Good food. Cote de boeuf was good value. Nice atmosphere. Free bottle of wine was well above house wine standard. Service efficient and friendly. Well priced overall.

Our favourite relaxed and good food restaurant. Delicious steak & frites, fast and friendly service, great atmosphere& lighting...a french brasserie / restaurant which has consistent service so we come back regularly.

Wonderful service and great food. What's not to like? This restaurant is always lively. Busy enough to be fun but not so loud that you can't hear yourself speak. They also don't pack the tables so close that you feel you have no privacy.

Family meal for 6 of us. Very nice restaurant, and staff very attentive and helpful. food was fantastic and was served quick. didn't get chance to sample desserts, so will have to revisit

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were 3 menues to choose from giving plenty of choice. I had a beef burger on brioche which was very nicely cooked and presented, reasonably priced, overall we really enjoyed our visit.

Great food done with care and skill; excellent and friendly service. My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday, service was very attentive, candles and singing included.

Food excellent and the ambiance warm and friendly. Cote dealt positively with the requests for some changes to the dishes ordered. Also well done for offering to bring the junior main at the time of the adults starters.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch with my family. Relaxing ambience and lovely food. The hake with puréed potatoes and the apple crumble were delicious. The set menus was great value for money. Will definitely return.

A bit slow to get the free bottle of wine after we all arrived so I had to go to the counter and ask. Food quite good except for the hake which was said to be lacking in taste.

Love this restaurant it’s our local go to. Great service, great food. But today, weird olives and cold duck main. But once sent back, both were rectified promptly.

We enjoyed a relaxed lunch and the food from the set menu was both good in quality and overall value. We will be back as they say in the classics!

Excellent service and food. We are always delighted to visit Muswell Hill. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff are efficient and attentive.

Went into Cote for breakfast. It was a good time to go- restaurant was not overly busy and they were able to get the food out quick. They were good about substituting an item and we got friendly service.

Lovely food. Nice wine. Great ambience. I would have given a 6 but slightly slow service. Our waitress was excellent but looked rushed. IN fact overall I suspect was short staffed. Got slightly noisy when a table of 5 arrived who were very close. But we will definitely go back

Would have rated it higher because the food is always reliably good but in this instance they were short-staffed and no provision had been made to fill the gap. Also there did not seem to be any awareness that our party had been waiting for a quarter of an hour before anyone came over to give us menus. It did seem as though they were well practised in avoiding looking in our direction. Anyway when somebody finally came over to our table profuse apologies were offered and accepted.

The food is great, the prices very reasonable and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - they're what make Côte Muswell Hill so special.

Good service. My meat was undercooked but edible and when we received the bill, I found that they had waived the cost. Well done Côte

We had a really great time. Excellent service and food as usual. It is our favorite restaurant and the bottle of wine reward was most enjoyable.

Great food the service could be more attentive. Perhaps more staff servicing sections of the restaurant. Good location and ambiance. Will visit again as its local.

Everything was delicious and service was good, the coffee is a bit bitter and needs a lot of sweetening for someone who doesn't usually sweeten.

Everything was fine, good attentive service, and a good menu. We had just Main courses from the Al la carte menu, but that was ample for us, along with the wine

Plenty of choice on the menu. My meal (3-course set menu) was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and efficient. Comfortable atmosphere. Not noisy (weekday lunchtime).

A bit expensive for small portions. Not a very comfortable place to sit right near where they were preparing drinks. Staff attentive though and tried their best.

We have been here many times and the food and service are generally of a good standard. I tried a hamburger today which was somewhat disappointing being very dry. I mentioned this to our server and was compensated with a free desert which I think was very fair. We shall of course be returning in the future as the ambiance and general setting is very agreeable. It is still our favourite restaurant in Muswell Hill.

You can always rely on Cote providing good food and good service. It was a bit chilly as the air con seemed to have been switched on.

Really good food and wine. We had fresh tuna (perfectly cooked) salad, sea bass and a chicken special, after beetroot, crab and Roquefort starters. Such good quality and value. Great service and spacious surroundings.

Good as usual, good selection of wines and good value for money overall. An excellent waitress, who was attentive and funny. Service was particularly good.

As usual we were welcomed very warmly and the Manager Valli could not have been more charming. We had our usual calamari which we love and then our son had the lamb which he said was very good, I had the chicken which was excellent and my wife had the steak frites which she loves. We didn't have a pudding but had a coffee each which were all great. We had a Kir Royale to start and then beers and my wife a glass of wine. All in all a great lunch as usual with great service and warmth.

We are regular visitors to Muswell Hill Cote and it is always a pleasure. The food is rarely less then very good and the service usually outstanding. Great to have them!

Really positive, the man who greeted us was so natural and friendly. We told him we both had a birthday in the same week and he gave us a free celebraty drink. Food and service from friendly staff was very good. We had a lovely birthday experience at Cote today.

I would have given a six - the food and service was excellent - but the free bottle of sauvignon blanc was pretty limpid (although the pinot noir we bought was first class). I'll be back.

As always such a delight dining at Cote Muswell a Hill. Friendly staff and delicious food. We expecially loved the chocolate fondant. Looking forward to our next visit

Good service-very good food-had a three course meal-got my favourite table by the window-felt like this was a special treat for me-left feeling very happy-will be back there again very soon next week- to try the lunch time menu for October-The October Specials are really lovely-Well Done to all the team at Cote Muswell Hill.....I go to Cote nearly every week-and have done since it first opened-Love It........

The food was very good, the value excellent and the staff efficient, friendly and so helpful as always. Easily the best place in Muswell Hill.
