I am a regular diner at Cote Windsor for brunch, lunch and dinner. I enjoy the setting, the service, the food with a French flavour ( I have dual British and French nationalities).

Excellent service. As always. We will be back very soon. On arrival we were greeted by two hosts who were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The waiter was also excellent and helped us get food for my 2yr old rapidly.

Service friendly but a bit slow. Fish stew could have been bit more special, my two companions loved their pork belly and sea bass.

Very enjoyable visit for my mums birthday. The food was beautiful and well presented. Would definitely recommend and visit again, lovely view on the river.

We had such a fabulous lunch yesterday. The food is always delicious and our waiter was so lovely, engaging with our two children making it a fun time for them too. It makes such a difference when you have happy, friendly staff. Many thanks Cote for a lovely lunch once again.

Lunch at Cote was very enjoyable today. Service was brilliant - and fast. The three of us thought our meals were delicious too. We also loved the G&T cocktails on arrival - a very nice touch. We will certainly be back again. Cote in Windsor is perfectly located, with lovely views.

From start to finish we had brilliant service very friendly. We had booked and were given a guys table with river view. The table was well laid and ready for us when we arrived.

Service slow, tables left uncleared after finishing courses for a considerable length of time. When booking mentioned it was a special occasion as it was my husbands birthday and again we was asked when we arrived. Most restaurants do something when they know it’s a birthday if your facilities don’t offer this then don’t keep asking. Food was OK not fantastic, errors in startes and left waiting with little or know apology. Having looked on Trip Advisor I notice this appears to be a recurring theme here won’t be visiting again will go back to my local Cote in Wokingham. Never had any issues and never had any complaints for £132 pounds I feel extremely disappointed for what was a special day thank you for ruining it for my husband.

A few hiccups..... The wait to be seated was long, and the queue out the door, despite having reservations. Food was good, service was friendly but not very attentive. Just didn’t seem to have enough staff. Toilets incredibly cramped. BUT overall the experience was enjoyable, celebrating a birthday with good friends in a beautiful setting, and would certainly return in the future.

Lovely location and the best breakfast in Windsor. Love coming here! The cooked breakfast deal is very good value and is delicious. Would highly recommend a visit.

Lovely location for a meal with friends. Tables are well spread out so you are not on top of other diners. Had a lovely meal and would definitely recommend. Bit slow with coming over for initial drinks order but otherwise great! Will return.

Steak ordered medium rare, served medium. Waiter forgot one starter and a couple of drinks .. teething trouble, but not Côte's usual level

It’s a lovely setting and was annoyed at first that could not sit where we wanted. But the manager was very good and seated us downstairs with a river view excellent service, excellent food and wine could not of been better. Full marks all round.

This was a very special occasion as it was my wife's 70th birthday and we had booked to go to the Theatre Royal afternoon show. My wife is gluten sensitive and there was plenty of choice for her. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food was first rate. Highly recommended

Food wine cocktails and service excellent. Great venue and scenery . Only complaint is the basic standard of toilets which seems to be the same at all Cote restaurants visited. As stated great time at each restaurant but please sort out toilets.

Great location, with a lovely view over the Thames. Attentive and knowledgeable staff and delicious food. A member of our group had coeliac disease and the staff where very aware and knowledgeable, which was reassuring. The restaurant is CoeliacUK approved. Highly recommended

The quality of the food was not as good as on other occasions. Both the Boeuf Bourguinon and the Duck Breast were a little dry, as if they had been reheated for too long, or even microwaved! But not sufficiently unsatisfactory to send back. Actually we were not asked if the meal was okay, which is unusual. Otherwise the service was quite good and justified the 12.5% included tip (a practice I dislike).

Lovely setting and food was tasty and hot but service was lacking - had to wait too long for the table despite having a booking and then ages for the food to come. We had brought guests from abroad so felt uncomfortable making them wait so long. The waiters were polite and attentive once we were served

Food was excellent, service was very good, but because of the noise levels we were unable to have a pleasant conversation. Perhaps a change of flooring would improve this situation?

Lovely restaurant and good service but very disappointed with cleanliness standards! My coffee cup had old lipstick marks on, the water glasses smelt like egg and the milk jug had a small bit of spinach floating in it! The food was alright I had a vegetarian breakfast, the poached eggs are very disappointing! I didn’t say anything when I was at the restaurant as I didn’t want to ruin the mood whilst I was with my friend but I was very disappointed! The restaurant and staff are lovely though.

I had risotto which I had eaten at another Cote and this one was not as good. The other three in my party thought their food was very good.

The service is faultless, starters and desserts beautiful but mains I think over priced a steak dish should have some sort of vegetable accompliment when costing £20. Also the fries should be chips.
