Service and food was good, though I noticed a couple who came in after us were served before us. The atmosphere is very good, but the acoustics are not great, the noise created by a nearly full restaurant combined with the background music makes it very noisy. When the restaurant is busy they maybe don't need the music.

Great service from friendly attentive staff made the overall experience very special. The excellent food and complimentary wine were a real treat.

Good value two course set menu. I really enjoyed the pear and endive starter menu. Service is fast efficient and friendly. Cote is a good place for a quick lunch or a more leisurely lunch when I have time to stop for longer.

came to Woking cote after great meal in Cote Maidstone, whilst same menu felt mains portions slightly smaller and not quite so well cooked/presented. arrived 6.45 seemed 95% full yet within minutes only a few tables remained occupied

Perfectly prepared food. I had tuna and my wife had lamb special. She said it was best she had had for years. The service was friendly and personal. We go to Cote in Woking regularly and it is always consistent.

Food arrived promptly and was of a high quality. Service polite and efficient. Used a special voucher for a set menu, so it was excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and will no doubt eat with them again soon.

The welcome was very good, the server knew the allergies we had advised in the booking and produced the gluten free menu, and explained how they could deal with a dairy intolerance. The starters and main courses were delivered very quickly and were very good. Service slowed a little with deserts and we were a little concerned as we had to get to the theatre. There was a slight issue with the bill which was sorted out quickly.

The Guinea Fowl "January Special" was best bird meal I have had... anywhere.. (..and I cook Guinea Fowl all the time)... our other meal was their Duck breasts in cherry... Both prepared and cooked to perfection. It is all about the food and COTE have maintained that quality since they opened... Needless to say a returning regular. (1st time I have felt need to review..! That good).

Very tasty calamari starter as usual - also enjoyed salmon, pork and chicken meals. Good service. Only downside was warm drinking water.

Service was very good. Food was satisfactory but the puy lentil dish lacked flavour and the pate would have been nicer served with toast or crisp bread rather than soft sweet brioche. Also the minute steak was somewhat sinewy and chewy. The fish parmentiere tasted lovely but was served in a serving dish without a plate so I had to ask for a spoon to avoid grappling with a fork to eat the delicious sauce with. Very nice surroundings, atmosphere and nice and warm.

I frequently visit Cote because I am Coeliac the benefits for your establishment is that I bring four or more non coeliac guests with me. Some dishes on the regular menu could easily be tweaked to suit coeliac guest. The gluten free bread is terrible you could find more palatable bread from Schar.

Lovely atmosphere, good location and great food for the price! Service very good as well but I do object to 12 1/2% tip being added to the bill. I prefer to decide myself how much to tip but usually always do 10%.

Clean, tidy situation with efficient and helpful waiters. Food was very much to our taste.

We always enjoy our meal at Cote, the friendly staff and the ambience. If - if - there is ever anything not quite right they will rectify without any fuss and with a smile.

It was ok, the food was a bit average TBH. I found the same on Mother's day last year, when the restaurant is overbooked & there is a set menu I find the food isn't as good as when it is not a special occasion, a regular day. Our food took a lot longer than usual to come out of the kitchen, we started at 8pm, with a plan to get a 10.05 train to London to watch the lights, but we didn't get out of the restaurant until after 10.30pm

Waiting staff were absolutely brilliant. Our daughter has ADHD and is therefore quite intense/anxious. The staff were patient and amazingly friendly. They treated her like a princess! The food and drink was really lovely too. Thoroughly enjoyed our New Years Day visit!
