Côte Manchester

The food and service were excellent as always and the January set menu offer was amazing value for money. We brought two friends who had never been to Côte before and they were suitably impressed. The only slight annoyance were two screaming children on an opposite table whose parents didn't seem to be able to subdue them... 🙁

We love French brasserie cooking. Service is excellent without being intrusive. Would prefer coffee in a cup rather than a glass.

Lovely brunch as per usual, very busy & not many staff working on arrival so a little slower than usual but can’t fault the food - come back here time & time again for brunch.

My daughter and I were given a choice of table, we were served promptly and the food and wine were delicious. I have to keep to a gluten free diet but I am always confident that the staff at Cote are trained to deal with this.

Christmas is always a busy time in restaurants, however this did'nt effect the standard of the food or the service at Cote Manchester when 11 of us dined on the 18th December. Thanks to all the staff for looking after us !

This was my 3rd visit to cote and they always seem to get it perfect. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff are really nice and the food is delicious. The most important thing to us is that my coeliac (gluten free) husband is catered for. They are brilliant with this, the manager comes and takes the GF order, the choice of food is one of the biggest menus I have seen for gluten free and your meal comes with an allergy flag in it so you are confident that the dishes haven’t been mixed up. Wonderful find, we will be returning again. My husband has visited both Manchester and Chelmsford and rates them both highly.

Normally an impeccable experience, our visit was ever so slightly lacking this time. The staff have set the bar so high that in any other restaurant the service we were provided on this occasion would have been perfectly acceptable. The range of choice from the menus was just right. The food was exceptional in some cases and acceptable in others. For example a Luke warm starter and dry chicken. On balance I feel Cote Manchester excel at serving a table for two, hopefully that can be extended to larger parties.

Fillet of beef in particular was absolutely outstanding. Everything else the usual very high standard. Please keep doing what you’re doing and don’t change the basics!

We have been to Cote in Manchester several times and it is consistently enjoyable. We dined from the Prestige menu and were not disappointed.

Asked for a nice side table and that is exactly what we got. Amazing food and lovely friendly staff and great service would definitely dine here again.
