The food was very nice, as always. However, the downstairs level was too noisy.

Not up to their usual standards! Food was great but the service was a bit haphazard: drinks were forgotten, promises to 'come back in a couple of minutes' turned into 20, plates of food were passed across guests. Not at all what we have come to expect from a restaurant that we have visited numerous times

Food was good (my Breton fish stew was particularly tasty) Service was excellent: all 3 of the people who served us were charming and helpful even though it seeemd to be a full house.

As local residents of Windsor, its been quite a while since we ate in Cote because we weren't overly impressed. However, last night we chose to take a family group there and we were very impressed. The service was excellent from all staff members, the food was very good, nice hot plates and beautifully presented. An all roof lovely evening. We will definitely be back.

Excellent service. As always. We will be back very soon. On arrival we were greeted by two hosts who were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The waiter was also excellent and helped us get food for my 2yr old rapidly.

Very enjoyable visit for my mums birthday. The food was beautiful and well presented. Would definitely recommend and visit again, lovely view on the river.

From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. We had three courses and every one was as delicious as the other. The flavours were incredible. Really good value for money!!

Lunch at Cote was very enjoyable today. Service was brilliant - and fast. The three of us thought our meals were delicious too. We also loved the G&T cocktails on arrival - a very nice touch. We will certainly be back again. Cote in Windsor is perfectly located, with lovely views.

Really lovely meal here again on Sunday and so good we ended up back here again on the Monday. Stayed for a 2 night break over the recent Bank Holiday weekend and came here last year so booked again for the Sunday night in case it was busy. Really good food and service was very good. Staff attentive and friendly and food amazing. Thanks again for 2 lovely meals

We go to many Cote restaurants and Windsor is our favourite.We had an excellent lunch today, both the food and service. Our one disappointment was that the veal, which is the April special ,was not available and this was at 12.15!My husband had been really looking forward to the veal and felt it should be available for the whole of April if it is the special. Another point, recently we have not received e mail confirmation of our bookings,not just at Windsor branch. I wrote to Cote head office to tell them and did not receive a reply, bad customer service in my opinion. I thought they would want to know.

Lovely location and the best breakfast in Windsor. Love coming here! The cooked breakfast deal is very good value and is delicious. Would highly recommend a visit.

A great restaurant for any occasion. The food is always tasty, well presented and hasn’t been hanging around in the kitchen so mains nice and hot. I can’t fault the service by friendly and business like waiters. I introduced friends to the experience last night and they were very impressed.

Been to four different Cote restaurants and windsor has been by far the best, and that's with all of them being great. We recommend highly, can't wait to come back

Absolutely disgusting service. After ordering our starter was cold then our main meal just never arrived and when I questioned this order I was told by Rafael that the kitchen had forgotten about it. When we eventually received our food we were never asked once how it was instead just brought the bill at the end with the cheek to keep a service charge on. No apology and no offer to rectify any situation.

Disappointed - chaos trying to get into Restaurant. Chicken Liver parfait not set and so sent back. Decidedly average - worst Cote experience I have had

Went to vote Windsor for our anniversary dinner and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with a lovely table overlooking the river. We were treated to a complimentary glass of rose prosecco which was a lovely touch to our evening. We had the flatbread for starters and some of the special mains which were exquisite to taste. The flavours and the portion sizes were perfect and the service was swift and very friendly. Would Defoe recommend that when in Windsor, to dine here if you fancy really good food with a beautiful view of Windsor castle and the ri0ver, especially at sunset.

Had a lovely evening at Cote Windsor for my birthday. The manager is super friendly and so were our waiters. Food was good and we got a free glass of fizz! will definitely be returning

Lovely setting and food was tasty and hot but service was lacking - had to wait too long for the table despite having a booking and then ages for the food to come. We had brought guests from abroad so felt uncomfortable making them wait so long. The waiters were polite and attentive once we were served

Breakfast on Father's Day! Service was really poor, staff were just not prepared for the number of bookings. Food was served Luke warm and had to ask repeatedly for toast that accompanied the breakfast. Bill, when presented, was incorrect and had to be challenged and corrected. We were so disappointed. I visit the restaurant often and this is the first time that I have deducted the service charge

Another wonderful evening celebrating a friend's birthday. From arrival to departure the atmosphere and ambiance were delightful. Sitting outside by the Thames Riverside with wonderful views of Windsor Castle in the distance was an extra treat. The reception and service were delivered with such warmth from Adel and Thomas who looked after us all evening. The food the wine and the complimentary cocktails were delightful. Wonderful evening! Thanks to the staff!

Good place for dinner, some silent music will be good control of all talking people. Probably bad luck for me but I found a dirty menu with some hair on it. Food was tasty.

Always good food and service,very good value for money.always has a happy buzz about it,sometimes a bit loud .menu offers varied choices of meats and a good wine list.

Lovely brunch from an extensive menu. Food cooked well, served on time . The staff are always cheerful and observant. As for the setting it is very special looking over the Thames to the Windsor Castle. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a great time, waited a little while for drinks. However overall good experience. Steak was a little over cooked for "medium" The mussels and Smoke Salmon were very tasty.

My wife and i had a delicious meal with excellent service...recommend the rump of lamb and duck breast looking forward to returning soon as possible especially with a table overlooking the river.

Me and my friends had such a lovely time! It was my birthday meal and we were given a glass of pink prosecco each for free! Our table was overlooking the river and was stunning, we all loved the food and the waiters were very nice and attentive
