Great post lockdown dinner, excellent food, friendly service, very good value Christmas menu. Good spacing between tables. So nice to be able to go out for dinner again!

all dishes very good indeed, service really slow and no apparent reason as not busy and ample staff, we changed table in hope of not being so cold but we had to keep our coats on - chilly restaurants are not inviting even if the food is lovely

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. Service was excellent and the food was delicious as always. The atmosphere was very striking with well balanced lighting. We have always found Côte to be very reasonable with their pricing. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We can only wish that a branch would open on Baker Street.

a bit like dining in a fast food restaurant, food came instantly and we'd barely finished the starters when the mains arrived, felt rushed

Overall our experience was good, however the main course steak was tepid by the time it reached our table and it seemed as though having the plate very hot was meant to compensate for this. Service was good although we were probably asked too many times by different people whether the food was good - once a course would be enough.

Food was as excellent as ever, steak frites and moules + favourite cote de provence rose. Treated ourselves to desserts and crepe grand marnier was worth saving space for. Lovely team here, warm welcome, attentive and friendly service..especially Molly tonight.

Popped in for a bit of lunch normally go for dinner, got the same great service and great food. You can always rely on Cote for a top meal

It's always good here, and we've been here many times. in my opinion the best of the Cote restaurants out of the 5 I've been to. The service is always friendly and courteous. The food is excellent, and in my experience better than most of the more expensive local restaurants. so... what's not to like?

A lot more expensive than it used to be. I remember the days when orange juice was part of the deal, but apparently no longer because of social distancing. We can now add covid 19 to the excuses that have no answer. The other two being the data protection act and health and safety. Don't you just hate it when a crisis like this is used to slip in a price hike. there were 4 occupied tables so it was very quiet. No wait. Value is relative to what I used to pay.

Good food and lovely service. I was however, disappointed that having asked if I could swap roast potatoes for fries with my main, I was then charged for an extra portion of fries. I took the OK to swap as meaning I could exchange them - not that I could order an pay for an extra portion!

We had a great meal. Belly of pork & Tuna Nicoise salad. Both tasted fantastic. The tuna was a freshly cooked tuna steak, not from a tin. The belly of pork was very fatty, so not too much meat. They were covid safe, so we were pleased with this. We would recommend this restaurant. The price was good too. Our only niggle is that we love ginger beer, but they do not serve this or ginger ale.

So pleased to be back, just a couple of quibbles. Our crab mayonnnaise had a much wetter consistency than previous visits with many more shallots, cucumber etc. and my pork rillette was much too cold, and consequently, stiff. Nice to be given our favourite table though.
