Plates weren't picked up in a timely manner, waited a long time for drinks & dessert as the restaurant was very full and they were short staffed - staff very apologetic.
Good food, but slow service. Understaffed, they initially tried to serve us the wrong food (it was for the table next to us). For desert, 3 out of the 4 deserts arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes for the last one.
Lovely brunch. One had eggs royals, one English breakfast and i had eggs benedict. Very good hollandaise sauce but obviously very busy and it felt just a little rushed. Would definitely return.
Always a pleasure dining here, great food, great service and lovely staff. Especially good given they've hit the ground running in a brand new restaurant
We had a nice time but the birthday party (20 approx. guests) was loud. The staff were a bit flustered by it. But still good.
Visited again on Friday evening with my son and granddaughter and we all enjoyed an excellent meal, with quick, friendly and efficient service, always enjoyable.
Very good service. Food tasty ordered from set meal and found plenty of choice. Sat outside with the dog in the sun shine and had agkass of rise
Lovely lunch with colleagues, table in the window, great service and delicious food, steak frites still a first favourite for me, we will be back, thank you.
The couple sitting next to us knew all the staff. Felt like everyone was fussing around them. Think they may be employees? Not a problem but it was my birthday.
Food was good. But service was very slow. Plates not cleared away for ages even though staff kept walking past our table. Disappointed to say the least.
Had an enjoyable lunch to day at Cote in Weybridge excellent food and service, only problem was screaming kids. Extremely gOod value in bright surroundings,
Although the food was fine we had to wait a long time, even though thr restaurant was not busy. Our waiter was good, it wasn't his fault that the restaurant is badly managed.
Service was excellent & staff although under pressure, being a Sunday lunch , were always on hand to clear away without being asked. Pate was great, and my lamb rump was very tender. Like Gen MacAthur,I will return.
Another great experience at Cote Brassiere. The early set menu is particularly good value and even my northern husband does not begrudge paying it. Highly recommend it.
Lovely staff and yummy food (which arrived promptly to the table) - Very family friendly. Great treat for father's day breakfast! Would definitely visit again and recommend to local friends.
Very good food. Enjoyable evening. Staff very at tentative we shall come again and recommend to our friends . Also very good value for money and the choice of food was also very good.
Excellent meal ambience and the Service from the waitress was outstanding. the choices are very good and I will be going again and again. Regards Hugh
Lovely food, good choice and good service, great menu before 7 at reasonable price. Fish cakes were a bit lacking in fish content though, mostly potatato
Food was lovely. Good choices in menu. Service could have been better and tables larger as couldn't fit all in the table which ended in spillage
Wonderful food and great advise on what wine to get, the service was wonderful , my new favourite place to eat in weybridge . Lovely atmosphere every time we go here
This was our third visit and as good as always, Had the anniversary meal, absolutely great, not sure how long it will last but would recommend
I go to Cobham and Woking Côte excellent the Weybridge Côte lacks something Very hot yesterday no cooling system , it is dreary, Food average .
Everyone enjoyed their food so no problems there. Atmosphere was good so overall a pleasant evening. Staff were attentive & very friendly so will definitely book again.
WE know that the restaurant is good, but it was a first visit for our sister-in-law, who said that it was perfect in every way. No wonder! Excellent service from our initial greeting until we sadly left, after enjoying a well prepared, delightfully presented and extremely tasty meal.
Good food and service...the liver pate parfait was far too rich and fluffy though. We chose from a mix of the set and a la carte menus and qualified for the free wine which was very good.
It was a very uncomfortable warm day and air conditioner wasn't on, on a busy Father's Day, cold starts served on hot plates with super large slices of bread, didn't have the wine we want etc...but service was lovely and we will go back,we always liked Cote in Guilford and we are hopeful that Weybridge one just need a little time to sort feel minor things.
The food was very good but it is just a shame about the service, this is really letting this place down. The waiter we had I think said a maximum of 5 words to us throughout our whole time there. I had order a happy birthday plate for my girlfriends mum which then forgot about until we reminded them which was to late as we had already eaten our desserts. I will not being going to this branch again until they sort there service out.
We enjoyed Delicious food and excellent service, our steak was yummy as was wine! Will definitely be back to visit again soon :-) Thank you Cote
Friendly staff, prompt service and good food. Wide selection of dishes available and the specials were excellent. The atmosphere was very welcoming. An enjoyable evening
Good food, good portions and not a bad price. Food and table were very well presented. Staff were attentive and polite. The restaurant is done to a high spec with a good lay out.
