Côte Worcester

We were supposed to receive a free bottle of wine with our meal, but were not offered it. Otherwise we had a very pleasant lunch.

Another excellent breakfast experience. We are always met with a warm welcome here and the choice and quality of food is superb. Their 'formulae' breakfast also provides a very reasonable option. Definitely my favourite breakfast venue in Worcester.

Our main courses were excellent. The service was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was that they put the service charge on your bill. I prefer to leave a tip which I choose, not what has been calculated for me. I know you can ask for it to be removed, but you don’t want to spoil an occasion by making a fuss and asking for it to be removed, which may imply the service was not satisfactory. It was good service, but I like the tip to be at “my” discretion. We were all a bit miffed by it. If it wasn’t for this I would of given a 5. And a 6 if the crepe dessert had been freshly cooked.

Excellent dining experience from start to finish. The staff are always attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drink that they serve. We will be returning again very soon

The staff were all very helpful and service was fast, the food was delicious as always and there is a great atmosphere at the restaurant.

Excellent in every respect. Good service (in spite of them being busy) warm, friendly environment, good menu and super food. We can thoroughly recommend, we are very happy that 'Cote Brasserie have come to Worcester.

Great service and relaxed dining. The tables are well placed so that you don't feel crowded. Food was lovely, served at just the right place. Dealt with gluten free option well. More interesting non-alcoholic drinks choices needed for drivers though!

We had a fab time with good service and an excellent gf menu. Food was delicious and overall experience was first class. Will definitely be back 😀.

We had a great evening at Côte Worcester. Enjoyed lovely food and friendly service in a nice atmosphere. Good range of choices on the gluten free menu.

Food was nice, but staff were very unfriendly and we felt that we were being rushed to eat and get out! For the money we spent and as mentioned the food was good but would not go again due to the unfriendly staff as you expect more. Totally disagree with the service charge they automatically add to your bill too.

We have been going to Cote Brasserie since it opened. We have enjoyed every meal we have had.For us it is the favourite restaurant in Worcester.

Food and service were good although the main menu choice seems to have remained the same for a considerable time-there were a few January specials but not very exciting

Consistency is the strongpoint with the Bistro. Always good value across the board which is a compliment to the management. Creates an authentic French atmosphere without the last century decadence (unfortunately)!

Tom and Dora gave us excellent service tonight. They were warm but professional and deal with a large party with ease. It felt so relaxed, almost like being in a home. Simple food. But Tom really made sure we felt really looked after.

Great food and always a treat to have a complimentary bottle of wine thrown in. The service charge however is expensive, irritatingly included in the bill & leaves no room for customers to express their own gratitude - or not for the service given.

Nice restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, good service and wide variety of choice - Breton fish stew is very good as are the steaks, good wine choice with some reasonable prices

Fantastic dinning experience! From the food to the wine and service, everything was spot on. Both my partner and I loved every course we had and could not fault the staff - very attentive and friendly! Cote is quickly becoming our favourite place for a nice meal!

Very friendly and efficient service, lovely food nicely presented. A great place to dine and feel well looked after. Food was beautifully cooked and the free bottle of Chardonnay (a great wine) was a real bonus.

Lovely evening , staff attentive, food delicious. Lots of yummy food to choose from. Good value. Will return to this restaurant in Worcester very soon.

Food was excellent, however charged for 3 items we didn’t order. Had to request this to be taken off the bill. Fire alarm whilst we were there which took time to resolve and delayed the food, which in fairness was fine as safety comes first.

Lunch menu is good for cost and quality. Drinks are a little pricey and inclusion of 12.5% service charge also ensures the final bill is maybe more than expected. Still an enjoyable experience though.

Reliably enjoyable. Good quality french food at an affordable price. The set menu is a fantastic for a lazy late lunch. My only quibble this time was the the mussels from moules frites were a little over done and tough but the sauce and fries were delicious.

Mostly enjoyed it very much, but it was my husband's 60th birthday and we were kept waiting 20 minutes for the table, despite having booked.

Lovely food (as always) and attentive service. The wine included in the dinner offer was excellent. I do liike that whilst the staff are courteous and efficient , they don't hover over you and they don't indulge in the hard sell of extra items.

Lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere. We did the early 2 course menu for £13 which was great value for money and delicious food. We will definitely return.

I usually love the Cote Brasserie in Worcester and am a regular customer. However, on this occasion 2 out of the 3 rabbit parmentier's were cold in the middle and the mashed potato on one looked like it had been piped by a child when compared to the others. Everything still tasted lovely but it put a bit of a downer on what was meant to be a special birthday meal.

Very good food as always. Slightly slow service, also as always. Very pleasant staff though. Find the openable jams in the middle of the table full of jam that isn't for eating because it might be "mouldy" because they're just for display, a bit odd, I'll be honest. Otherwise it's a great place.

Yet again we were not disappointed at Worcester’s Cote Brasserie. We enjoyed excellent food and service and some good-quality wines in a well laid out restaurant without intrusive background music. Furthermore it was tremendous value.

A delicious meal with friendly attentive service. We lingered over our meal and it was good not to be rushed from course to course. As it was the first Thursday after the new year the restaurant was fairly empty.

It was a very busy New Years Eve, however the staff were very good and sorted out the minor issues quickly and politely. We all enjoyed the evening and look forward to going back

Good food as always. Very pleasant staff. Not great for seeing in the New Year as everybody left. So we went on somewhere else for the countdown in time for midnight. A good brand and pleasant surroundings.

Overall very pleased. Good food, good service, lovely place to sit and eat. The only minor criticism is the food comes too quickly without an appropriate break between courses. I understand this appears to be the modern way but it often feels as if you are being rushed even though you are not!!

Good but a lack of staff did show. Existing staff worked their very hardest but they couldn’t do a million jobs all on their own

Excellent quality food. God ambiance. Very good service. You can't get much better than that! Try it! we think the staff work hard and probably should be paid more and not rely on the gratuity

We had a lovely meal. Sat on banquet and had a great view of restaurant. Made great choices - sea bass, prawns , crab and lovely wine. The staff were pleasant and the service prompt however the service level dropped as the restaurant filled up with several tables near us sending food back or having to wait a long time for food. Dessert was disappointing- crepe needed to be flamed for longer and the creme caramel covered in cream.Finished with good coffee and a hot water. Will definitely return.

The food taste very nice like heaven. And the staffs were very lovely. The Resturant is clean and beautiful. The sort of place I will like to dine with my baby and 3 years old. I will definitely visit the Resturant again.

We enjoyed our visit to Cote Brasserie - Worcester. The waitress was very helpful and efficient. The meal was tasty but my Mushroom and Spinach pancake, although delicious, was swimming in far too much runny cream. Also the gratuities was already added to the bill!! in most places this is usually the case for 6 or more customers, not just two! We asked it to be removed which was a little awkward! However, we would return.
