Great atmosphere and very good service, had a complimentary hot chocolate today due to delay in service.... not due to complaint.... just because staff realised they had got behind! Thanks
We ordered warm bread with our starters and the waiter forgot to bring it. So it was removed from the bill as by then we had our main meal.
Wrong food was brought & staff didn’t know anything about the menu. Very disappointing evening after some lovely visits before. Will be thinking twice about coming again
Had a great meal last Saturday, very good food and excellent service. Will definitely return. Only criticism is the hefty 12% service charge which I didn't spot, maybe fault or was the menu not very clear? Some of the ,meals really need "extra" veg which puts price up. House wine was very good.
Atmosphere and location were very good. Food and wine was lovely. Service was excellent very attentive to our table of six people. Great selection on both menus Gluten free menu options were excellent. Food service was great and timely. Would highly recommend and will be going back
Food was very tasty . Service was good and nothing was too much trouble . Definitely recommend and would visit more often if we lived closer
Wonderful food and fantastic service. All your staff were so welcoming and courteous. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the table was immaculately dressed. Will definitely be back
Amazing food and service. We went for dinner for my husband’s 50th birthday and the staff were fantastic including giving us complimentary kir royales.
Friendly, efficient and attentive staff. Good food. Very enjoyable breakfast.
An excellent and enjoyable evening. Great food and service. Pleasant atmosphere and good value for money.
Lovely welcoming staff and great service from start to finish complimented the good food. The restaurant was busy but the manager and staff gave friendly individual service to all the customers creating a great atmosphere
Sorry to see the restaurant so quiet - I guess it was school half-term and everyone is away. This is the only reason that I marked the 'atmosphere' rating down - it was nothing to do with you. The plus side of this was that it was nice and quiet. Anyway, everything - food, service, wine - was, as always, excellent. My German visitors were extremely impressed
This is the third time we have gone to a Cote after taking up a “free” drink offer. On each occasion the staff have tried to put the charge for the drinks in the bill. Three out of three must make it company policy. Very disappointing and annoying
5 star.................. service impeccable................................ price very good also beautiful well lit building
Excellent presentation of food and cannot fault the quality Excellent attention to detail and go out of their way to make the customer experience worthwhile. This is the way to retain clients
We are regulars but this time we took two dear friends. The staff were very careful with one who is very disabled . The vegetarian menu was pronounced excellent. Our only quibble is that the staff were too solicitous with pouring wine which lead to us having a second bottle that we did not need, the one guest who wanted more wine could have had a glass.
Cote at Teddington is usually great..excellent service and good food. Last night was a disappointment. They were clearly having a bad evening. Service was very slow. We waited an age for our first courses and then had to ask them to clear our starter plates away after they’d been sitting there for the best part of half an hour. There was a long wait for main courses too. Food was okay but no better than that. To be fair, once we’d complained the staff were very attentive and we were given free desserts but they were clearly having problems, either a shortage of staff or difficulties with organisation. As I say, this is not typical of Cote Teddington (or Cote anywhere in fact) but it was a poor experience.
Lively family brunch atmosphere, quite noisy as lots of children enjoying themselves. Good value. brunch offer and food if good quality . Pleasant and friendly service
We booked lunch to celebrate the christening of my daughter. Our group included a tired little boy and the staff were great with him, providing colouring book and a friendly face. The food was fresh, top quality and delicious. We skipped starters but indulged in the desserts which were a perfect finish to an exceptional dining experience.
We love The Cote but Friday night on 5/4/19 was a bit of a let down. Service was really good to begin with when we first arrived but as it got busier it tailed off. We shared a starter of delicious chicken liver parfait. Husband ordered the ribeye which was perfect. However my fillet steak despite ordering medium rare was still jellified in the middle. It went back but on its return the chef had completely over seasoned. To be fair they took it off the bill but nonetheless our dining experience was ruined.
Delicious food excellent service great surroundings. We'll worth a visit
A delicious meal, nicely presented and good-sized portions. The chocolate mousse is one of the best I’ve ever tasted! Staff very attentive to any requests.
Great friendly service, good value for money, nice quality food, and lovely atmosphere. Lovely staff who were really attentive. Food came out piping hot....really enjoyed it. Thanks!
