Côte Reigate

Absolutely beautiful food. Was so nice to get out and have a meal after lockdown 2.0 and I felt very safe in Côte Brasserie. Staff as always were very attentive and excellent customer service. Food was gorgeous, cooked perfectly and as always a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for lifting my spirits after lockdown

I went here for brunch which was lovely. It is usually my first choice as I like all the menu has to offer. It was also still offering breakfast/brunch options at 12:30pm on a Sunday.

Unfortunately they had run out of mussels which was our main reason for attending the restaurant but the rest of the meal was good and the staff were excellent with our small children

The staff at Cote are always welcoming and charming. The overall experience is one of feeling cared for.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Well looked after by staff and food was good/reasonably priced. Only slight criticism the food could have been warmer and Granola was served alongside the warm food. Would go again.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. They made sure we were happy with our food and made helpful suggestions re the menu. Nothing was too much trouble, the food was absolutely delicious. We felt covid safe at all times. We look forward to dining with you again very soon.

Was a lovely atmosphere but was told there was no orange juice when about 20 mins later another table was served orange juice and ordered a croissant and didn’t get it so was taken off the bill at the end, all and all was okay I mean got better service at the restaurant in dorking, furthermore as it got to the end of the meal there were lots of screaming children and babies so we paid and left

Your tables were too close to ensure social distancing from other diners. We felt uneasy being about a metre from adjacent tables.

I always know what to expect at Cote. It's why I chose it for this occasion. It’s good food in a good atmosphere. Today it felt even better than that though - I’m sure it’s down to the great team that were serving us. I’m truly appreciative of it and I hope this feedback makes its way to them.

Very good as usual. Staff very friendly. Food came more slowly than usual. Was by no means a long wait but compared to usual took longer. I had sirloin steak, was quite tough, could have been left to rest a bit more. Food was overall very good as was the wine. Will be back after this next lockdown!!!

Very attentive staff, food most enjoyable and for me, I felt as safe as possible as I am vulnerable and tables were well spaced apart and staff wearing masks. Well done Cote, it’s good to be back - I haven’t visited for 9 months

Lovely waiter who really engaged with the children. Food was full of flavour with great value for money on the children’s menu.

It was lovely from the start till the end. Warm welcome, tasty food and great ambiance. Georgio was fantastic and all staff members very helpful and friendly.

Overcooked chicken, a cabbage side which had more raisins than cabbage, waited around 50 minutes for our food to arrive and to add to all of this, nobody checked whether or not we had completed Test and Trace which is very irresponsible of the staff. We had drinks delivered but no-one returned to see if we would like another drink. Really poor. I usually go to the Dorking branch but it has closed. If Reigate continue like this, they will be next to close!

A great overall experience, from start to finish. Staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The food was great, along with the wine and the waiting time was at a perfect pace.

First time back to Reigate in a long time ! Nothing has changed :- 1) Excellent, friendly service from the staff 2) Good diverse menu 3) Quality of food presented very,very good Still the same excellent Cote Reigate !!! Hope to get back sometime. Thoroughly recommended

Usually a very good dining experience but On this occasion not so good, 3 of us wanted a pate starter but none available, my lamb main didn't have vegetable accompaniments and the mussels we ordered were so small and wafer thin they were inedible, not sure if this was down to their size or just over cooked! The time between apertifs and starters was perfect but from starter to main was a long wait, we did hear an almighty smash coming from the kitchen and wondered if that was our mains being accidentally dropped which would have explained the wait and if that was the case we would have rather been informed rather than left waiting ( accidents happen). Given that the restaurant was extremely quiet made all of the above even harder to accept. Not the best Cote experience at all!

We were received very pleasantly, shown to our pre-booked table were we were served promptly with 2 courses, 2 glasses of wine followed by coffee. At all times the staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient.

lovely food, carefully served, safe. A beautiful salade nicoise with some refreshing sauvignon blanc.

We love dining at Cote in Reigate. As my ten year old son says, ‘why would we eat anywhere else’. Cote brings the dining experience to a whole new level, with their consistently high quality dishes and unctuous desserts. The staff go above and beyond with their excellent service and friendly demeanour.

Good food, as always, service good. Felt very comfortable, well distanced & clean, but, 2 comments...1) please provide a hook in the ladies' loo, where we can hang our bag/jacket...we do not want to put them on the floor...( you are not alone in this!). 2) when cleaning & sanitising, please makre sure you clean the arms of chairs/ armchairs / sofas...people put their hands there...also, make sure you clean the edges of the tables as well as the tops...people often lean their wrists/palms of the hand over them!