The food and service were excellent, also the lack of annoying backgound music. In fact we were very impressed. But . . . the noise from other diners ruined our evening, as we found it impossible to enjoy quiet conversation. We did notice that the tables close to the shopfront windows seemed quiet, so if we come again we will only do so if you can seat us there
Had full breakfasts of different types which were not very hot and a bit watery. Did not complain as had taken guests there for brunch but we were all a bit underwhelmed to be honest. Staff very friendly and helpful though
This is our third visit and the food has been fine every time.Unfortunately on this occasion the waitress forgot our extra chips request but it was quite busy.
Except for the young man who asked me do you want anything yes. I told hi. I would like to be shown a table to which he replied I could sit Nywhere I liked. He was not rude but that was not how he should have greeted me. The manager apologised and will soeK to him. My meal was delicious and my waitress EllA most helpful as were all the staff. I suggested he was trained. I use Cote a lot and will be going tomorrow for breakfast. Thank you. Elisabeth
Really friendly and helpful waiting staff. Tasty food that looked appetizing. It was great to have veggie options that weren't the usual pasta. I live locally and will definitely return.
Great menu for June - delicious Prawn Gratinee, Veal Escalope and Fish Stew. Best meal so far at new Cotes in Weybridge. Service excellent too.
Ordered a medium ribeye got a fillet raw inside which I sent back then replacement ribeye was so chewy I couldn't eat it.The staff were amazing and deducted from the bill plus took our desserts off but sadly Cote Weybridge is no where near as good as Esher or Cobham where I am a fairly regular diner
We were very comfortable pleased with our meal the service and found every person who dealt with us polite and clearly on top of their brief!
We had a really great breakfast, food was tasty and hot and was served very quickly. Choices of cooked food was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
Have been to Cote Weybridge several times but on this last visit to food was below par. The restaurant was vey noisey and was hard to have a coverstaion. Cut our visit short and left early.
Really excellent food, particularly the pork belly main and chocolate fondant dessert. As for wine, the house red was very good and very reasonable and the service was very friendly and quick.
We love Cote.... excellent service but unobtrusive... and good food which has been consistent across the chain . This one in in Weybridge is no exception.
We had a leisurely lunch with friends and didn't feel rushed in the least. Consistently good quality food and the staff were all extremely polite, friendly and efficient.
Waitress very attentive and always making sure we were ok. Food was served quite quickly, always enjoyable to eat cote Weybridge and food was great !!
Place looked lovely and service was good but not the food for me, chicken tough and over salted. Others enjoyed their meal. Hopefully a one off
Lovely meal in this buzzing restaurant. My only criticism is there should be more choice on the menu and some of my party struggled to choose.
Superb food and excellent service from Kevin.... enjoy your holiday in Berlin .... definitely worth a visit, went early evening and no waiting. Staff are friendly and polite
good food and pleasant surroundings although noisy and seemed short of staff. the general experience was enjoyable and with Cote you can always rely on a high standard of food quality.
We went for an early dinner 5pm before another appointment so the restaurant was very quiet which was fine. For my 7 year old we ordered a croque monsoir from the children's menu (£4.90) and the other three of us ate from the early evening 2 courses for £10.95 with a surcharge of £2 for steak which my husband and son had. Their steaks were hot and tasty but other than fries had nothing else on the plate not even the lettuce dressing that my 7 year old had and I'm sure the menu said with salad. My seafood linguine was nice but had just 1 prawn. I had 2 glasses of wine, the kids an orangina and my husband a coffee. We had desserts included in the 2 courses which were good but my 7 year old had one as well and they charged the same set menu price. Having not seen the dessert menu I don't know if it was more or less than £6.20 but thought a cheese toastie and some ice cream for £10.95 a lot. The house wine was really good hence my 2 glasses. The bill was £75 which for 4 people 2 courses and none of us were full by 6.10pm when we left was too much money and there was no real offer or concession for a child's meal. I won't be hurrying back!
Being a fan of Cote restaurants we thought we would try the recently opened one in Weybridge. I am pleased to say we had an excellent meal. My daughter had the fillet steak, it was cooked to perfection and served with fresh crispy fries. I chose the fish parmentier, that too was delicious, and we shared a bottle of the house white which was surprisingly good for the price. The menu has plenty of choice and there is always something to fancy on it! This restaurant chain is my firm favourite for good quality French cuisine, well cooked and served by efficient, knowledgable charming staff.
