One of my favourite restaurant! Excellent food and great service as always. I’m glad they’ve reopened.

Faultless meal, faultless service it could not have been better

Food was fabulous but the service needs work. Under staffed and just because they are all wearing visors doesn’t been you can forget the guideline.

When i received an email that Worcester Cote Brasserie was to open i thought i was dreaming but i mentioned it to my wife i just had to book a table! This was due to be a birthday meal for me on March 30th but BoJo + the virus put paid to my birthday treat! We booked for the 18th August at 17.00. We were greeted at the door and then showed to our table. We then ordered our meal which was served to us in good time. We both ordered 3 courses + drinks & coffee. The overall experience we had was great. 5 stars all round!!! Just a note: When we left at 18.50 the place was heaving & not a table to be had. Great to see!!

Excellent evening on their second day of opening. Staff were friendly and efficient, food was excellent. Felt comfortable eating in the restaurant and won’t hesitate to return. Great.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal on what seemed a very busy evening with people taking advantage of the eat out to help out. Our food arrived very quickly after ordering and was at the usual impeccable standard. Imy went above and beyond to provide fantastic service and you could tell the restaurant was organised and clean.

The food was AMAZING, and all the staff were so smiley and friendly. Our waiter in particular (I didn’t know his name sorry!) was so great and the service was beyond 5 stars! Me and my partner loved the vibe the second we walked in! Our first time to this restaurant won’t be the last ! Thankyou to the team ♥️

As always great food and service. Our favourite place to eat out and after 5 months of not eating out felt very comfortable that all health and safety guidelines were in place to keep us safe re COVID.

Wonderful staff and tasty food. Felt incredibly COVID19 safe and the service was absolutely exceptional. We have missed Côte over lockdown and are so happy they are back.

The food was good, the staff very friendly but the tables were to close together, there was not a one way system and there was any sanitiser at the door.

SO good to be back at Cote we've missed it more than we ever imagined during lockdown. We received a super welcome from all the staff and it was heart warming to see so many familiar faces. Steak frites was just as mouth wateringly good as we remembered and we enjoyed the best evening we've had in months. Food and atmosphere top notch. Thank you.

Good to be able to once again enjoy a visit to our local Cote The only thing that let the evening down was the poor service. We were a party of 6, on both starter and main courses only 5 out of 6 got their food at the same time.

Very well organised, friendly and great value for money. Will be back soon

overcooked steak and RAW BURGERS I've tried to speak with the assistant manager but she was more interested in putting napkins on tables then dealing with my complain. I understand that it was the first day after a long break but all your mistakes are made on my expense.

Excellent food and attentive service. Restaurant tables need refurbishment as showing signs of wear. Staff wearing visors seem ‘over the top’ and spoil the overall ambience in the restaurant.

Glad to have you all back. Fantastic food, polished service and great value lunch.

Very good food, very good value and very good staff. The only disappointment was the 12.5% ‘optional’ service charge that was automatically added to the bill!

We had a really attentive and friendly waiter. He was a young lad and full of enthusiasm. The food was very good but that made a big difference to the enjoyment of our experience.

Once again a great meal at Worcester. Exceelent care given to my husband with the Gluten Free Menu. Would happily recommend this restuarant for a lovely experience

Lovely waitress and food was good. We booked in advance with the free blood orange cocktail deal but had to point out to our waitress even though we had made her aware of the deal she had charged us for both cocktails. The service was so slow it wasn’t busy and we were in the restaurant for nearly 3 hours! The restaurant is lovely and the service and food was very good just far too slow. At one point we were offered more drinks, but it took so long to come back to take a drinks order we couldn’t be bothered.

Hi there were five of us dining at Cotes today and I must say the experience was most enjoyable from the time we entered the restaurant, we were welcomed very warmly by the staff, the service and food was excellent, to say we enjoyed it would not be praise enough , a very excellent experience

We enjoy eating at Cote in Worcester and have been there a few times. The food is always good and the staff are always very friendly

We all enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the waiting time. The restaurant was very busy, consequently we waited a long time to order our desserts, and had to eat them very quickly as we were on our way to a concert. The manager did write me a card to use for complimentary drinks on our next visit to any branch of Cote as compensation.

Love it good value for money, great food and service

i have eaten here lots of times booked and as a walk in every time its been excellent the 2 thing this time was a longer than normal wait between courses and a bigger selection of the 2/ 3 course special set menu apart from that the whole experience was what i would expect from this restaurant excellent
