Good service, and good food, (although the chicken dish was a tad salty) I always find the coffee too strong and bitter, but with a bit of extra hot water, it is passable.

Very police and charming waiter. The music was just right, not overwhelming as in the majority of restaurants. The service could have been quicker. As we only had 1 12 hours parking time, we had to forgoe our dessert and coffee -pity about that.

Visit Côte regularly. Once again great experience and lovely food as usual. Still feel that 12.5% tip is steep and should be left to the individuals rather than added to the bill. Apart from that everything is perfect.

We went at 9pm on a Tuesday and it was very quiet. Food was great but for the price and versus the competition the portions are very small. We had the Ribeye with fries and a side of Creamed spinach and it is the latter two that I am referring too specifically. Staff very helpful although had to wait for Spinach.

Great food but miserable waitress who didn't want to be there. Annoys me when restaurants put a 'optional gratuity' on the bill. I always remove it no matter what as its presumptuous and in this case totally unwarranted. Real shame as the food was exceptionally good

Over a number of years, we've found the menu range to be excellent, the quality of food consistent and appetising and the staff to be, without exception, most courteous and attentive. Who could ask for anything more?

Unfortunately the food service was very slow today. Even though I’d mentioned a few times that it was a birthday lunch for two twelve year olds it took a very long time for the dessert with the candles to arrive. Very disappointing.

Lovely food and wine served to us mainly by Juliette the manager. A very enjoyable meal as usual in Cote. We are rarely disappointed in our local Brasserie.

Went for breakfast,had a comedian for a waiter,didn’t bother writing our order down,ordered toast which didn’t arrive despite being told on two occasions that it’s coming,didn’t get the croissant i ordered but yet still tried to charge me for it and after all this had the audacity to put a service charge on the bill,waiter who originally come over didn’t even bother apologising for his mistake,defo won’t be going back to that one ever again.

As always, great service and very good value - particularly the early evening menu option. Smarter and a better atmosphere than any other chain restaurant in Wokingham.

The food and service were excellent but the evening was spoiled by a nearby table of about 12 people who were so noisy that it was almost impossible to hold a conversation or to hear anything anyone at our table said.

Booking was easy and although late by almost an hour due to weather and traffic conditions,the staff were helpful, obliging and very professional in every way

Staff apologised and gave some drinks after best part of an hour.. first food came 1hr 30 mins after we sat, again long period before main courses. Food itself was excellent, atmosphere good and we would go again..

Arrived early for Valentines meal booked for 2100 and was seated almost immeasurably invthd front bar. Although the front restaurant was empty was seated immediately next to a rather brash young man and his partner who continued with his load and course conversation without any respect to other diners. Fortunately they left about 30 minutes into our meal. Although the front was fairly empty a second couple was seated directly behind us. There was sufficient space to have seated them at least one table away and this remained the same during the rest of the evening. Ruined the atmosphere for us ☹️

Came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and found it a lovely treat. They were well organised, there is a good menu choices and the food was gorgeous. After much indecision chose the full English which was yummy and plentiful. Good value for money. I'm looking forward to going back again to trying other things on the breakfast menu!

My wife’s monkfish was over cooked. Our waitress was quiet abrupt dealing with us. Our last 3/4 visits we have been charged for an extra drink, which was removed from our bill once it was pointed out. We love Côte normally but because it was early around 5.30 we think the chef and staff had an off night.

Very friendly and efficient service. Scrumptious food (tuna Niçoise salad) and very GF friendly. Also a real treat having the complimentary French 75 Aperitif which was delicious. A lovely lunch!
