Excellent service, excellent food. Good size portion, staff don't rush you through the courses.

This is a lovely place to eat. You are made really welcome, and the menu is a delight. Can’t fault the cooking or presentation. We will be back!

The manager who showed us to our table was lovely. Our server however was perfectly fine but didn’t really engage with us nor really seemed like she wanted to be there but over all a good experience as always.

Second visit in as many weeks since re-opening and what a pleasure it is to dine in at Cote Newbury once again. Great service and great food and good to see the restaurant busy on a Friday night with no government incentives at work ! Hopefully an excellent sign that things are getting back to normal and that we can continue to visit our favourite restaurant as often as we want and can.

We love cote. It has the right level of stylish without being overpriced. And good for bringing children to as well with the kiddies menu.

As usual the staff, the meal, and the experience was exceptional.

The food was delicious, but the portions have shrunk dramatically. Having eaten at this establishment a number of times before, we were surprised to see much the portions had reduced. Particularly of the Calamari and such basic items as the French fries. Sad to see Cote resort to such a level of deception.

Super family lunch. They dealt with a food allergy brilliantly.

Booked for dinner to celebrate a family birthday, A lovely friendly welcome on arrival and our waiting staff were both helpful and courteous. Despite the current COVID restrictions, we all felt safe and relaxed and there was a lovely ambience in the restaurant. All our food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. Couldn’t fault it any way and looking forward to a return visit! Many thanks

We enjoyed a late , leisurely lunch and although we have eaten here a number of times we always seem to find something to enjoy on the menu. The crab mouse, ordered by us both was light and refreshing, one of us chose the Lamb Cutlets-- pink and juicy, the other chose the Sea bream on the bone -- moist with a crisp skin and the piquant pickled cucumber was excellent. We chose to share a pud -- vanilla ice cream with a warm chocolate sauce. The ice cream was full of flavor and the chocolate sauce was dark , unctuous and not too sweet. As ever coffee was perfect and served in proper sized cups -- not huge buckets. We are so pleased relieved that Cote has reopened in Newbury -- the staff are always attentive but not pushy and we have found the food to be consistently good.

Enjoyed a really lovely meal with a friend. Food was delicious had the lamb chops and the fish pie, fabulous! Sweet was great too apple tart and ice cream.

Friendly welcome, menus given promptly, time given to peruse, all 3 courses thoroughly enjoyed by the 3 of us, and looked after professionally by obliging staff. Happy to return.

The meals were lovely. The food was beautifully presented. My only slight criticism is that the vegetable portions were quite small but we will certainly come again.

Cote is my favourite restaurant. Consistently good food and pleasant helpful staff. I also use Cote at Home. Again a brilliant experience.

Myself and a friend had a beautiful meal at Cote Brasserie on Monday. The quality and presentation of the food was brilliant and the portion size was perfect. I was able to enjoy 3 courses, feeling content rather than too full.

Four of us had a delicious supper on Tuesday 25th August. The restaurant was full but our visor wearing waiter was attentive, efficient and friendly. Two of our party had the minute steak, one the rib-eye steak and I had the sea bream. Everyone remarked on how delicious their meals were. We all finished with the creme caramel which we all loved too. It was great to be back in our local Newbury Cote Brasserie and its service and food were both still top notch. A great evening.

Our meet and greet was good....our entree was good. However my main course was poor....having said that Dawid sorted it all out he was so helpful. But I would perfer a good meal .

The service was excellent. Food delicious and fresh. Only downside, but we followed the rules, we had 2 tables booked but we were seated on sides of the restaurant which meant that my bubble was broken even further. Overall an enjoyable experience. I would visit again. Even without the discount - prices are still value for money.
