Great service at this cote from all the staff. Ideal location and on a nice day great to sit on the tables outside. Food was very tasty and set menu is great value

We were entertaining an overseas friend - she was very impressed. The food very good (particularly tasty asparagus )- charming service - excellent visit - we'll be back!

The waiter was patronising and informed us that as an apology they would remove the service charge from our bill, I informed him that the charge was Discreationaly and it was my choice to pay it or not, he informed us that it was the Law. At that point I requested to see the manager and told him that it was a total disgrace and I didn't appritiate this attitude, he listened and apologised and offered us the meal for free, we stated that we were happy to pay for our meal however we were not paying any service charge, At the end we accepted the offer of a free meal and asked the manager to make sure that his staff never says such lies to the clients. Pls remember it is always DISCREATIONAL charge

Nice waiter, place a bit chaotic. Food delivered to wrong table. They're very busy as the botanist is shut at the moment which may account for the frenetic atmosphere. Food was hit and miss. Prawn starter good. My crepes ok, risotto poor.

We enjoyed the lunch once again the sea bass was excellent. My friend enjoyed as well,it was the first time forer she will come again.

We go to Cote regularly either for lunch , breakfast or dinner. Excellent choice on the menu. Quick service, friendly staff. Very good value. Would recommend.

Tasty, good value food and wine, prompt and courteous service. Pity the smaller tables are packed so tightly together; noise levels are high here, so your neighbours shout at each other to be heard!

I always choose Le Cote Brasserie in Sloane Square for it's convenient location, highly efficient service, delicious food and all at a very reasonable cost.

A busy Brasserie type eateries. The best tuna salad nicoise. Great place for meeting friends, although can be noisy at times. The staff are polite and attentive.

We very much enjoyed our visit. I had been before, however, my guests had not and both loved the service, the efficient, and the food. It was very busy, and we were glad we had booked,, but, despite this, we were looked after well, and everything went smoothly. Both my guests said they would come again, and look for Cote's near them, as they thought other friends of theirs might like the restaurants, and the diverse menus. It was an enjoyable experience, and good value for money. Recommended.

Service was friendly, attentive and fast. We enjoyed our brunch and were very surprised at how reasonable it was cost wise. Food was good. I will definitely be back!

Food was good, but our table was in a very drafty spot due to the overhead air conditioning. The waiter said he would get the air con setting adjusted, but there was no noticeable difference during the time we were there.

Was a good meal with excellent service. The Prosecco was a little on the sweet side but good with the paté! The portions were adequate too.

Felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Staff all friendly and efficient. Food just as described and delicious. Didn't have our first choice of Rose. Good atmosphere busy but could hear ourselves talk. Will be back.

Lovely restaurant and great food and service. Good value too, especially if you get the Pre-Theatre menu. We only had half an hour before the play started which was ample time to eat two courses.

Very good and efficient - even though it was absolutely packed with theatre goers - we were a table of 6 and the food arrived promptly and hot. Always a bit noisy though.

This was my second visit to this particular restaurant and I was a little disappointed. The steak was tough. Such a shame. Pleasant staff though.

I really appreciate this chain and I use many of the restaurants. I use the Sloane Square one about 6-8 times a year and mostly the service has been very good, friendly. Today was not very consistent, had to signal for assistance three times, to order, to pay, to order another drink and it was quite difficult to get someone's attention. I would say that 3 out of 10 interactions were friendly and efficient. The rest were sour-faced and unhelpful.

The noise is phenomenal and it is not the first time this has been a complaint . Why don't you do something about it? You are too popular to care

We arrived late in the evening (10pm) but as usual - delicious food, great wine, very friendly staff, good prices and we love it! Probably should have left tip in cash for our excellent waiter.

Great pre-theatre menu, fast and friendly service. Restaurant had a great atmosphere and front of house staff were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was ok... but service was slow and no-one came over ever to check all was ok. We had to keep gesturing to them. They must have missed out on lots of business.

Food was good only reason I am negative was my server she left us. She never came by. We asked her finally where have you been she thru another waiter under the bus saying he was New who was helping her. He was very nice and helped us. I like this place but twice now the waiter disappears after you order. Hard to get that second glass of wine sometimes.

I was very happy with the food and the service, but had forgotten how Noisy your restaurant is and it was extremely difficult ro have a conversation with my Family. YOu must try to remedy this... HAving invited them to discover your place, and having mislaid my debit card for the past 48 hrs, I had with me my chequebook with you did not accept, and my credit card as proof of my name, but as I very rarely use it I did not remember my pin number. Normally when you effect a payment over the telephone you just give the three numbers on the back of the card, but you said you could not help . I felt awful that my cousin had to pay for the meal, and could not understand that you were not treating me kindly although it was the fourth time I booked a table at Côte...

We love this Cote branch....mostly for breakfast but lunch is excellent value too. The food was good, but what really makes the experience enjoyable is the staff attention: gold stars for all.

As always, excellent food at a good price. The service is efficient and the staff friendly . The manager was helpful and conscientious and we had a splendid evening.
