Really good food and well presented.Attentive staff.Could not fault it

Very good breakfast served as normal with courteous service. My only critism was when it came to ordering the bill. I asked on three separate occasions to three different staff members until after 15 minutes the bill arrived. The restaurant was busy at the time so this is a minor blemish on the meal. Be back soon for more.

Food absolutely great. Service not good. We were sat right out the back where no other guests were and clearly were forgotten about on multiple occasions. We were there for 25mins before our drinks order was taken had to flag someone down for the bill and then we had to flag someone down for the card machine. The manager did give us our bottle of wine on the house without us asking/complaining purely because she knew we had waited for so long, but even with this acknowledgement of a long wait, the service for the rest of the evening was poor. Such a shame becsuse the food is lovely and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great if you aren't shuved out the back.

Overall, good. Prompt food delivery, we’ll balanced and tasty. Service a little slow ion arrival but a pleasant meal overall. Nice sized portions too. Would recommend.

Excellent food and service! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were acknowledged, I’d requested a round table, which we got, cocktails on arrival & the staff joined in and sang Happy Birthday! A truly enjoyable experience! Keep up the good work guys!

Great welcome . Service friendly and informative. Atmosphere great as Friday night and busy. Food lovely (as always) and didn’t have to wait too long . Wokingham Cote is our favourite go to restaurant but most Cotes we have been to are of a high standard.

Unfortunately the food service was very slow today. Even though I’d mentioned a few times that it was a birthday lunch for two twelve year olds it took a very long time for the dessert with the candles to arrive. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service, very attentive and polite staff. I’m never disappointed with the quality of the food. Lovely atmosphere too which meant a relaxing night for us.

Went for breakfast,had a comedian for a waiter,didn’t bother writing our order down,ordered toast which didn’t arrive despite being told on two occasions that it’s coming,didn’t get the croissant i ordered but yet still tried to charge me for it and after all this had the audacity to put a service charge on the bill,waiter who originally come over didn’t even bother apologising for his mistake,defo won’t be going back to that one ever again.

As always, great service and very good value - particularly the early evening menu option. Smarter and a better atmosphere than any other chain restaurant in Wokingham.

Excellent, friendly service. Top class experience. The staff were brilliant - it was my daughter's birthday and they couldn't have tried harder to make it special for her. Quality of the food was excellent, very impressed with the ambience too.

Restaurant extremely busy tonight so we had to wait an eternity to order and then for food. Staff apologised and gave some drinks after best part of an hour.. first food came 1hr 30 mins after we sat, again long period before main courses. Food itself was excellent, atmosphere good and we would go again..

First time for us, we had breakfast for 4. Two of us had full English and two had sausage baguette, all was lovely. Nice coffee, staff very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

My wife has a dairy and yeast intolerance and the staff were attentive to her needs and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our eating experience.

I had the early evening menu- portion size for the cod was small,but after 3 courses there was enough to feel satisfied. Good value and very pleasant staff.

We had a lovely early evening meal, well prepared and very tasty, which proved excellent value. We were well looked after by Monika and her colleagues and made to feel very welcome.

A table for 2 here is way too small for breakfast for 2 people. We had to refuse the water as no space on the table for it and glasses. Only one of us had tea which is fortunate as no space for 2. We would have had an extra dish of french toast but no space. I asked for a bigger table at the outset but told no. Irritating that just after we wee served a couple came and were given a table set up for 4. Food was average.

An excellent meal today. The lamb was superb, and we also enjoyed our starters and sweet Service was rather slow, as is often the case, they seem to work on a minimum of staff (as do many other places today!)

Been here many times but tonight it was perfect. Perfect service and food. Rare fillet Steak amazing. Thank you was a great night for valentines night.

We had a lovely meal, great steaks and the service was excellent. Our waitress, in particular, went out of her way to ensure that my meal was gluten and dairy free with the minimum of fuss.

Very pleasant staff but waiting times for food not good. When it is difficult to park in Wokingham it spols the eating out experience when you have to constante check the time in order not to overstay your parking time.

plates were good and hot but the food could have been hotter. This is a common problem in most restaurants. Thw menu has not changed for years.

A family meal to celebrate a birthday. Great G and Ts to start followed by great food and service. We will go again and so will our friends.
