Côte Worcester

Overall a really enjoyable evening, table of 4 people, order Spanish Jamon and olives for the table with a round of drinks. the waitress was very helpful as we’d mentioned that my father was had a gluten allergy but forgot to mention when we’d actually ordered the food. Our waitress dashed back out to confirm and we changed his starter and saved him from an upset stomach. All the food arrived quickly, hot, well presented and also very tasty! As someone who’s worked in bar and restaurants for nearly 8 years and counting I can’t really fault the service or food. Only that the drinks/cocktail/spirt menu is slightly lacking compared to some other high street competitors, but that not something that the individual restaurant can change. Thank you for a lively evening.

We are regular visitors to Cote in other towns - this was the first time in Worcester. One of the hallmarks of Cote ( Cirencester, Gloucester, Cheltenham) is the outstanding customer service. This was lacking in Worcester. Poorly greeted, indifferently served and we left with no farewell It was Christmas Eve! We commented on how empty the place was - I can see why now. Food at Cote is always good but it was served with no sense of pride. I think they couldn't have cared less whether we enjoyed it or not. Won't be going back to Worcester Cote again I'm afraid

We absolutely love Cote Brasserie Worcester. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are fantastic, excellent quality of food, prepared and presented to high standards, compliments to the chefs ! The restaurant has a cosy yet elegant atmosphere. The staff are highly professional and attentive. I highly recommend anyone to eat here the next time in Worcester.

We had tried the Festive menu at Cote, which was a set price for 3 courses. A reasonable range on offer for the set price, with vegetarian and fish options. Also included complementary bread and olives. Great food, and friendly and prompt service.

4 of us went along for a pre Xmas meal....as always the food was up to standard...............the staff friendly but not enough of them ......the service was abysmal..... will probably go again but with all of the new eateries around we now have even more choice. Cote may need to up their game.

Lovely food- well presented and gorgeous flavours. All staff were welcoming and especially accommodating of 2 young children. We ate from the Christmas menu and it was good vallue. We will return!

Very good service and food. The waiter let us swap the vegetarian option on the set menu for another vegetarian dish. Nothing too much trouble.

Food very fresh and tasty, however a couple of dishes were served lukewarm which is not to my taste. Environment very clean and tidy. Not all menu options were offered and had to be requested.

The very best chicken and walnut salad I have ever had!! Superb. Service was good, not impressed with the 12.5% added to the bill, (left it off and cash tipped the waiter!)

Consistently good service food and atmosphere. Highly recommend the set menu available during the day and early evening. It is excellent value and changes regularly.

We had an early dinner before visiting the cinema. Excellent service and delicious food. We often come for breakfast and lunch but hadn't visited for dinner before. A completely different atmosphere and we will certainly return.

Standard of cooking not as good as we have experienced elsewhere. One fish was overcooked and dry, and a salad's flavour was just not to our liking - a "goodwill" allowance was made.

The restaurant was not busy so we were surprised that the service was slow. The staff were pleasant but overall we thought the whole experience was average.

Very nice meal will go again next year.would recommend it to everybody. Well done everyone that was working in there will go in there tomorrow for coffee

Went out for dinner with some other coaches. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The staff were very friendly, and we all had a great evening out.

Excellent service and food reliable as usual. Staff were great fun without being over familiar. My only and constant moan are the acoustics - too late to do anything about that

Service, staff, food, ambience - could not be faulted. Staff were kind and attentive but did not rush you to make a choice. Food was as good as it was on our last visit. In fact only positive comments. No negatives at all!! Will definitely return.

We had a great evening here - the service was excellent, food delicious and the atmosphere and ambience was perfect. It was about half full but with some trendy lounge music and low lighting it was a great place to be. Will definitely be back and would recommend Cote Brasserie Worcester to my friends and family.

Very good food and value for money. Good choice of menu and I really like seeing light menu and menu rapide included too. Service was speedy. We had to ask for plates for our bread and one of the spoons was dirty, but other than that service was fine. We would much rather give a tip of our own accord, though, than it appearing on the bill, albeit discretionary.

The food was excellent, particularly the Pork Belly. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Generally it was up to it’s usual standards at Cote Worcester.

Excellent food, great ambiance and friendly and helpful staff . Mushroom starters were a little lacking in mushrooms but this appeared to be an oversight and was quickly dealt with. Fish was Beautifully cooked so really impressed

We fi d the food at Cote reliably good- fresh, tasty, good value & put together in a french style! Worcester offers a comfortable space with an upbeat vibe. Today the restaurant was busy. There was a bit of a delay with plates for bread & olives- we were starving so keen to eat...Once the starters arrived, all went smoothly, thereafter!

Lovely well presented meal in very pleasant surroundings and attentive friendly staff. We use Cote Worcester often and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money.

Tasty food, very good value & friendly service. I'm always impressed by Cote, having visited several of their establishments, but I will say more emphasis needs to be placed on wine training and service efficiency at Cote Worcester, it's not far off, it just lacks polish! Having said that, we had a great evening.

Absolutely excellent Christmas lunch with friends. All of our food was lovely, freshly cooked and well presented and the service was brilliant from every member of staff we had contact with. This restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Warm welcome, good service. Great choice on menu,tasty food presented well. The two or three course menu available before 7pm is very good value for money.

We booked a table online as it was probably one of the busiest days of the year in Worcester and although we arrived a little early the lady on reception could not have been more attentive. The waitress and waiter were also most friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. This was only our second visit to Cote Brasserie and will not be our last. This was our first visit to cote. We would visit again, the food was very good. Service could have been more attentive and friendlier. It seemed like the staff were quite inexperienced, not their fault but maybe training would help.

Again another amazing meal at Worcester Côte. Always fantastic for me being coeliac. I have never had a problem and always have a good choice to choose from.

We booked and we needed to, it was packed. We ere shown promptly to our table, our waitrose was smiling and efficient. The food was delicious.

Four of us friends visited on Thursday evening having looked around the Worcester Victorian Fayre. The service and food was excellent and the waiter who served us was very efficient, good and appropriately joked with us ladies which enhanced our whole experience - thank you.

Sunday evening meal, restaurant quiet but same quality food and very attentive service. We are never disappointed with Cote. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a quality meal.

Really unhappy that there was no baked beans with the full English breakfast!!!!!! How can you have no baked beans. Every breakfast should have baked beans!!!!!
