Well cooked and presented food with attentive service ..just right and fairly priced. I would recommend highly if you want an informal and friendly place for a light meal in Salisbury
An excellent meal with excellent service and great value for money. Used the restaurant as a pre Theatre venue and they gave an excellent dining experience.
Meal very good, waiter a bit inattentive but waitress made up for it, would certainly recommend, we visited on Thursday 15th March when it wasn’t particularly busy.
the staff and feed are excellent and the one thing guaranteed is the consistent high quality of the food. I always have a good meal and service it of high standard too.
We enjoyed a meal of delicious food, with excellent and smooth service. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.
Excellent menu choices, very good value and very friendly attentive staff. We always have a good experience at this restaurant and visit it very often.

The best restaurant in Salisbury, well worth tramping through the snow for a lovely lunch. The service is excellent and the staff are always very pleasant.
Fantastic service and lovely food. Really looked after us on a cold chilly night. Lovely atmosphere and attentive though not intrusive waiting staff. Reasonable prices
On a cold March lunchtime we slipped into Cote in Salisbury where we were greeted with big smiles and shown to our cosy table. Service and food as always did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
Friendly and helpful staff, good unpretentious food, congenial atmosphere. Nice city centre location next to the Church of St Thomas Becket. Good wine suggestion from waitresss.
Reliable as ever. Starters a bit disappointing but very good mains and desserts. Lovely staff despite being very busy. ( Amie in particular). Pretty good value overall.
Excellent service. Attentive waiters. Lovely food., perhaps the menu was a little bit limited. The atmosphere is very nice. The location was just right for our theatre event.
It was quite but the service was poor the steak was not good my fish was good overall not a good visit been before just a bad night I think
Great atmosphere and lovely consistent food as always. Looked after by Alex and exemplary service as usual. Highly recommended for all tastes and occasions. Well done to the team.
We went for our usual pre-theatre meal at Cote in Salisbury. As ever, the greeting and service were excellent, as was the food. We had the pre-theatre three course menu which gives excellent value and plenty of choice. With value like this we will continue to come!

always find this cote as expected...good atmosphere ,good food ,cheerful ,helpful staff ,and of course very comfortable too. Visited the 13th march when Salisbury is rather quiet for political reasons but cote was buzzing as usual
Booked an early evening slot. Staff attentive and friendly. Great food, nice atmosphere. The manager dealt with us mainly and as we were visitors to Salisbury he gave us some useful recommendations on what to do whilst there. Great service.
Oh dear...what a shame! I absolutely love Cote Brasserie in Salisbury and have been frequenting it for years but last nights dining experience left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth...literally! I ordered a starter of Moules Provençale which arrived and looked very appetising, only to discover that the first one I ate was absolutely full of sand/grit and left my mouth feeling like I'd eaten half of Bournemouth beach! Not a great experience, the customer service that followed was not also up to usual Cote standard and I left feeling less than happy, which has never happened in Cote before. I'm sure this is a one off and I will return as usually it's great.
Good food - always reliable and flavoursome with an excellent good value choice, especially for the set menu for lunch. Attentive friendly and professional staff.
We have eaten at many Cote Restaurants. Glasgow, Cheltenham, Bath, Sloane Square, Covent Garden, Exeter to name a few all of which are very good. We ate at the Salisbury Cote twice last week as it is local to us. The food is always very good and tastes very fresh. Yesterday I had the salmon and ratatouille and green beans which was all perfectly cooked. However, it is the staff that makes this restaurant such an enjoyable experience. Always smiling and efficient and Cote in Salisbury gets very busy at times, particularly before the Theatre. I can't recommend it highly enough! Kate Stafford
Great food and good service in a pleasant atmosphere. Good ambience offsetbwith good and appropriate music. Only downside was you needed a satnav to find the toilets!
I had the fillet steak which was very good and cooked how I asked it to be, whereas my husbands burger was very dry and tasteless. Whilst the service is very good and the waitress was very pleasant and attentive I do feel gratuity should not be added to the bill, this should be the choice of the recipients. We eat out a lot and I am shocked at how much more expensive it is in this restaurant. All I’d say is go try them for yourselves as we all have different views. This is ours. Thanks
A busy Sunday,(mothering Sunday) but great service and a very good meal for the two of us. I asked for RARE steak, and got it.The fish soup starter was good too, and I'm told the duck breast was great. Altogether a very happy experience.

