Lovely food , service was too rushed though wanted a relaxed meal felt they wanted us out too quickly , but the staff were helpful and kind

Daniel, Iona and the team made us feel very welcome even though we were late night post theatre customers. The food arrived promptly and was very tasty indeed. We shared a calamari starter then had the charcuterie platter and endive, walnut and blue cheese salad. It was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to visiting the restaurant again next time we're in the city. Many thanks to all staff both front of house and working in the kitchen.

We were a group of 15, service was friendly and efficient, only comment I would make was around checking whether people were ok for drinks. All meals arrived at the same time, so excellent. Food was very tasty and good value for money. Overall a very nice experience.

Had a fantastic evening, the food was delicious, especially the prawns, couldn’t fault any of it, great service and staff were awesome .. we will be back very soon.

Good food and friendly service. Marred by having an "optional" 12.5% charge added to the bill. We believe tipping is an anachronistic and patronising relic, and should be dropped. We would rather pay a proper price for the meal, and have the staff paid a proper wage.

My wife enjoyed her pork belly very much and the special creme brule was good. I had the grilled chicken , and while it was realy cooked very well and the mushroom saucen was wonderful , i Found it very oily. It seems as though after grilling, it is flash fried? The oil in the plate and crispy skin being my reason. This was not to my taste particulary as i don't enjoy oily/ fried food at all. I feel that rather than rocket an accompanying green could be included as it left me feeling like i had just eaten a very good fried chicken and chips rather than a resturant quality meal.Choc mousse was decent and very fluffy. She gave 5 stars i gave 4.

Ladies pre fashion show supper, Food was served quickly as requested , piping hot and delicious. The staff are delightful ,so helpful and engaging .Great place for pre/post cinema supper.

Food was all absolutely lovely but...... we’d ordered olives and sourdough to share as starters and had barely touched these when our main meals arrived so we didn’t really get a chance to enjoy them and when you’re full from your main meal, the starters then seem a complete waste of money. Personally I wouldn’t do that again.

Always welcoming and helpful to explain anything we question on the menu . The staff are all lovely especially Jenny. The restaurant is clean and a very comfortable atmosphere.

The food and service at the Norwich Cote Brasserie was excellent. Service was quick and efficient even though there were only 2 serving staff.

Excellent atmosphere & fantastic service! Fish & duck entrees excellent, Creme brulee , just like France! Not so keen on the moules appetiser! Otherwise fully recommended

Good food and attentive service made for a very enjoyable family lunch on Mothering Sunday (helped by a free glass of Kir Royale, which was part of the Mothers’ Day menu). We chose to take my mother there because my parents like the place!

Excellent food & service as usual for this branch. It was a bit noisy tonight but it was a Saturday and there were a couple of large groups in so couldn’t be helped.

we Arrived a bit early,but were accommodated,meal was lovely,nothing was too much trouble for the waitress,was a bit noisy but was peak time,definitely our favourite restaurant in Norwich,we’ll be back very soon!!! 😄😄

What a disappointment for Easter Sunday lunch! I've eaten well here before, but not today. The restaurant was stuffy and noisy and even though there were few diners, we were all bunched together, and acoustics awful. The 3 of us couldn't all hear each other at the same time. My duck was tough, green beans old and peas crinkly and hard. All looked and tasted like it had been reheated. My mother's chicken was good, but she was served with 5 old green beans for veg only. My daughter's croquet monsieur was good except for the burnt edges, though it was served with a dry bit of old lettuce that was going brown! Some money was taken off the bill for this after complaining. Service was slow despite the few diners, so we didn't bother with pudding. 2 stars only deserved and I won't be coming back. If this place were in France it would be empty.

Staff are cheerful. helpful and attentive. The food is excellent = we had the Prestige set menu which was perfect, from which I chose the steak and this was delicious. Very good dining experience

We were a party of 5 having a pre theatre supper. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were made to feel very welcome by the matre ‘d and the serving staff who were aware of our time limit. We all agreed that our mains were delicious and served very fast. I had duck which was beautifully cooked, very pink which I like, and fabulously tender unlike very often I get in France! Desserts were great. Most of us had the crepe with grande mariner.....superb.

The service was great and the food was fantastic as always. Our waiter (Daniel I think his name was , tall short hair) was amazing, nothing seemed like too much trouble and even though he was very busy he was still attentive.

Table for four and my wifes special birthday today all I can say is that our group had a fantastic experience at Côte Norwich made even more memorable when Danial P sang happy birthday when the sweet was delivered which had a candle on it for her and that complete strangers joined in and clapped at the end “priceless” Paul Smith Newbury, Berkshire.

The staff are always so polite and friendly, the food is always of the highest quality. I love the ever changing menu, and monthly seasonal cocktails. Last month was so yummy Seville orange martini and today was a St Martin's Gin and tonic with lavender and cucumber, very refreshing. I had the special rump of lamb with black olives and roasted garlic, simple delicious.

This was the first time I had been to Cote and I will definitely come back. We had a really friendly waitress who was knowledgeable and attentive. There was a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cote had a varied menu and offered great value for money to suit all budgets. When our food arrived, it looked great and tasted better.

Excellent service , friendly staff. My main course was a little overlooked, although very tasty. When I told our waiter he apologised and gave us free teas and coffee, excellent!

Fab staff, nothing was too much trouble. Free cocktails given to us as it was my friends birthday. The set meal is great value, recommend the steak.

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived and the service throughout the whole meal was brilliant. The food was nicely presented and very delicious and served on lovely hot plates. This is one of our favourite places to eat!

When you walk into a restaurant first impressions are very important to get a feel of how your experience may go. Unfortunately, the greeting from the Maitre De was very abrupt and unwelcoming, not able to smile. Fortunately, the remainder of the table waiting staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, and served on hot plates, service was very quick and efficient. This made for a very enjoyable meal. Just for information, a 12.5% service charge is added to your bill, this is stated as optional but you have to ask to have it removed if your not happy with the service.

Great food, great service. Very good for gluten free. Happy, smily, attentive staff. Good for lunch time as well as evening meals. Consistently good experiences at Cote Norwich.

Excellent food and service. We moved tables as where we initially were seated was too noisy as the music speaker was above my head. Lamb cooked pink rare just as my husband ordered and the haddock I had was a thick piece of fish which was perfectly cooked with the most delicious of beure blanc sauce. Very attentive waiting staff. We eat out at least once a week and I would rate Côte Brasserie as the best of the chain restaurants in Norwich. Definitely will be visiting on a regular basis.

We’re so lucky that Cote is just a short walk from home. This is enhanced by the great staff, stylish food and wine & exceptional service. The Cote Burger was probably the tastiest I’ve had for ages and the Fish Parmentier a delight.
