Côte Tunbridge Wells

We have had a great time at Cote, Tunbridge Wells this lunchtime. Great food and such helpful, friendly staff. We had a table for 8 and nothing was too much trouble.

The food was presented very well and tasted delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and made our evening even more enjoyable.

Great lunch, great food, excellent service but hard surfaces in the restaurant mean noise level is high making normal conversation difficult.

A fabulous steak. Lovely ambience. Great wine choice. Service was attentive without being over the top. Would happily return in the near future abs recommend the restaurant

Really the only show in town in Tunbridge Wells in terms of quality, consistency, value for money, ambience and genuinely attentive but unobtrusive service. Don't change a thing (except the menu, as you do on a regular basis).

Efficient, friendly staff and vegetarian menu was offered as I had asked online booking for this. Omelette with frites was a lovely surprise for both of us.

Staff. Very attentive but food not as good as expected

Cote is always reliable - good value, tasty, well cooked food, pleasant staff and good atmosphere. Particularly like the pissaladiwre and the mains. No pressure on time either

Very good meal at a reasonable price, it's a restaurant that I would recommend strongly. The only word of criticism is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy but that is no fault of the restaurant. This will obviously improve when it's warm enough to sit outside.

We had a lovely tasty meal, the staff were friendly and attentive. The wine was delicious and the complimentary cocktails of the month were yummy too (sign up on line for a monthly offer)

Excellent all round for large family gathering - prompt, friendly & efficient service, and the food was very good too!

Very efficient friendly service Staff attentive without being intrusive. Food choice and presentation good. Really enjoyed the tarte citron. Good cappuccino. Blood orange martini was good too!

In recent past had some disasters, however last night the food was Superb and perfectly cooked! We had fillet steak and it just melted in the mouth.

Delicious food with lots of lovely choices on the menu. Good friendly service. A bit noisy and tables a bit close together for any private conversation.

The staff are always excellent and very professional but also very accommodating. Having the same staff for many years is a great asset. The food is always excellent and very good value for money. Your offers are greatly appreciated. Had the most superb cocktail on the last two visits.

Had a most amazing 3course lunch for £20 from their prestige set menu. The rib eye steak was beautifully cooked and the creme caramel is the best I’ve ever tasted.

The service was amazing and the food was delicious. The poor waiter however had all upstairs and he tried his very best but he really had no time to be attentive. Not his fault as he was brilliant but this is why l have not given it 5 stars. The crème carmel to die for. The best restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. Sue

Great atmosphere, but a bit too loud if you want to hear others from across the table. The food was delish and there is a fab selection across the board. The service is always good with well trained and pleasant servers. I’ve eaten here at various time of the day so I’d highly recommend you try it for either breakfast, lunch or dinner with family or friends.

Great meal out with the family to celebrate my birthday. We were so well looked after which can’t have been easy with our party of 12!

We booked for breakfast which was all done online that morning which work great. The food was great we all had full english, the staff were very friendly and helpful

It is always so nice that I return nearly every weekend. The service is brilliant and very accommodating. I have never been disappointed and enjoyed every visit.

Our pork belly was. Oh cooked on arrival. Two of us the. Had to wait 30 minutes for our meal when our party of six had finished their meal

We love Cote, but this time it was just ok... didn’t get offered the rhubarb martinis that were in the offer we booked for, they didn’t acknowledge the birthdays I noted on the booking at all, the staff were not very attentive or engaging, i would describe them as functional, not great at clearing... and then they put the ‘complimentary’ drinks on our bill so we had to ask for them to be removed... such s shame... it was half empty too, so in my opinion the service should have been outstanding!

I cant praise the Tunbridge Wells Cote enough. The ever changing menu always has lots to please and the food is always cooked perfectly. Staff are always really friendly

Never been to one of these restaurants before but will definitely visits again! Food was delivered by colleagues with excellent customer service. Food was delicious, well presented and above all else tasted amazing! My wife and I where very impressed!

We went to Cote Brasserie for a leisurely "formule" breakfast. The food was great and the service spot on. Would recommend this restaurant for breakfast. The end.

Friendly waitress, efficient service, good menu. Put complementary rhubarb martinis on the bill, had to ask them to remove it.

Was very good food and the lunch menu is excellent. Quite noisy and service a shade slow but that is mostly a function of its popularity.

We booked for Sunday 17th because we had an email from Cote informing us that the Valentine's menu was available until that day but when we ordered we were told that the Valentine's menu was not available We were a little disappointed but enjoyed the meal

Good food, good wine, good service, good price! My wife and I enjoyed another nice pre-theatre meal last night. Especially good were the rib eye steaks. Only downside for us was the brainless musak in the background - very annoying, impossible to hear and rubbish anyway!!

I love Cote, normally service is brilliant. Tonight booked table for 6pm. Plenty of time to get to Assembly Hall for 7,30. Service so slow, had to ask for dessert twice, bill twice. 5min rush to the the threatre. Very disappointed.

Overall very good - just a tad noisy. Good food & good service.

Had the veal, bit tough and too rare. Bit unusual for veal, but was vert tasty. All other choices by my party was very good.
