The food was great and the service was really good thanks.

Good morning Thank you for your e-mail. Ordinarily it would be a 6 as we are regulars at this Cote. However on this occasion one of the fillet steaks(we always have fillet steak) wasn’t cooked as ordered, the medium was quite fleshy and undercooked, the medium well one was perfect. Staff were brilliant, service fantastic and they dealt with the situation in a professional manner. This experience would not stop us returning.

The Cote franchise have always delivered great food and the Woking restaurant is no exception. Delicious food, (steaks are superb) with great service at a reasonable price. Always a guaranteed good start to a great night out.

Absolutely fabulous time. The team really looked after us and made the evening very special. Food was amazing and fairly good value for money. Will be going again!

Was my first time in Cote, the food was delicious and the service really nice. Our waitress has been funny for the whole dinner and we have joked a lot with her.

Got the May cocktail offer and just had a wonderful lunch with my mum and sisters in Woking, I hadn’t been for a while and had forgotten how good it is. Great atmosphere, food, drinks and service. Will be back soon 😀

We had a very welcoming waitress & a lovely 2 course lunch from the set menu. Wonderful selection, even for us vegetarians. When one of the main meals wasn't available from our chosen menu, the waitress kindly suggested the risotto on the (pricier) menu, but were able to stick to our original set price. And it was very good. Two sisters treating our mum to lunch - we had a lovely time & look forward to returning. :)

Food was , as usual, to a consistently high standard (six meals in all). Service was slower than usual but being Mother's Day, this was to be expected. I have lost count of the meals I have had in Cote, probably at least 30 spread over three branches, Woking, Guildford and St Martins Lane, and not once have I been disappointed. Just keep doing what you are doing!

We have always loved going to Cote and normally go to the Farnham one which has always been great but unfortunately this time we went to the Woking branch and we were so disappointed by the service from the waiter that served us he was really rude and not very friendly at all. We all said what a shame he really put a downer on the meal. Maybe he was having a bad day but definitely not we expected.

Ordered the veggie breakfast It was minute! The waitress commented that the plate was very hot, but this didn't account for the cold mushroom. The piece of sourdough bread was so small that it only just accommodated two eggs. The sausage was so small it looked like I had shared it with somebody! There was only five pieces of spinach. The manager dealt with it very well, although did insult my intelligence by pointing out initially that it was sourdough bread......and???? and that it was the end of the loaf.....really? how surprising. He removed my breakfast from the bill and provided complementary bucks fizz and I had a chocolate croissant (for which I had to get up and get myself a clean knife as was being ignored by the staff) but I would really and truly just preferred to have a reasonable sized breakfast that I'd ordered. Personally I wouldn't have taken it off the pass if it was so small. Its a shame as have had this numerous times and its always been a good experience. The standards here appear to have dropped as the sugar holder was covered in jam when we arrived and hadn't been noted by the staff.

Staff were very helpful. The food was delicious particularly the onion soup and the duck confit. There was a good atmosphere. An enjoyable lunch. Thank you

Great atmosphere, service and food! We always love coming to Woking Côte and were not disappointed. Attentive staff who seem really pleased to see you and a delicious blood orange martini to start. What’s not to like?

The service was great. Those who served us were fabulous, with the right amount of attentiveness. The recommendations from our waitress was superb! I would recommend the fish stew!

We stopped at Cote for a quick coffee and pain au raisin mid-morning. Fast, efficient and friendly service as always. Cote has a nice ambiance.

I visit Woking on a regular basis and I always enjoy the food at Côte Brasserie. The staff are always very pleasant, and greet you with a smile and I have always enjoyed the most excellent steak. It is very reasonably priced and look forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks. The whole experience is of a consistently high standard.

The food is reasonably priced and always great. The staff are always friendly, genuine, and attentive. My partner and I regularly visit the Woking restaurant. Always happy.

Overall we enjoyed our dinner. An evening that could have been marred by a poorly taken order was quickly rescued by the restaurant. They currently have two dishes with very similar names - "Lamb Rump" and "Rump of Lamb" - with different accompaniments. Despite pointing at the one I wanted, I was served the other one (which I did not like). The staff speedily arranged for a fresh correct dish to be provided along with a complimentary drink - saving the day. We would certainly return.

Shame you have to order fries extra with main dishes - the prices should allow for sides to be included. Otherwise it was all perfect and the service was spot on.

Initially disappointed that it was a set menu which we hadn’t realised however we were impressed with the flexiblity of the manageress to cater to our needs.

Excellent service, food and atmosphere.Our meal was very good quality and really good value for money.

Professional and attentive service. Staff recalled us from previous dining and made a fuss of us. Tuna steaks were mouth watering. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed.

The complimentary rhubarb martini was delicious, and the service and food great as always.

The staff at Cote Woking are fabulous. Nothing too much and even a surprise complimentary coffee for us both. Our meals were delicious and always a nice atmosphere. THANK YOU COTE WOKING

Better than many independent restaurants and cafes and easily the best chain restaurant. Staff recruitment must be set at a high standard, as staff at Cote are excellent.

Very friendly and professional service. Food was tasty and good value and the free wine deal was the cherry on the top. Will definately come back.

delightful evening with a good ambience and excellent food. i think the current menu is superb and selection 1st class. our party had varied dishes and all were fresh, tasty, and well presented.

Whilst the food was nice we were unfortunately sat next to a table of drunk men. They were loud, cursed regularly and offended those sat near them. One customer felt the need to shout at the men on the table and they had an argument. All of the waiting staff that night were female there unable to intervene between 4 men arguing. The waitress then apologised to the drunk men and gave them a complimentary bottle of red wine. Most disturbing given the state of them, not very responsible of the waiting staff.

Will come back! Varied menu and food quality was excellent. Great for post or pre theatre meals. Great value for the quality of food. Back soon!

Disappointing, coffees like warm and poached eggs hard (not runny), wont rush back.

Accidents happen and when the waitress tipped the cocktail into my lap it was just that. However it's how these things are dealt with that really matters and Cote got it wrong this time. Too many people came flapping around no-one taking charge, the replacement cocktail took so long to arrive the first course appeared at the same time, and compensation of free coffees was a bit derisory. The food was good although the Breton Fish Stew seemed to have more potato and less of the other ingredients than in the past.

Great food as usual, from the fixed price menus. Excellent front-of-house service - friendly and professional - but problems in the kitchen lead to slow service overall, especially towards the end of the meal.
