Lovely to be back at Cote and at our favourite venue. Delicious food as usual

Yet another fantastic dinner at Côte Windsor. As always warm welcome, friendly staff, delicious and fresh food. Even got a complimentary glass of bubbly for our first wedding anniversary, unexpected and sweet! Thank you and see you again soon

booked 2 week for wife birthday ask for a river view must had the only table facing a wall. i will never visit Winsor again

I have been to Cotes in Windsor many times and I have never been disappointed. Whether it’s for lunch,late lunch or an evening meal.the food is always of a very high standard and well presented. Staff are polite, efficient and professional at all times. I could not rate this restaurant high enough.

Only complaints I have of all Cote restaurants I have visited is one I would love to have pancakes /orange /grand marnier on the menu and two toilets need improving.

Sadly the service was very patchy & broken up by unsure service from a variety of staff. I asked for mustard & was asked which type the waiter named several - I asked for French but got super strong English. Drinks were forgotten - reminders issued & only 2 of the 3 came. Sigh... I think the toast was very small & white too, should have been a larger sourdough toast I’ve had before... so all in all not good. I booked using an offer of a spring cocktail but this was forgotten too.

The restaurant is very smart and cosy overlooking the river, the choice and quality of food is very good. Service is very attentive, Overall noise level is loud.

Great food and service. The only downside is the automatic addition of an optional 12.5% service charge to the bill. I think that service charges should be more directional.

The food was very good, reasonable table but the noise level in the restaurant is was ruins the overall experience. I think it’s the room, wooden floors which means there is nothing to absorb the sounds, would be worth looking to see if something could be done as this is not just a one off situation.

It was lovely to spend a sunny afternoon sitting outside overlooking the river at Cote Brasserie Windsor where the food, drink and service is always excellent.

I enjoyed the food but sadly the service was woefully slow. It was over half an hour before our order was taken and then only because I got up and asked someone. The room was also extremely noisy and I could not have a conversation with my guests. The set meal was not as good value as it appeared as vegetables were extra and portions were small. Also I reserved a window seat but did not get one. A disappointing first visit. I wouldn’t rush back.

Well priced , good value. Perfect location for pre -theatre and loved foc glass of sparkly . Waiter was great but run off his feet/ more staff perhaps at obviously busy time.

Very much enjoyed the meal, good quality food with excellent wines. Service was good with very pleasant staff but best was the lovely location right by Windsor bridge and views of the castle. Will be back love

Had a really nice evening with my friend the restaurants I felt could do with a little bit of TLC and there was a very unpleasant smell when we walked in not that bad but it should be smelling of food nice

Wonderful lunch, food as always, very good,the staff, although really busy, were very attentive and pleasant. We have dined here on many occasions and have never been dissapointed. Keep up the good work.

I thought that service was not as quite as efficient & attentive as other branches I have been to. seemed to be short of staff. Quite slow although food was very good.

The food was lovely, the staff were superb!! It has a wonderful setting. Very good value for money too. The only criticism are the ladies toilets, very tight getting in & out of cubicle & ill fitting horrible wooden loo seats! Wouldn't stop us coming back but do think these need looking at.

Very accommodating for our group of hens, exceptionally good service and everyone enjoyed the food and drinks.

Food wine cocktails and service excellent. Great venue and scenery . Only complaint is the basic standard of toilets which seems to be the same at all Cote restaurants visited. As stated great time at each restaurant but please sort out toilets.

Great food. Great location. I asked for a table with nice view when I made the online booking as had friends visiting from Middle East. They were late due to travel problems but Cote kept our booking and sat us right on the water. Had great experience.

Food was good, disappointed that we were not offered the chance when paying to leave off the service charge, the card machine was thrust into my face showing the full amount in a packed restaurant.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening on saturday. We waited in the narrow entrance while a table for 6 was prepared . This took about 5 minutes . This entrance/ exit to the restaurant could do with some improvement as guests arriving and departing have a real job squeezing through . We had a lovely table overlooking the thames . Food was delightful and hot although my mussels were tiny in their big shells . We were pleased with the waiter service . Its our 5th visit to Cotes and would thoroughly recommend the restaurant to family and friends . Steve Salt

Was not a good experience. Booked, sat and waited to be served, had to go and find someone. Ordered, wrong breakfasts arrived for both myself and my son. Asked for bill and that was wrong too therefore did not leave a tip!! Regularly visit Cote Windsor and Marlow and this was dreadful. My son had to leave before me as had to catch a train. Very disappointing

I visited Cote Windsor to book this table as it was for a very special occasion. I spent quite some time with the staff who were really helpful and it was suggested and agreed that a table would be booked for our party in the conservatory. On arrival on Friday we were shown to a table down stairs in the main room. On querying this I was told it wasn't possible to have 'booked' a table in the conservatory and that that table had been given to someone with a greater need than ours. This was hugely disappointing and unexpected having taken so much trouble to visit and personally book well in advance.

Food was excellent and great value. Staff were engaging and helpfuk.

It was great as usual excellent food excellent service in the past I've had bad experiences but for the last 2 visits it has been great. Thank you this is how it should be.

Lunch was lovely. Great service considering how busy the restaurant was. Terrific views over the river and beyond. It was all great.

Thank you Cote we had a birthday celebration with18 family members today and you did us proud. The food was delicious and on hot plates. The service was carried out by helpful, efficient staff. We had a lovely afternoon and a great meal. A big thank you.

Very ordinary and certainly nothing special except for the view of the river. And why ever would a quality restaurant decide to bring a sauce bottle to the table rather than put sauce into a small dish???

I love dining at Côte in Eton. Very cosy athmosphere. The staff are always sooooo polite and accomodating and I have never been disappointed by the quality of food !!!

It took between 15 and 20 mins before anyone even took our drinks order or even offer water. Several parties that sat after us were served their dishes before we did. I asked for a salad with no onions and it was full of onions. My steak was near raw when I asked for medium rare. The sea bass and chicken salad was tasteless. Our server seemed overwhelmed by her job and we appeared to be a burden to her. The manager did make an attempt to make amends. Other than that the view was beautiful. We have had good meals in the past. Unfortunately, the last two times have had very poor service.

From start to finish, professional service throughout. I’ll be back!
