Great food great service well worth the service charge. Been before several times and service has improved. Very busy tonight and everyone seemed happy and noisy.

Items on menumerated not avable. Offer of sparkling wine nor available for 2 and only on expensive Xmas menu. Otherwise service good. Monday is obviously not a good day.

Excellent service wish I’d taken waiters name he was brilliant ate with friend and 2 ten year old boys delicious food will definitely be back

Service and food were excellent. Went with house wines, all perfect in red & white. Would highly recommend. We went in just before 8pm and were the last the leave, enjoying our evening as planned.

Good service and lovely breakfast. Small cafetiete expensive at £6.25 for 2 small cups which was a shame. Suggest squeezy sauce bottles as glass ones newly opened made it impossible to get anything out of them!

Excellent food and table service. We were celebrating our daughters birthday and we were very pleased with the menu choices and the waiter service. It was a busy evening, but service was exceptional.

Good value with the 3 course meal. Also, we were well looked after. Even though it was a quiet Monday evening , there was a pleasant atmosphere.

Good food and very good service, exceeded our expectations. We were served by 4 different people and they were all excellent. Would definitely eat here again.

My husband and I visited for Sunday morning breakfast - beautifully cooked and presented and very attentive service. One of the best hollandaise sauces I've tasted.

Lovely food and good service. A shame you are forced to pay 12.5% service charge, not pay what you think is reasonable at the time. Also a bit dimly lit, could do with spotlights on the tables so you can read the menus and see what you are eating.

Excellent all round ...our second lunchtime visit in a week & we were not disappointed. All our friends whom we have introduced to Côte as our guests have been equally impressed & in many cases have become loyal customers in their own right.

Several items on menu unavailable despite eating at 2.00p.m and restaurant open day and evening,it was a Sunday.The food we did have was very good and waiting staff attentive.

The food was excellent. The service was a little slow but it was very busy. Will certainly be going again. Staff were attentive and pleasant.

Nice clean and spacious restaurant. Friendly staff and lovely food. Been to a few Cotes and have always enjoyed them. I liked the location as we we're visiting Worcester for the night and the restaurant was a couple of minutes walk from our hotel.

The food was excellent and we had a pleasant overall experience just two minor snags! When ordering the wine the server seemed somewhat confused when I asked for no.17 the Côte de Provence rose, he returned saying it could only be served by the glass! We sorted this out. When the bill was presented it was incorrect, we had been charged for the complimentary kir royales for my birthday, a good job I spotted the error and asked for it to be rectified. These little things jus5 take the edge off what could have been a first class experience

It was very noisy at 7.30 and the table was in staff's passage so not cosy. Is it possible to book a particular table online?

Unfortunately the restaurant ran out of 2 items on their specials list. Disappointing because we had come specifically to have these having seen them on line. The other disappointment was that one of the orders was incorrect and our friend had to wait 10 minutes while we ate ours. (This did show the meal was freshly cooked) but it would have been nice to have all eaten together.The meal we had was excellent and the staff delightful. They were very apologetic and gave us a discount. We will visit again this experience won't stop us. We have always rated Cote Brasserie and this is the first time we have had a glitch.

Meal was fabulous, service great. Only problem was it was too dark to read the menu at the table we were sitting at, needed to use flash light on phone! Rest brilliant.

Slow service-but always good food quality/taste. Polite staff. If we had more time, we may have had more food and drink but this was unavoidable due to transport schedule.

Went on Friday evening, really warm welcome, service was really good after a little slow start. Really good atmosphere and the food was superb. Very reasonably priced as well

It OK, but nothing special. 2 meals we chose were not available and the Service was OK. After the meal we just paid and left nobody seemed to be bothered if we just left without any contact.

