Lovely welcome! The food was excellent and served by waiters with a ready smile, which makes such a difference. Atmosphere was a bit lacking but that's probably because we were early. Ideal choice for our pre-theatre meal.
Food was fine, but not as good as Cote Exeter. Similarly service a bit lacking. Waiter forgot to put our order through and had to come back after 15 mins and re-take our choices.
Very accommodating and lovely food. A good go to restaurant if you are stuck for ideas, they have something for everyone. It's a nice environment too though the tables are closer together than I would like
I normally love the chicken here but it was extremely dry. I asked for another dish and they first charge me for both. Afterwards they removed the cheapest of the two dishes.
This was my first visit to your Soho restaurant and it certainly didn't disappoint. Great atmosphere along with good food and service by your polite staff as always.
We opted for the pre-theatre set menu which had a good selection of dishes. Unfortunately the starter of mushrooms on ciabatta was not very hot, though it still tasted nice. We followed that with the smoked haddock with leek sauce, and finally the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream, all of which was very pleasant.
The service was great. We had a short period of time before the theater and the waitress accommodated for this. The overall quality of the food was great.
This was our third visit to the Soho restaurant. The place has a lovely atmosphere, good food and the service also good. The prices were also reasonable. I would Definitely recommend.
Really friendly staff and prompt service. Tasty food which was good value for money :) enjoyed our evening. Sang happy birthday for my friends birthday which was a nice surprise!
We were a group of 4 and all ate different meals and we all thoroughly enjoyed our choices. Everyone would come back again to Cote to dine. Thank you
Reliable, friendly and good quality. Cote never lets me down. I asked for a particular table when I booked and they gave it to me without querying. First class chain restaurant.
We had a wonderful evening. It was our friend`s birthday staff were really attentive and food was great. We were allowed to have a cigarette breaks between our courses and so didn’t affect the timing of the meals. When it came to the desserts all staff came in to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY which was nice, birthday girl nearly cried. Did I mention that the manager looks like Hugh Grant? You have to give it a go, we will definitely return.
Delicious meal and absolutely excellence service. Couldn't wish for better. Everything we ate, from prestarter to main meal (we had no time for desert) was delicious. Will definitely visit again and can highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
The food was good, service ok. The problem is that it is very, very noisy. Acoustics. It is hard to maintain a conversations without shouting.
Beautiful restaurant xx the best service and the tastiest kalamari I have ever hadx staff are super sttentive anf friendly x food good value for money x
Fantastic friendly staff. We went there for pre theatre dinner and would definitely go again. Menu choice was excellent and service was very very quick.
As usual, great food and excellent service. One of my favourite place in Soho for a good and relaxed lunch. We would highly recommend to anyone
very poor service. food was average. may return but probably wouldn't be eating from the set menu again. bit disappointing really, especially for a soho branch.
Service and attention was excellent. Highly recommended. We had the Prixe Fixe menu, which was good value and the Picpoll wine was superb. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
the food was great, the waiter was lovely and it was really good value. I particularly like this Cote as it's a bit quieter than the others.
This restaurant is superb. A great location in the centre of London. Fabulous ambience and great food at a very reasonable price.
Efficient service with attentive staff. Food was as expected from Cote. The resraurant was clean and despite being nusy the food was delivered in a timely fashion
Very inviting setting and atmosphere. Friendly and relaxed staff who looked after us. The choice of menus was impressive and good value. The food was delicious, lived up to expectations and came quickly. Execution of starter and puddings could have been better but that was the only area with room for improvement.
We arrived very early, but the staff were very accommodating and sat us immediately. Food quality was good as always.
We had a great meal after the theatre. Couldn't fault the staff, service and price. We will definitely be going back very soon. Thank you
Although service was great the food was average. Not up to the usual Cote standard (we normally eat at Covent Garden which is great). Pity because I usually love Cote.
Only one criticism this time... I had the pan roasted haddock wrapped in smoked French bacon. It was lovely though would have preferred the skin on the fish to be removed. Everything else lovely as usual.
Staff friendly, but service a bit slow. There was an obvious lack of management on the floor. A good front-of-house should constantly be on the prowl...
Really enjoyed our meal, excellent service from our witer and good food, the plaice was particularly good. We went for the pre-theatre menu as we were going to see 'The Ferryman' and it worked out really well.
We enjoyed excellent service and the pre-theatre 2 course menu was great value with portion sizes much larger than expected. The Steak and frites was particularly good!
Great little french restaurant in Wardour street in Soho. Close to Tottenham court road and Leicester square. Beautiful and authentic interior. Perfect food. Great service by Miguel from Madrid.
My friend was 30 mins late but the staff were lovely - especially Ryan who was such a nice guy. I always enjoy Cote and recommend a visit.
We were welcomed by friendly staff who had extensive knowledge of glutenfree options. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the atmosphere was relaxed and cosy. The pre theatre menu was amazing value and the food was excellent. We would definitely go back.
Reliably good for a pre-theatre meal, and good value too. Lovely beetroot starter and delicious steak frites, all served by friendly efficient waiter. Good that the set menu changes every month.
Excellent food, service and value. Ordered from the set menu. The plaice was outstanding, and the soup very tasty.
We enjoyed an outstanding, fast service from the entire team at Côte Brasserie - Soho. Miguel, our waiter, made every effort to have us enjoy a really special birthday night. The food on the pre-theatre menu was excellent value for money, in our opinion, and tasted delicious. We can highly recommend this place.
Ok, nothing to write home about, typical fare from a chain restaurant, I think if you want a true dining experience you really have to search out an independent restaurant.
Food was average but service was very good. The atmosphere is always lively and enjoyed my evening overall. The quality of the cooking does need to improve.
Restaurant busy and service was ok and very quick for starter and main course. My husbands main course could have been hotter but the food overall was good. We have visited a lot of Côte restaurants and although this one is ok I wouldn't rush back.
Birthday dinner - Great service from cote, although a different restaurant, as usual but the food let us down time. Typical that the birthday person wasn't happy.
