Côte Peterborough

Our first visit and it did not dissapoint. Food was excellent and the service was 1st class. The ambience is just right and we were touched with the free drink due it being our first visit!

The service we received was great and all the staff were really friendly. The food was delicious, tasted really fresh and great value for money.

Very good top quality food, fresh and lots of choice on the menu and service was perfect. It's a chain but not the normal poor quality chain food.

As always another excellent meal and service from Luke and his team, we had just booked as a last minute meal but as always Cotê didn't disappoint.

Another fantastic night at my favourite Peterborough restaurant. Excellent chef tonight, food was amazing...beautifully cooked. Service was impeccable, as always. Such a lovely place to spend an evening.

Located in the heart of the city with a versatile menue that does not only satisfy the lovers of French food. We had lamb and steak along with French beer. Safe room for dessert, they are just great.

Delicious lunch/early evening menu at a good price. Excellent service from friendly, professional staff. The menu changing monthly is a great bonus and means regular dining is a pleasure. My go to place of choice.

Had a lovely meal , starter carpaccio of yellow beetroot and goat cheese wonderful main course plaice with leeks so good combination and nice sauce . Love going to Cotes so professional staff, and so friendly know just when to serve next course. Also good bottle of wine .

Unfortunately, the Peterborough branch of Cote Brasserie does not live up to other branches I've tried. Only 1 starters was delivered when 2 were ordered with a poor excuse of the kitchen mixing up the order. We then waited an hour for our mains (fillet and ribeye steak - neither cooked to how we requested) and the desert was laughable (frozen berries with warm white chocolate sauce, the berries were frozen along with the sauce), which meant the desert had to be returned to the kitchen. All in all a very poor meal, the only redeeming features were the waiting staff who were apologetic and discount on the bill - I will not be returning!

Great food and atmosphere, Cote Brasserie never fails to provide a great dining experience. Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends and family.

Delicious late lunch for me and a colleague. The set menu is great value for money and the service from staff is excellent.

I went in for breakfast on a Sunday morning, we were quickly served and of course the food was perfect. It is a great spot for a laid back breakfast.

Excellent service, quality of food from start to finish. We all loved the 10 year anniversary menu. We can't recommend Peterborough Cote enough. Can't wait for the next night out there.

We did not like the new menus, the French onion soup had gone and beef bourguignon also was not on, we waited 10 Min in the door way to be seated as no one came up to us and there was a shortage of staff

Good service, excellent food with gpod choice of menu. Booked on line and enjoyed our complimentary glass of kir royale. Will certainly recommend to my friends and come again.

Our first visit but won’t be our last. Friendly staff . Nice atmosphere and fabulous food. Being diabetic I appreciated the selection of food that was good for me.

Good food, good service, good atmosphere, reasonable price, easy to book online, good choice on menu and several offer and specials menus to choose from. Pavlova isn't traditional but still very tasty.

Excellent service really enjoyed the meal. Good choice on menu, Staff friendly and your 10 year celebration champagne drink was a bonus. Have been a few times to the restaurant with partner and friends will definitely be going back. Don't mind paying service charge for the good service we received,.

It was my partners 65 birthday we had a very good day good food good service this has improved a lot since first opening and will have no hesitation in returning

Lovely meal but overbooked/understaffed so very slow with service & very noisy, difficult to hear friends. Amazing waitress Dominica trying her best & very professional despite being far too busy.

The food is excellent but the restaurant was over booked, too busy, too noisy, service was slow and the staff were doing their best but it wasn't working, don't be greedy Cote, look after your customers properly you are not a fast food chain

Friday night dinner with friends, Cote was absolutely full and the noise was cacophonous. Slow service, due I think to the crowd ( 40 minutes before we had a drink on the table) but charming and as we were chatting ( shouting!) it didn't matter. The food was excellent, enjoyed by everyone.

Wonderful food, lovely relaxed atmosphere and excellent service from warm and friendly staff. I have dined here 3 times now and every occasion has been excellent. I really can't find any fault and highly recommend it

Overall the experience and staff were fine, we were a table of 8 in total. However the two rib eye steaks ordered were a very poor cut of meat and not cooked as requested. Not wanting to make a fuss for the special occasion we didn't mention anything. However when charging £18 for a ribeye you should be able to cook it correctly and have a good cut of meat. Service was fine until desserts were ordered and then took a very long time to arrive which let the service element down. Finally the really upsetting part was that service was already added to the bill, as I wanted to pay for everyone without causing discussions over the table about money I went up to the counter, asked for the bill and paid for it there and then without checking (which was my fault) and then I gave the service lady a £20 cash tip. At no point did she say service was already included and I didn't notice it on the bill. This left a bitter taste this morning when I actually looked at the bill in dismay. I am shocked she didn't have the courtesy to say service was already included and took another £20 on what the bill was already. This sneaky approach has left a negative feeling about your restaurant which very little intent to return.
