Visited on a busy weekday for lunch. Great food and service. Set lunch menu is especially good value. What's not to like? Will definitely return and would recommend to others.

Lovely staff. & HOT yes HOT plates. Never had a bad experience here whatever the time of day. Wish they had an app for the rewards system.

Fantastic evening with well prepared and presented food, nice atmosphere and topped with a lovely waitress who was an absolute treasure! The little extras she brought out in recognition of my wife's birthday made the evening even more special!

The food was extremely good they had a 10th Anniversary set menu which we chose. The staff were excellent very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back but only for special occasions. It was our Wedding Anniversary and when they found out they made it very special so a big thank you to all the staff

Chose Cote Brassarie to lunch with a friend visiting from Australia with my 2 daughters. Not seen her since 1999. Great food, service, ambiance and good value for money.

Another fantastic meal thank you. The service was excellent. Marked as 5 as the wife's steak was under cooked in parts but the Manager dealt with this without hesitation

We always find the food at Cotes to be good and freshly cooked and the lunch menu is good value. Service is informal yet efficient.

Very nice restaurant and food and the only reason I scored a 5 and not a 6 is because the service was a bit slow. We had to wait for a long time for our mains and for everything afterwards. But overall it was a good experience.

Lovely staff and wonderful food as always. I visited for my birthday (free drinks are always good!) with my wife, mother, mother-in-law and sister-in-law. My mum has a Guide Dog and they were very helpful with accommodating him, including making sure we were downstairs and bringing him some water. Everybody enjoyed their food, and were impressed with the price compared to the high quality. We will definitely visit again as this is quickly becoming one of our favourite restaurants in Peterborough.

Ate off the anniversary menu. Fabulous. Had the crab mayonnaise, ribeye steak and grand marnier crepe with a glass of champagne for 27.50. Bargain. I don't think there's a better meal in Peterborough. Wife and daughter had the seabass and they agree. Excellent food, excellent value.

Great food, great staff, reasonable prices, and a fabulous location. Try sitting outside on a lovely sunny afternoon with a view towards the cathedral - fantastic!

I invited a friend to join me in her lunch hour. We dined from the set menu and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was swift and the attention to detail and general friendliness of the staff exemplary. The choice of dishes and pricing are hard to beat. It was my friends first visit and she was most impressed. I am already booked in to take another group of colleagues.

Visited lunchtime on 19th July. Restaurant was fairly busy but service very good. Always a nice ambience there. We ate of the lunchtime menu which is excellent value. Food very good.

Nice food, good service, relaxed atmosphere and very good value, especially the lunchtime set menu. Had extended informal business meeting there over few hours and was good venue for this.

As always, first class meal. It was my birthday and made to feel special with the decorated plate and candle for my dessert. Its always a little bit of a rush in the lunch hour, but we all enjoyed.

This is a lovely, French inspirec restaurant, in a perfect central location, great food, excellent service. All this at a reasonable price too. Loved it !

The service was exceptional and welcoming. The choice was food was very varied although I would have expected onion soup on the menu! However the food we all had (table of 4) was excellent and tasty. I will definitely be back and recommend others to visit.

Booking was smooth, starters good, mains were a nightmare, steaks we incorrectly cooked, mistake was realised and steak taken back, one arrived back correctly, the other without the peppercorn sauce, by the time it arrived everyone else had finished. Bill took 30-40 mins and multiple request. Disappointing for a Cote B.

Excellent food, service and friendliness throughout our visit. We watched the GM handle a huge demand for seats that night and, on one occasion he dealt quietly, diplomatically and effectively with an irate group of diners who otherwise would have spoilt the night of a number of diners. First rate skills and always managed a smile. Well done Peterborough.
