Food lovely. Wait staff efficient and friendly. Couldn’t fault. Some observations/suggestions re the risk control of covid. - perhaps leave the menus with us- saves them being used by other diners- you can’t wipe them or read-use so leave them at the table so we know there is no risk of cross contamination. Serving/clearing of dishes/glasses. It would be better to put them at the end of the table and not lean over non masked diners! A pet hate of ours is the added service charge. We’d prefer to make our own mind up and not be pushed into it. On this occasion we left it on- the wait staff and kitchen staff deserved it.

The staff went the extra mile to make the day special and the food as ever was excellent

I had a great meal today. It was my 80th birthday last weekand this was a celebration meal. Daniel and the staff made me feel quite special.

As always, the staff at Cote were very friendly and professional. The food was lovely and good value. We hope that you come through the current problems to prosper in the future.

Always a pleasure to dine at Cote Norwich. The maitre d' is always welcoming and the staff are polite, attentive yet discreet. The quality of food is consistently good. Highly recommended!

Jolly good as usual, although with fewer people dining it was quiet - and I don't like noise. The menu is the same as normal, and it would be lovely to see some new ideas. But we shall be back next month, Covid permitting.

Excellent service and meal, as always and perfect social distancing in operation, I felt totally safe dining at Cote. The staff are always excellent!

A warm welcome, excellent staff and a meal that was beautifully presented and a joy to eat. The best meal to-date in any of the Cote Brassiere restaurants we have visited.

The food was amazing, the service too. The decoration of the location is very elegant and appealing. Finally, I think the relationship between product/price is very fair.

Very enjoyable food and service, we had a great evening. I understand the logic behind the gratuity included within the bill, but I think 12.5% is steep.

My duck confit a l'orange was delicious but lacked the shape citrus tang of the orange favour I'm used to. The overall meal and Cotes dinning experience was as ever excellent. The stuff in Norwich are all so lovely, friendly, helpful & sweet. Our favourite go to restaurant.

It is always a pleasure to dine at Cote and it's my favourite Norwich restaurant. Every thing is perfect, the welcoming staff and the excellent service the truly delicious food and it also feels very safe, which is important nowadays. Thank you all at Cote for another lovely meal.

Food was magnificent. Service great, highly professional and attentive waiter( don’t know his name but v tall!) Overall ambience was perfect.

Excellent service as usual at Cotes , from the warm welcome when we arrived to the time we left. Staff friendly and attentive, but allowed us to enjoy the meal. We will most certainly be visiting again shortly.

Staff were lovely as always and very accomodating. The mains from the Christmas menu were exceptional! A lovely experience!

Your birthday offer of the meal at home did not appeal to me as I prefer to eat out rather than do a take way as I would virtually have to cook the meal.

Excellent service and a delicious brunch! Clean and welcoming restaurant with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Waitress had given us menus, asked us if we’d like olives and breads, within a few seconds she was back asking for our order (both food and drinks) twice more she did this within a few minutes, all too rushed...I witnessed her trying to take another diners dessert away whilst he was still eating, he was not impressed!!!! Let your diners chill and enjoy their meal/drinks!!!!

Lovely welcome as we arrived, great food, service and atmosphere. Rarely disappointed. It’s our favourite “go to” restaurant!

Our waitress didn't always understand us, which made it difficult at times, but food was superb.