The service the staff provided was absolutely fantastic! Food is actually reasonably priced and you get quite a bit for your money. The overall look of the restaurant is very clean and tidy with candles lit on each table which was lovely. We visited on a Friday evening at 6pm and I was expecting it to be very busy but we were asked where we would like to sit which is a nice change from just being stuck somewhere and everyone was spaced out which made it seem not over crowded. Would definately come back here again!

A warm welcome, the place was buzzing with lively chatter. As usual, the food was excellent and the portions generous. All waiting staff were very attentive. Would recommend to anyone. Pay a visit.

I love cotes brasserie. Never had a bad meal in any of them and very good value for money. Close your eyes when eating the steak and you could be in France. Lovely staff too

A warm friendly greeting followed by fantastic friendly attentive service and amazing food means we will be back again soon. A good selection of veggie options too.

No bread with soup seemed very mean. Soup so hot tasted microwaved. Somehow whole experience not up to usual standard. Will give them another chance though.

The Cote in Worcester is well placed at the cathedral end of town, where there is plenty of easy parking. The service and food were excellent as usual. Well recommended.

Food was very good and the set meal excellent value. Champagne znd wine good too. The staff were exceptionally helpful and overall the evening was perfect. Can’t give full marks because it’s a chain so one knows that every town had the same menu

This is my third visit in the last month or so. Each time the customer service has been excellent and the food has been absolutely delicious. Even to the point where desserts have been ordered even when still very full from the starters and mains. The young lady manager (with long dark hair) has made some excellent wine recommendations choices - which I have re-ordered on later visits. She also really made my friend's birthday celebrations by arranging for the booth we were seated in to be decorated in a celebratory theme. I am delighted to say that the very young staff (particularly the young man with blonde hair) are incredibly polite and yet not to shy (as youngsters) to converse and make you feel very welcome. Thoroughly recommend this as an exceptional night/afternoon venue.

Was expecting a good service as use the mailbox branch in bham few times and the one in bath a couple of years ago love the food although is a little bit expensive service good too

Great service great tasting food. Some of the best steaks in Worcester. I d recommend the duck board to start. Overall one of the best restraints I’ve experienced

Smart restaurant with a good atmosphere. Food generally very good, we particularly liked the vegetables. But some of the portions were small without a side order of veg. I had the pork belly which was very tasty but more fat than pork. Watch out for the 12.5% service charge they add to the bill. For some reason the staff kept dropping cutlery all evening - became quite funny as the evening progressed.

A return visit previously as part of a group but this time as a couple! Service was a lot slower but pleasant & food was nice but overall found it to be expensive for 2 course meal a small glass wine and 2 beers with a 2 sides £70.00!!!! Unlikely to return!

Excellent set menu. Two courses for £11.95 12-19h everyday. Looking very the autumn salad with butternut squash, date, walnut with Roquefort dressing. My only quibble was that I did not enjoy the potatos with my chicken main. A minor slip up however.

Though a busy lunch time staff were prompt in showing us to a table, taking our order and the service of wine and food was very efficient. Staff polite and friendly. The food was tasty, plentiful and we'll presented.

Excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. Waitress was lovely and friendly. Only criticism was that the wine and drinks were slow in appearing. Our friends enjoyed the lunch and I would certainly recommend it anyone.

Service good, food good, venue good, atmosphere good. An overall good experience but it is a brasserie and diners should not expect a fine dining experience. Have eaten at Côte Brasserie a number of times and will certainly eat there again.

We enjoyed an excellent meal pre cinema.. We found the staff exceptional. Very helpful , attentive , pleasant and efficient. Looking forward to our next visit., probably with friends. If food quality is maintained we will be regular visitors.

Today was a great culinary experience and what made it even better was the fact that we had a free bottle of wine to go with the superb minute steaks. Brilliant!

Another excellent meal out at Cote B in Worcester. I had quite the best fish stew last night I have ever had outside France - and better than some in France!

A well presented restaurant. It was quite warm inside. The food was excellent, very tasty and well presented. The service good and staff were friendly . Would recommend.
