Went for breakfast as they have a really good choice. Chose the full English, no sausage and after 10 minutes asked if I could reduce it to 1 egg instead of 2. This was no problem but when the breakfast arrived it had sausage and 2 eggs on, they took it away but my order then seemed to get cancelled as half an hour went by and no breakfast. The staff were very good and this is not indicative of their normal service.

Lovely food, service and ambiance as always. Used the online booking which entitled us to complimentary cocktails which is always a plus. However, these were added to the bill which we queried and it was rectified with no quibble. This is now the third time that the so called complimentary drinks have appeared on our final bill. It is only due our astuteness, we have not ended up paying! It does somewhat put a damper on the evening!

Went for a Valentine's late lunch, was very tempted by there set Valentine's menu but with wine with every course, that was a bit much for me and then to drive, so went for my favourite Breton stew and I'd didn't disappoint, fabulous as ever. Was was brilliant was the crepe with icecream and grand marnier was back on the menu. So all in all a perfect lunch

Good service, however, the food on the lunch menu was poor. No flavour, bland and overcooked chicken in a very poorly made and presented pie. Did not state on the menu that it was a pie, so very disappointing.

Poor food, poor response to burnt food being served, when it should never have left the kitchen. Overall I feel I paid too much for a ruined family meal out. I will avoid the chain in future

All very good. We were made welcome and excellently served. Food was delicious. Only quibble was that I was not asked which gin I wanted in my G&T and whichever it was was tasteless even when I had an extra shot. PS Some restaurants now have spare pairs of reading glasses available when menus are tiny print and lights are low....

A really enjoyable night out. Great food and great service!

Cote for me is one the best places to go for lunch/ dinner. The quality is high and the staff friendly. My only criticism would be the tipping system as I would rather pay card for the meal and then give the staff cash

Not bad food /slightly overpriced especially the starters Large restaurant that waiters seem to try and make look busy by sitting everyone at the front window I can only presume to lure people in on the premise if it’s busy it must be good Pre booked a table for two for my wife and I and 10 mins in to our meal had a family of 5 put beside with a very young infant and a baby I’m not opposed to children at all but the very fact that there was 60% of the restaurant tables available and the fact we had travelled to Worcester for a night out and a nice meal away from our own children we really didn’t want to listen to somebody else’s children crying throughout our meal Not a bad restaurant not bad food but if you do book here be more direct in where you wish to be seated.

Great early evening menu, tasty food- especially main course and dessert. The lamb terrine starter was a little weird.

We had a wonderful lunch at Cote Brasserie Worcester. The food was marvellous as always and the service efficient and friendly. What more can one say?

We love the atmosphere of this place and come here often, the service is always excellent and food is good and hot.

Slightly disappointed with the fillet steak. Asked for medium rare but received more medium and a little drier than I would have liked. Don’t like McDonald’s style chips and would have liked more veg.

Lovely evening at Cote Worcester when we arrived our table had a lovely birthday balloon, card and complimentary Kir Royal drinks. Great food and service was superb. Thank you for making it special. We will definitely be going back 😊

Not as good a visit as usual. Noise level was awful - made it difficult to hear each other speak - not sure if it was the acoustics. Food also not up to usual standard, my goats cheese crostini were very hard, and risotto was a bit bland. Always great in the past, so will go again.

Celebrating a birthday so took advantage of a lovely kir royal offer. Steak frites never disappoints, service is always great here and staff are fun and charming.

Great lunchtime catch up with a friend. The daytime 3 course menu is excellent value for money with some tasty treats. Top notch service and flavours as always. I was going to be good and have only 2 courses but who can resist the house speciality creme caramel for only an extra £2 when dining from the lunchtime menu.

Consistently good for ambience, food and service. One place where I don't mind an included service charge...... Good for breakfast lunch or dinner.

Fab food as always, particular favourites are the calamari and the coup noir - best I’ve had!

Started off good , food was nice, but let down by terrible service. The restaurant was fairly quiet, our waiter couldn't be bothered not at all engaging, no knowledge of menu and although reminded twice forgot the bottle of wine we ordered with our meal. We paid and went else where for a glass of wine. I would not rush back there are better places to eat in Worcester.

Our evening was lovely. The food was as delicious as it always is but just as importantly the service was great. Our waiter was so attentive, polite and enthusiastic.

Fantastic service, we came last year for my wife’s birthday and decided to try and repeat the experience and we did . We supplied a cake and they served it up for us Great staff, great venue One very slight issue but was sorted without fuss to our satisfaction Thoroughly recommend

We had a well served well cooked lunch today at Cote. My sister is gluten intolerant and her needs were carefully catered for by the management which made for a happy experience. And at very reasonable prices eating off the Prestige Menu

A meal with friends celebrating a birthday. Having been to Cote once before, we decided to bring a friend and her husband to celebrate her birthday. The service was quietly attentive and the food was pronounced delicious. We were impressed that a comment that had been overheard by our waitress led to a dessert on the house of the birthday girl. The food reminds us of of the lovely restaurants we visit when we are in France. We had a great evening and will be back; in fact as we were leaving a lunch date was suggested ...

We enjoyed our lunch very much.the food was excellent, the service very friendly and efficient and as usual, the staff are so welcoming and entertaining. Ee’d Recommend it to anyone.

Another delicious family meal. Perfect from start to finish. Excellent friendly and prompt service. Great wines and as always the best desserts. The Creme Caramel is a must. We’ll be back. Incredible quality at a reasonable price.
