Excellent as ever, Monica who served us was great. It was my wife's birthday the food was delicious, we tried the Cote de Beouf which was cooked to perfection. If only all restaurants were this consistent.

Arrived on a VERY busy Saturday at 6pm for a pre-theatre meal before going to Cadogan Hall round the corner. What an excellent choice it turned out to be, service was great. The set menu was brilliant value and we even got a free drink on showing our Cadogan tickets!

We found the Cote Brasserie to be an excellent venue for an early evening dinner. The booking system worked well; the staff were very welcoming; there was a good choice of menus; the food was excellent; the general ambience was very pleasant.

A great location in the middle of Sloane Square. The food lived up to expectations., it was well presented and very tasty. The staff and ambiance made for an enjoyable meal.

Not the most exciting set menu, rather charmless manager (?) unhelpful about Cote membership, very noisy restaurant but excellent value. Service good but some staff have poor English.

As usual, the food at Cote didn't disappoint and decent-sized portions, but this particular branch of Cote is very very noisy and it's exceedingly hard to hold a conversation. I've been to 5 other Cote restaurants in London and this is by far the noisiest. The staff are exceedingly obliging and very gracious - particularly the manager. Apart from the noise element, I'd highly recommend this branch of Cote.

Very busy and noisy as we were seated near the bar area. we were seated and served promptly. Chose the 2 course lunch time menu - good value. Food was good but not amazing.

Food was ok... but service was slow and no-one came over ever to check all was ok. We had to keep gesturing to them. They must have missed out on lots of business.

Food was great but we were on a pretheatre timescale and the service didn't really cope. We had to wait 10 minutes despite a reservation at the front desk because only one person was allowed to seat; my meal arrived and was not what I'd ordered and my dessert just didn't turn up. Other than that it was great!

Quite good food and service but wrong bill, which was embarrassing as business lunch. Considering that I booked, we should have had a table upfront and not all the way in the back.

This is one of my favourite Cote restaurants as cooking consistently good and staff always cheerful despite Sloane Square being a busy venue. My friend had whole plaice which was beautifully cooked and good value while my chicken dish was tasty too. Only downside is the ladies room as you have to go out of the restaurant and into the adjacent hotel and then downstairs to use them.

Excellent service and perfectly cooked food, as always. Wish they would do something about the background music though - especially when the restaurant is fully booked, busy and noisy - the ambient music is much too intrusive and inappropriate.

Although I had reserved my table 10 days ago and confirming by telephone at lunch time, I was horrified to discover they were planning on giving table 60 to someone else. I needed to call for the Manager and he agreed we could stay at the table I had booked!!!!! I have booked this table over so many years so was very upset with this shoddy service!!!!!

The main courses we ordered were not available, though we were only told this ten minutes after the order had been taken. The restaurant seemed a bit chaotic with unsually slow service. But the food, when it came, was excellent and the staff very good. Especially our Mallorcan waitress who was lovely ! Good value.

Very disappointing goats cheese salad, too much lettuce and too little roasted vegetables and goats cheese. Also the presentation in a glass bowl did not work.

This restaurant is always busy. It operates to a formula with a fixed price menu according to whether 2 or 3 courses are chosen, and a wider menu from which individual dishes may be chosen. The menus change every month. The style is that of a traditional French restaurant (including proper napkins), and the dishes are selected, cooked and served appropriately by a multi-national staff (many Italians at this branch of the chain). The starters are often notably inventive for a low-priced menu, always including some soup or salad dish. Lately there has been a particularly successful crème Du Barry (cauliflower soup) on the fixed price menu. The Breton fish stew I had on Sunday from the wider menu was delicious and amazing value.

I had booked on line and out table was waiting for us in the quieter part of the restaurant. The menu had a lovely selection at very reasonable prices. Our food came quite quickly and on hot plates. We said we were going to a concert, and had to leave at a set time, so an effort was made to bring the coffee and the bill at the same time. A very enjoyable visit.

Nice lunch and at reasonable price. Lovely happy waiter served us. As I was meeting friends I hadn't seen for 2 years I wanted a quietish area to catch up. Was initially seated near a noisy family with sreaming children looked on by doting parents so I politely asked to be moved to a quieter table - was moved without any problem and fuss. Would go back there again.

He starts off really well by breakfast being served quickly and arriving piping hot but then took us three attempts to get some drinks their seemed to be a lot of people in light blue shirts doing the same job at the same tables with the same people then the drinks arrived lukewarm but the cook breakfast was delicious.

I love Cote and have been going for many years, the service was fine, but what a chaotic restaurant, not helped by sharing the toilets with a venue next door. Would not go back to this Cote. Our local one is in Esher which is fantastic.

Service not as good as it used to be. Reception at front by the fat short man with glasses (manager?) on Fri 31st Mar and 4th Apr at lunchtime was rude. On Fri it took 45 mins to take our order. Again the manager was unhelpful. He is diminishing the brand.

Great experience, we went for pre theatre meal but chose off the main menu. Good atmosphere, attentative friendly waiter, decent food but check your bill as charged us for the "free drinks" courtesy of Cadogan Hall. Refunded with apology so no drama. Would go there again. Good vibe.

An early evening pre-concert visit dining from the fixed price menu. We were initially directed to a cramped table towards the rear of the restaurant, but were moved when we asked. Food tasty and still represents good value for money, but do feel that Cote are slowly dumbing down their fixed price menu to maintain prices when a modest price increase and more interesting menu would make a better proposition. Would probably go for the a la carte next time.
