A meal for four of us prior to visiting the theatre was perfect in every way.

We enjoyed a pre theatre supper at Cote.The staff are both charming and efficent.The food was delicious and plenty of choice for gluten free diners,which is a big plus. The atmosphere is relaxed but we had plenty of time to get to theatre as service was good.

Great staff and service, but steak too dry and pastry on citron tart very soft, should be crisp. Will go again choice of meals and desserts really good.

The food was perfectly nice (although one of our party said her chicken was tough). However the portions were so small. I was left absolutely starving. I certainly wouldnt return for the 2/3 course lunch menu.

Our server was fantastic from start to finish. Sorting us a Chateaubriand when the special was sold out and nothing was too much of an issue. First time here and it certainly won’t be our last!

Great service and food. Not been to this branch before (Newcastle) but would recommend it.

Starters were good. Main course left alot to be desired; ordered three steaks at different temperatures, wrong temperature steaks were delivered to wrong orderer. Furthermore, side and peppercorn sauce were delivered ten minutes late. Waitress was generally apologetic but got the impression feedback was entirely well received. Desert was generally good, although once again one serving was delivered 7 minutes after the rest. The waitress took issue orders off bill, which partially made up for the disappointment. Wine recommendation good, atmosphere good.

As usual, the food was delicious and the service excellent, just the right amount of checking that everything was all right for us and we didn't feel at all rushed.

We visited Cote Brassiere during Newcastle Restaurant week; the menu gave plenty of choice and the food was fantastic. Best moules ever and also calamari!! Service was great, attentive but not obtrusive. Very polite staff. We will be back!
