medium rare. Service was slow
We had been recommended to come here by friends and we weren’t disappointed. The food and service was first class. We’ll be back to visit again.
As always a lovely meal with professional friendly service. The sea bass was beautifully cooked and a complimentary bottle of wine as regular customers was appreciated. Will be back soon.
Good food, good service good value definitely be back. Thanks
We had a fantastic meal and an excellent table. Thanks
Service and atmosphere good but chicken parmentier dish ( ordered by two of our party ) was disappointing. Considered to be a bit dry and lacking in taste.
As usual a meal of good quality at a very low price. A very comfortable and stylish restaurant with excellent service. I can’t think how many times I lunched here in the last three years but it’s always been most enjoyable.
Cote Manchester is always our port of call pre- theatre dinner, in this review West Side Story at the Royal Exchange Theatre - ( and that was a brilliant shoe too ) Always excels - for service and the menu which has subtle changes on each visit. I just went for the two course prestige, Breton Chicken, just superb, and the fries hit the right note. To finish Creme Caramel. and a glass of the Landuec wine. My other friends were equally impressed, four of which was their first visit to Cote.
A consistent chain, which we have used from London to York, with Manchester being our latest port of call. Food is always good, and service of a high quality. I wish I could add an enormous FIVE STARS for customer service from our visit yesterday, as my partner left his glasses on the table. A quick phone call when we got home resulted in the lovely staff offering to post the specs, saving us a 2-hour journey to Manchester to collect them. Absolutely brilliant, and the sort of thing which makes us want to return when we're next in town. We should also mention that Manchester Cote is an ideal pre-theatre venue for the Royal Exchange theatre ( we did post-matinee ).
Great experience. Will definitely be coming here again and would fully recommend it to everyone who maybe has doubts. The only thing I will say that wasn’t ‘6 stars’ was part of the main course but if anything that was my fault, not theirs.
Food and service were both excellent. We shared a chicken and walnut salad to start which was great followed by the special veal steak and roast chicken. Waiter Norbert was attentive and pleasant.
Fantastic food and great value for money. Would recommend to family and friends
Nice atmosphere with great food. Thoroughly enjoyed our day Staff friendly and smiley.
Booking was really difficult, got confirmation then got cancellation when I rang I was told it was still booked, so not good really, service very poor meals wrong and £40+ service charges on bill really !!!! Wouldn’t recommend and probably won’t return after being a returning customer for many years, very disappointing for my daughters 21st celebration.
Love this place. Fantastic food, friendly, welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. We all had the tenderloin pork from the premium set menu, it was so tender and delicious. Will recommend it to all my friends
Excellent delicious food and super service again, always a favourite place and set menus great value too.
Had alovely lunch and was good value for money with the lunchtime menu. Atmosphere was relaxed and service was excellent! Will definitely recommend and will be returning.
I always enjoy my visits here. The service is always fantastic and the restaurant has a good ambience. I have had many delicious meals and the wine is nice. I would definitely recommend to others, I think Cote Brasserie is a bit of a hidden gem in Manchester.
Perfectly located for the Royal Exchange theatre and friendly and efficient service so that we were not worried that we would be late for the performance. The pre theatre menu was good value for money. I had booked the table on line and on arrival, we were taken straight away to our table.
Another lovely lunch with friends, great service & food. Thank you
I've been to Cote on a regular basis and never been dissatisfied, I would recommend anyone to try it out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Steve Stopford Manchester.
We had a lovely meal from the Theatre menu. Great food, nice atmosphere.
Once again another fantastic experience at your restaurant and already looking forward to our next visit which I hope will be in September. Super staff
Constantly great food and excellent service something that is hard to find these days. Set menus are seasonal so nice variety each time I return and at an affordable price.
Great selection of menues. The earlybird menu offer was a pleasant surprise. Staff were very attentive without rushing us. We had a lovely ‘chilled’ evening after a very busy day. Food and wine were delicious. We didn’t want the crumble to end! Thank you
Delicious French Dining!! The nice and cosy atmosphere of this restaurant allows you to enjoy your dishes in a cosy interior. Try the Fougasse with a nice glass of Sancerre!
Great service, very accommodating, the food was delishous and and came on warm plates, the children were looked after making sure they got fed ASAP thanks you
We had the pre theatre meal on. February. It was excellent. The egg benedict was delicately cooked, my husband enjoyed his carrot and butternut squash soup - ideal for a freezing night! I had the chicken pamentier, which was delicious, my husband’s minute steak was just right. For dessert he had creme caramel and I had the piquant iced berries with warm white chocolate sauce. Mmm. Laborde red wine accompanied our meal beautifully. Good service too. We’ll be back.
Food lovely - my experience has been consistently good at Cote Restaurants. Slight mix up with order delivery which might have been partly our fault in terms of communication but ended up having meals delivered at different times. Wine recommendation was spot on. Quite night being a Tuesday following a Bank Holiday so not much atmosphere but the decor etc was good and we had a choice of table.
Always lovely and reliable experience. All my special meals are spent there. The lovely gentleman who served us was attentive but not overbearing. Food top notch as usual.
We went to Cote Brasserie yesterday with some friends that we met in Manchester. From the beginning, the service was great. A lovely Hungarian waitress, who went to a lot of trouble to make sure our table got everything they needed. The 3 starters were really good and the 4 mains excellent + the desserts of course. We had the gin and tonics as part of the 'deal' on the day and they were very refreshing + a bottle of Merlot. Our waitress made sure, with the help of the manageress that my food didn't contain garlic and onion and cooked a plain 1/2 chicken for me, which was very nice. The atmosphere was just right, busy and full of chatter, but nothing too loud, so nice when you can talk amongst yourselves, especially when you don't see friends very often. We all agreed that the service - including the Hungarian guy who sorted out the desserts and wine for us - was excellent. We would definitely go to Cote in Manchester again
Booked this meal on a whim , with so much to choose from in Manchester it was a 'lucky dip' so glad I did choose Cote as it was an all round lovely evening. The food did not take too long and was tasty and satisfying. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. A lucky find, thank you, We would definantly go back.
