Absolutely fantastic 60th Birthday celebratory meal. Every course served was excellent and the service beyond. We were all looked after very well and your team went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. It was a lovely touch to receive a book reflecting the theme of the cake from the personnel and a bottle of wine as a present. Memories that will stay with everyone for a very long time. Thank you.

We weren't planning on having a meal at Cote, but dropped in on the off chance of a table being free Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager and after a few minutes we were seated and ready to look through the menu. We only wanted the lighter menu and found something we both liked The staff, who were very friendly and always on hand made the whole experience very enjoyable and the food was delicious as usual

Nice welcome, wasn't sat down for a minute that I was asked what I wanted to drink. Hadn't had time to look! So just chose in a hurry as the waitress was waiting. My daughter had the pork belly which she didn't eat, the potato dish was salty and her extra carrots had been forgotten but came in the middle of the meal they certainly weren't glazed. I paid the extortionate service charge although I thought it was cheeky as the service was far from perfect Won't be returning for a while

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, polite and attentive staff, and delicious food. I ordered from the Prestige menu and there was a good selection of choices for starters, mains and puddings.

Lovely layout, open areas with private tables to suit all. Not impressed with the ‘optional’ 12.5% gratuity charge on the bill. This isn’t the USA! We did leave a tip commensurate with the service we received. I notice from other reviews that the gratuity policy has been mentioned, food for thought? (Excuse the pun)

Delicious meal and excellent service as always! The starters were small but very tasty and the mains were delicious, especially the pork fillet which was superb.

The staff were wonderful, helping my mother, who struggles to eat, by providing extra jus and ensuring her food was perfect. Charming and quick service added to a perfect experience. Thank you.

This used to be one of our favourite restaurants in Shrewsbury but with many a staff change it started to lose a little of it's magic. However, the Manager and her staff were friendly and helpful explaining the menu to us. Sadly, the food was not as good as it used to be. I had the tuna starter which was quite watery and served in a jar (not rillettes) + my 2 guests had the mushroom 'sauce'. For mains we had 2 chicken dishes which were OK but the steak dish was very tough. However, the Manager apologised and a replacement was served which turned out to be very good. No doubt as a result of the virus it was quiet with few people in the Town

Service & atmosphere were as usual perfect. A little disappointed with my main course of moulds & frittes. Moulds were much smaller than I have previously been served & quite a few were empty. Better luck next time

Popped in for a Saturday night dinner, the service was quick. Had calamari & prawn starters which were excellent and so tasty. Mains were Duck and steak, again very good washed down with a lovely french red. Well done Cote Brasserie we will be back soon.

As always thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish, complimentary birthday drink was a nice touch. Only criticism would be the quality of the ribeye steak which was a bit chewy and average and lacked any hint of seasoning. This didn’t detract from a superb dining experience.

Wonderful again. The full English Breakfast is always delicious and very good value for money.

It is a lovely venue with welcoming and courteous staff but a real disappointment that they had “run out” of one of their signature dishes - French Onion Soup! And we both wanted that. Then, the vegetarian sausage Main course I ordered was no longer available, nor the Puy Lentil dish. What is going on? The manager was apologetic of course and knocked something off the bill to compensate for the inconvenience, but a surprising discovery in an otherwise good restaurant chain.

So tasty! Good service with excellent menu choice. Wine by the glass is good quality too, recommenced!

We had a very good meal and a really enjoyable evening at Cote Shrewsbury. The February specials were a really goof choice and the service we received was excellent, would definitely go back again.

This was our third visit. The restaurant is ideally located for pre cinema (OMH) dinner and it never disappoints. Excellent value for money, incredibly good and cheerful service - nothing is too much trouble. Chocolate mousse and creme caramel to die for! We will be coming again.