Excellent service and lovely breakfast there was 5 of us and very much enjoyed it for mother’s day treat and staff very helpful and friendly
Very good service and good hot food in comfortable surroundings. Found the service charge very high and asked for it not to be included in bill. Left tip instead.
Excellent food and great friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Cote Brasserie and will be back again very soon. Thank you for another great evening.

Excellent food and service, as always. Waitress made us laugh, and the ‘virgin’ kir royale provided for my 3 year old niece was a perfect touch, thank you. My favourite place to eat in Salisbury!

Another excellent meal in this restaurant where the staff are friendly, helpful and do all they can to ensure you enjoy the experience. I regularly visit this restaurant with friends and can honestly say we have never had a bad meal.
We went for the early bird menu, which is very good value for money. We had a lovely meal and was served by friendly and very helpful staff.
It was exceptional, service was excellent, food very good, cannot fault. Would recommend that you pay this restaurant a visit. Plenty of vouchers etc.too take advantage of.
A very good meal and ambience and I am sure we shall use Côte again soon. Their three course lunchtime menu is good value and the choice is good.
Good food and very good service from the friendly staff Good central location in Salisbury
First class experience.Food and service was first class and would recomend it to any one who is looking for a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
Really excellent experience. Food was excellent and professionally served. Quality was first class and our waitress was efficient and naturally friendly. Unfortunately I did not ask her name. Our visits always remind us of our frequent visits to France - we are committed francophiles.
Good lunch here today. Friendly service as always. Nice to find a good selection on the set menu, which seems to change monthly. Wine list is good too.
Great food and service as usual. We were well looked after by Sophie and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My starter of Langoustine Tails (Scampi) in Panko Breadcrumbs was great as was the fantastic Mayonnaise with Shallots and Tarragon.

Really lovely food and service as always . The onion soup is a big favourite with us and the fish stew was livd by my husband .
Wonderful breakfast in fantastic surroundings. Cote never disappoints. Staff as always very courtious and engaging. Highly recommend the english breakfast and what fabulous jams for your toast!
My pissaladiere was very disappointing. Dry ,hard and flavourless. The chicken breast and gratin potato was very bland . I am not sure about the rest of the party, We were ten. Two of the party had delays in service but apologies and rebate helped to mollify us. There seemed to be some stress amongst the staff . One person had a very short response to her query!

The set menu is varied monthly and always has something to please. It is excellent value and the French influence adds to the enjoyment. The staff are friendly and courteous, always so busy but always so willing to help. The perfect place for lunch or a pre theatre meal.
Lovely and warm , inviting restaurant . Great staff and good . Excellent set menu which was great value . Second visit and will visit again
The food was on time, hot and delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and I am sure we shall be back, either as a group of as individuals. Thank you
Excellent venue and food. Very good staff. We met friends for lunch and had a lovely time. Will certainly be visiting again bot at Salisbury and elsewhere.
Great service and super value at lunchtime. We had steak and frites and fidh which were very tasty. Delicious chocolate mousse and crepe caramel. Will visit again.
Always good food, pleasant staff, prompt service. Hard to beat anywhere what we have come to expect at Cote, at Salisbury and all the branches I have visited..
We arrived at the restaurant a little early but the friendly staff seated us at our table which was ready and waiting. The food was served promptly and, as always, was delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit.
The Breton Fish Stew and Monkfish were both excellent, as were the Pissaladiere and dessert. Wine was decent. Service was friendly and fast. Very highly recommended.
