Côte Worcester

Cote Brasserie is managed and operated like a well oiled machine. It wreaks of quality in all aspects of fine dining. It is Covid compliant in all areas. Consequently I have no hesitation in giving Cote Brasserie this excellent reference and recommendation, and scoring it with full marks. I would urge all diners to book a table and enjoy their dining experience.

Food always good, atmosphere always good. Staff excellent. Just always a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. Topped off with the world famous creme caramel.

The food was great, but the service was exceptional. We have never had service like that before in England. Tom, the covering manager from Birmingham was absolutely top notch. Constantly checking to see how we were and giving his own opinions on his favourites was great.

Excellent service from members of staff. Food was delicious as well! Also very impressed with covid regulations in place, one of few restaurants with staff using face coverings!

Excellent delicious food, beautifully presented. Staff very friendly and attentive. Table we were sitting at placed in the middle of the room rather quashed into a walk through. Otherwise perfect. Looking forward to going tonight with family.

Service was prompt but not very attentive. Had to ask for drinks. Food was nice but not amazing (however, I would put this down to taste/preference as I haven’t dined in many French restaurants) Fillet steak was very nice, French fries were delicious and the French beans finished off the main. The dessert (frozen summer berries and white chocolate sauce) was delicious but needed more sauce.

Incredible food, and service second to none. I use a wheelchair, and a ramp was brought out for me straight away, with no fuss or awkwardness. That’s a really big deal for me when I go for a meal Thank you

We found the restaurant very well organised and welcoming and we had a great meal. All of us enjoyed it immensely! We saw the care that was taken in sanitising and preparing tables between customers and were very impressed. I only wish we had a Cote somewhat nearer home!

Dinner this evening was wonderful; the staff were friendly welcoming and extremely attentive. Speed of service between courses was perfect. Fillet steak and frites, best this year and chocolate mousse to die for (sorry) Thank you so much 💓

It was Wednesday at 2.00pm that we decided to eat at cote given the popularity of eat in to help out it was impossible to get a table before 9.00pm but it was worth the wait food very good as always (this was our 7th different location. Service good even by cotes excellent standards. We felt safe with the social distances of tables. Cote remains our favourite chain being a bit of a food snob I really don’t so chains but i am happy to eat at Cote any time we didn’t go for the discount however it made the male magnificent value for money

Greeted in a frie4ndly fashion, seated quickly, tables and seats sanitised after every use by customers, good choice on the menu, quick service of pre-lunch drinks. Food very tasty and well presented. Will come again having not been able to for such a long time.

It was lovely to go back to Côte Brasserie. Super food and a great atmosphere. We were very pleased to see the staff taking the threat from Covid-19 seriously. After guests at a table left we watched all surfaces - table, chair seats and arms, getting a comprehensive clean. It made us feel the environment was as safe as the staff could make it.

I have never seen the restaurant is busy, and the staff did brilliantly to cope with a completely full restaurant. This resulted in a very noisy restaurant which was unfortunate, but it was a convivial atmosphere nonetheless. It was the ‘eat out to help out’ deal, but I felt the food was not up to the normal standard that Côte usually offers. Presentation of dishes was not as good as normal, the olives were fewer and smaller, the frozen berries were fewer and the white chocolate sauce was cold. The sea bream was delicious but only came with potatoes and mayonnaise - just not up to the usual standard we receive. However I am booked to come again next week with more friends! Not put off - very happy to have my favourite restaurant open again.

Day was worst ever for weather but the staff were efficient and friendly and dried out in good atmosphere Just reopened but have ticked all the boxes with right staffing numbers and food was excellent and arrived ij good time Felt very safe and even washrooms had all the necessary safeguards

First time back after many months. We got a lovely welcome from everyone - including the guys we've known, ever since we started coming - when the place first opened! Lovely food as always Thank you

Very noisy tonight. Probably due to the “Eat out to help out” government sponsored promotion. Felt a little ignored toward the end of the evening. Staff were attentive at first but that tailed off as staff reached the end of their shift. Having been to Cote several times pre-COVID 19 I understand the present situation has changed the way businesses operate and having reopened on Monday we are all getting used to the new modus operandi. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Had a great evening. As ever the service was excellent at the Worcester branch, always has been. Would highly recommend. Please commend your team!! I had the Breton chicken which was nice, not the nicest of all the times I’ve been but nethertheless still Top quality. So glad it’s reopened and will be visiting again before the end of the month.
