Efficient and friendly staff despite the restaurant being very busy. Remarkably quick service. The food was delicious and well presented. And because of the efficient service we had time for a dessert. Very good value.

Fixed price menu was great value & the service was very prompt. Would recommend & will certainly be going back next time we are in the area. Good atmosphere

Was a good meal with excellent service. The Prosecco was a little on the sweet side but good with the paté! The portions were adequate too.

Felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Staff all friendly and efficient. Food just as described and delicious. Didn't have our first choice of Rose. Good atmosphere busy but could hear ourselves talk. Will be back.

Great food, Best black pudding ever. Able to move to a quieter table so able to have a good conversation. Friendly staff and not pushed out at the end of the meal.

Lovely restaurant and great food and service. Good value too, especially if you get the Pre-Theatre menu. We only had half an hour before the play started which was ample time to eat two courses.

Very attentive and flexible staff. Did not make us feel bad about some of our party not turning up. It goes without saying that the food was delicious.

Fantastic food - incredible value. For a pre-theatre meal this restaurant is perfect. Quick, friendly, efficient service and an intimate atmosphere considering the size of the dining room. I have dined there on several occasions and will continue to do so regularly.

Food was good, but our table was in a very drafty spot due to the overhead air conditioning. The waiter said he would get the air con setting adjusted, but there was no noticeable difference during the time we were there.

There was a great selection of wines. I ordered a lamb dish and it was excellent. I had a wonderful time and felt the place had a crowded but still romantic atmosphere.

Very good and efficient - even though it was absolutely packed with theatre goers - we were a table of 6 and the food arrived promptly and hot. Always a bit noisy though.

This was my second visit to this particular restaurant and I was a little disappointed. The steak was tough. Such a shame. Pleasant staff though.

I really appreciate this chain and I use many of the restaurants. I use the Sloane Square one about 6-8 times a year and mostly the service has been very good, friendly. Today was not very consistent, had to signal for assistance three times, to order, to pay, to order another drink and it was quite difficult to get someone's attention. I would say that 3 out of 10 interactions were friendly and efficient. The rest were sour-faced and unhelpful.

Went to restaurant in Sloan square got put at a table at a door and had booked well in advance when I asked a member of staff if we could move to an other table which was empty he was extremely rude I will never be back there again

Really perfect for a pre theatre supper. However we needed to remind them that they had a pre theatre menu that they were reluctant to show us at 6pm

Nice refined after work buzz. Whilst I had to send the steak back to the kitchen for being a little rarer than requested, this was rectified and I also got an additional ice cream scoop as a goodwill gesture. I've been here before but not for a good while. A pleasant evening. Thank you to Rosé who served us - a friendly and bright disposition.

The noise is phenomenal and it is not the first time this has been a complaint . Why don't you do something about it? You are too popular to care

We arrived late in the evening (10pm) but as usual - delicious food, great wine, very friendly staff, good prices and we love it! Probably should have left tip in cash for our excellent waiter.

The waiter was patronising and informed us that as an apology they would remove the service charge from our bill, I informed him that the charge was Discreationaly and it was my choice to pay it or not, he informed us that it was the Law. At that point I requested to see the manager and told him that it was a total disgrace and I didn't appritiate this attitude, he listened and apologised and offered us the meal for free, we stated that we were happy to pay for our meal however we were not paying any service charge, At the end we accepted the offer of a free meal and asked the manager to make sure that his staff never says such lies to the clients. Pls remember it is always DISCREATIONAL charge

Nice waiter, place a bit chaotic. Food delivered to wrong table. They're very busy as the botanist is shut at the moment which may account for the frenetic atmosphere. Food was hit and miss. Prawn starter good. My crepes ok, risotto poor.

We enjoyed the lunch once again the sea bass was excellent. My friend enjoyed as well,it was the first time forer she will come again.

We go to Cote regularly either for lunch , breakfast or dinner. Excellent choice on the menu. Quick service, friendly staff. Very good value. Would recommend.

The atmosphere and service at the Sloane Square restaurant was very pleasant. Even thogh my intial choice of asparagus starter was not available there was a good choice of alternative and the smoked Mackerel proved to be a very tasty. Overall each course was satisfying and just the right amount of food. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We love this Cote branch....mostly for breakfast but lunch is excellent value too. The food was good, but what really makes the experience enjoyable is the staff attention: gold stars for all.

Always go to this place during a stay in the big smoke. Never fails to impress. The hospitality, cuisine and atmosphere sell it. Job done.

Food was good only reason I am negative was my server she left us. She never came by. We asked her finally where have you been she thru another waiter under the bus saying he was New who was helping her. He was very nice and helped us. I like this place but twice now the waiter disappears after you order. Hard to get that second glass of wine sometimes.

Decent food at a fair price. I never understand why they go on about complimentary water nor why it takes so interminably long to get their attention to get and pay the bill when it's time to go (always detracts from their good service, and you'd think they would want the table back once there are no more orders coming)

I was very happy with the food and the service, but had forgotten how Noisy your restaurant is and it was extremely difficult ro have a conversation with my Family. YOu must try to remedy this... HAving invited them to discover your place, and having mislaid my debit card for the past 48 hrs, I had with me my chequebook with you did not accept, and my credit card as proof of my name, but as I very rarely use it I did not remember my pin number. Normally when you effect a payment over the telephone you just give the three numbers on the back of the card, but you said you could not help . I felt awful that my cousin had to pay for the meal, and could not understand that you were not treating me kindly although it was the fourth time I booked a table at Côte...

Charming staff, excellent speedy service and nice variety lunch options on the set menu. It's excellent value. Wine list a bit dull and a tad expensive.
