All mains delicious but one not warm. Staff deducted one dessert from bill. That dessert was also not warm but could not be bothered telling them. Two out of four had dietary issues and staff were excellent especially manager

Fantastic service, excellent food and atmosphere. Ordered from the pre-theatre menu which was great value for money. I will definitely be recommending this restaraunt to friends and family and will be visiting you again soon.

I’ve eaten here many times, usually before a theatre visit and always have a very enjoyable time. The food is excellent with a wide varied choice and excellent value for money. Lovely ambiance, chilled and got it all spot on. The staff can’t do enough for you. Excellent, prompt service., wIthout feeling rushed. Our waiter this evening organised a taxi for our onward venue and came outside to make sure everything was ok with our taxi. Great customer service.

Welcoming, attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. Warm and relaxed atmosphere, great ambience. Great service times, not waiting for anything, seamless timings between courses. Perfect location for us that day. Delicious food, well presented dishes, piping hot. Great wine selection.

Food was excellent. Calamari a little overdone. Onion soup a good as ever. Haddock and steak was beautiful. Bread and butter pudding exquisite just needed more ice cream and cream. Will certainly be back

What a hidden gem of a restaurant, I’ve just been for my 23rd birthday and they gave us complimentary champagne on arrival and even wrote happy birthday in chocolate and put a candle on my dessert! Absolutely divine food couldn’t fault a single thing, amazing friendly service and we had just an overall wonderful experience. The atmosphere was laid back, not too loud and the different set menus were brilliant value for money. I’ll definitely be telling everyone I know about this place and will 100% be coming back!

The service was very good and so was the food. The restaurant was full and noisy, to hold a proper conversation was a bit of a challenge. However I would go again x

Lovley meal, really enjoyed the complementary fizz in recognition of us celebrating our 10th year Annerversary. Mussels are gorgeous. Looking forward to visiting again. :)

Excellent as usual. The smoked haddock croquettes and the chicken with mustard sauce were delicious. We had the usual creme caramel and glass of Monbazillac for dessert. Just can’t fault the food and service in this restaurant so no surprise it’s a lot busier than a year ago.

We arrived early and thoroughly enjoyed our meal as is normal from this restaurant. I have dined in other places in Deansgate environs and this maintains its status as my favourite ..for quality and consistency.Would recommend it without hesitation. Staff are pleasant and efficient without being intrusive and convey a genuine professionalism to service.

We had a lovely meal. Enjoyed starter, main and dessert. Service was efficient. The restaurant was busy which creates a better atmosphere. Complementary Kir Royale each was very nice.

The food was outstanding but I didn't feel the serving staff were very enthusiastic about it or their work. htey were a bit clinical. i've been in before when there was plenty of engagement and enthusiasm.