The food is good , but it bugs me that they charge for bread, charge for bernaise sauce and also automatically add a tip. Ends up being a pricey lunch!!
We love cote and although the table service was good we had to wait a while before we were shown to our table as there was know one to greet us when we arrived. Not the usual standard we have come to expect at Cote.
Our server was fabulous and really made our meal. Great food and really wonderful service.
Easy to book on-line. Good range. Steaks ok. Medium a little on the rare side. Other courses fine. Starters and dessert a little pricey. Family of 5 (2 parents, 19,16,13 year old) £150. 1 glass of wine. Not the cheapest. A very good waiting staff.
Our service was truly awful. Long waits for ordering wine, food and the bill; staff chatted to themselves& cleaned the items on the bar. Also, overcharged on the bill
We all three enjoyed our food, it is always excellent, I especially enjoyed the Toulouse sausages and the other dishes were up to the usual standard, we have never been disappointed with the food at Cote, service was just a little slow, but not a problem.
Lovely food and service. Wine was lovely too. It is located on the high street which is really convenient. Thank you for a great evening, we will definitely visit again soon!
A lovely dinner out to celebrate mother’s day. Good quality food as always, packed with flavour. The kir royale was a lovely added bonus! Will definitely return!
2nd time visit for breakfast! 1st time for my wife! Food was excellent, my wife is very particular!! She loved it especially the attention to service by Anna! What a difference the dining experience is when you are made to feel special! We will be back!
I had a great experience at cote ,I was seated promptly and my drinks came quickly..i enjoyed a Lovely meal, with polite and friendly staff ,lovely staff.nothing was to much trouble and thanks for my complementary drink
Very well looked after - fab food and service, will return!
A wonderful dining experience. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and a relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended.
Great food, wine and overall experience. Service was a very attentive and caring. As a family we rate Cote very highly and choose to dine there regularly.
Cote never disappoints! The only reason I gave 5 tather than 6 stars is that I think the main course portion (of the pork belly at least) was a tad on the small side!
Excellent food and service. This was for a 40th birthday meal. I booked online very easily and balloons I dropped off earlier were displayed as requested. We were given a complimentary glass of fizz whic was a nice touch.
A great evening, lovely staff and good service. Great wine as well. I've been going there for years, and it never disappoints. We were there for a birthday celebration, I'll be there for mine.
Good service, nice food and an enjoyable experience as always in Cote.
Three different main courses ordered and all three dishes were wonderful. Even more outstanding than the food was the service we received from Kyriacos. Having tried to order a non alcoholic beer, and none being available, Kyri disappeared and then returned with a bottle from an external source. Great service Kyri, you’re an asset to Cote!
Another excellent experience. Great food, good service and excellent value for money with the early bird menu. Always look out for a Cote when touring the UK.
Service, wine and food up to the usual great standard, can’t wait to revisit! The advantage of being on the mailing list allows us to take up whatever is on offer example lovely fruity red wines!
Yet again I cannot fault the food and service at Côte Teddington. I have eaten at many other branches of Côte and have to say whoever is chef at Teddington is exceptional!! A wonderful lunch and a wonderful experience to be repeated whenever possible.
Excellent service, ambience and food at Cote in Teddington this evening. There were seven of us and we all agree it’s one of our favourite restaurants. Thank you. We’ll be back again soon!
Food was good service awful we got there at 6.15pm still there at nine so slow fòrgot things not good.

Had lunch for mother’s day ifood was nice but I was a bit disappointed with the crème brûlée i could not taste the vanilla but otherwise we had a good time
Went with friends. All enjoyed everything. We are elderly and do not eat much, often having two starters rather than a main. Discovered they have a vegetarian menu which we had not known about before, as they do not automatically show it to you as with the a la carte and set menus. Quite extensive and gives the opportunity for less filling food. We go here once or twice a week. Our only complaint is that waiters are too ready to fill one's glass and as a result we tend to drink more than we should or really want. Suppose that is our fault!
Overall very good. The starter was tasty but a little over cooked on the edges. The main was delicious and the puddings Devine. Service was good although a mistake was made on the bill but this was corrected without hesitation. Enjoyable evening in all.
Food was delicious, friendly and attentive staff. If you’re a latte fan? Cote is the place to go. Lovely atmosphere and very spacious.
